Lyndon Barrois & Sora

I started making Miniatures out of chewing gum rappers when I was a kid I'm an animator I have all the patience in the world I'm not looking for it to be immediate and quick I'm take that time you know to get it right okay so like's see what we get here the architecture with Sora is very simple it should be interesting it's your brain communicating with its brain and your brain trying to get its brain to understand what your brain is saying and I'm telling you it's pretty mindblowing when you actually see something that's close to what you were imagining just come out in a matter of minutes my first for into the industry was to be one of the animators on Mars Attacks cuz at the time Mor's attacks was going to be all stop motion and finally they say oh you know it's not going to happen cuz it's going digital CG was the flavor now everybody wanted this I broke into the visual effects world as a character animator in 96 so you just see it go from Key frame to like mocap and performance capture crowd generation fur and hair and cloth then my remember the Holy Grail was water my whole career even from the start was about adapting to technology and new forms of The Craft so I've been experimented with Sora recently what Sora does it creates characters it creates worlds it creates environments this is the original clip Sora takes that information and expands it into all of this it's all generated by S A lot of misconception is oh my God these tools are so perfect you just do this stuff and and boom it's done and that's not it at all it's never straight out a computer onto the screen it's a beautiful storytelling too yeah you know it's just introducing some things maybe you didn't think about like the fact that this guy he's actually on the prow to go in and fight some more I mean that's pretty cool it's allowing you to make content to bypass the traditional ways of you know having to go through a studio and go through all these things they s you can do this now just sitting there having your vision and your imagination just run wild using this tool is not going to make me stop making Miniatures out of gum rappers it's just never going to do that cuz this is beautiful being onet like this is who does not love this is dope we will always find a way to still do this it's inherent in all of us just to adapt to it the line and Jurassic Park Nature always finds a way artists will always find a way
