Driving sales productivity and customer success at OpenAI

This tool has been built by the people who are using it every day. Our teams are growing so fast and our customer demands so high that every team is sort of stretched thin to figure out how can they scale themselves. Go to market assistant is this super agent that lives right alongside our reps. It supports with daily meeting prep and recaps. It's taking action inside of our sales systems like Salesforce. And it's ideally just doing all those things that can really make our teams focus more of their time with customers and driving those great customer experiences. Trust is the number one success criteria for making these kind of LLM driven tools work at scale. You have to be building it, you know, hand inhand with your end users. And when we did that, we saw this huge jump in performance and it really started to being more of a virtual co-orker. Every week we're sort of reviewing all the questions that are coming in. We have subject matter experts um auditing some of these most kind of like sensitive questions, providing feedback on those answers that are then going back to our knowledge base. When we get all those things right, you go from the system where people sort of trust it, it kind of works to I can actually run my work out of the system. Our account teams have been talking about how this tool helps them scale themselves.
