Start by reaching out to past clients who already know and trust you. It's the easiest way to get a quick win. Then, follow up with people who were interested before but didn’t buy, and finally, hit up cold leads with a simple, value-packed offer. The trick is to make it super easy for them to say yes by showing clear value and minimizing any hassle. This method works for any offer, whether AI-related or otherwise. Introduction

If you're stuck and need to make a few thousand in a couple of days. Here's exactly how I do it. The document at the top of the description includes all of this. You don't need to send me your email address. I have no payw wall, no nothing. And I even include copypaste templates that you can send to various people, business associates, contacts, and more. Now, in order to pull yourself out of poverty, as I did, what you need to do is you need to understand the concept of a warmth ladder. This is an image that I got off of Google images. It's not very important whatsoever, but it is going to allow me to illustrate three steps. And if you understand this warmth ladder these three steps, you guys are going to be able to apply this to any business, any entrepreneurial pursuit or even any freelancing career or job. Okay? So the warmth ladder is composed of the top, the middle, and the bottom. And what you need to do in order to make as much money as humanly possible in a short a period of time, and remember that I'm not talking about doing this sustainably. All I'm talking about is digging yourself out of a hole, getting yourself the oxygen to breathe. You need to start at the top and work your way down. Now, who lives up at the top? People at the top are people that have paid you before. These are level one. If somebody has paid you before, what that means is that they probably like you. They probably trust you. You probably have their contact info. And you probably as well have their payment info or they have yours. Every one of these steps is crucial. And every one of them are often hurdles that prevent you from being able to close a deal or make some money. If somebody doesn't like you, probability they're going to want to pay you money is low. If somebody doesn't trust you, probability that they believe you will be able to fulfill your end of the deal is very low. If you don't have their contact information and they don't have yours, obviously it'll be difficult to communicate the contract. And if you don't have any sort of payment information, if they don't have yours, then you're giving them an additional hurdle or an additional level of friction to negotiating a payment with you. So, what you do is you assemble a list of everybody that has literally ever paid you anything. The quickest and easiest way to do this is go to sheets. new. That's how you make a Google sheet really quickly. Okay? Get the contact name, get the contact details. If it's through phone or email, this is where you write it. And then, if they owned a company or were affiliated with a company, write down their company right over here. Okay? And the way that I did this, pulled myself out of poverty a few years ago and I was uh in a rough spot was I grabbed my phone and I went through the contact list on my phone top to bottom. I found everybody that had ever paid me any money whatsoever and I wrote their name here. So Peter Peter's phone number was 6045005000 and the company was I don't know 1 second copy. Okay. I would go through this process until I exhausted my contact list. Once I was done with that, I then opened up my Facebook account and I went through all of my contacts there. At the end of this process, okay, you'll have most likely, unless you are, I don't know, 15 or 16 or something, you've never held down a job before, you'll probably have a list of people that have paid you in either a freelance capacity, an entrepreneurial capacity, uh, a job capacity, so professional actual employment, or some other capacity. And when I'm saying any capacity here, I literally mean this could be like your friend's uncle that hired you for a demolition job one week. All you're doing right now is you're just assembling all of your assets. Okay? Once you have this list, okay, send them a message that looks something like what I'm including in this document. In my case, I wrote, "Hey, first name. Had a lot of fun building thing for you. I know this is a bold ask, but I was thinking about your company and the way you're doing some process. Believe there's an opportunity for you to make an additional certain amount of money. I do thing and I'm confident I'd be able to fix this for you. It' require no additional work on your end. I'd scope and even finance the systems up front and I could do it under time period. All I ask is that you give me the opportunity to work with you again because you were one of my favorite clients or employers whatever. Let me know if you're open to this idea. Do you think that this is stupid? not going to work? Well, you'd be right. The vast majority of the people you send this to will probably not respond any kind or at least not in the way that you want them to. But that's life. The vast majority of any form of business development goes unseen and completely unviewed. Usually, it's between 50 to 70%. So, you can piss 50 to 70% of these messages right down the tubes right now. But that's okay. The vast majority of the time, making connections and building any sort of business is a numbers game, and you just need to play that numbers game. You need to not be afraid of what they're going to say or how people are going to think of you or whatever and discard those notions completely. The only thing you're trying to do right now is make money. Okay. So, once you've assembled this list of top people on the warmth ladder, aka people that like, trust, um, have given you their contact information and who likely have your payment information and you theirs, you can move on to the middle. [snorts] These people haven't paid you before, but they've been solicited by you before. Okay. What I mean by this is whereas the first category like trusted um, had contact information and payment information. Okay. This category may or may not like you. Okay. They trust you, but you have their contact information and you may or may not have their payment information depending on whether or not I don't know you sent them an invoice or something like that. Okay? So, you sort of have like one of the four. What do you do here? Well, it's very easy. You start by assembling a list of people who you have attempted to solicit before. Okay? You call this the top of the ladder. Then you have the middle of the ladder right here. Then you have the bottom of the ladder. And all you do is you just reproduce this process. Okay? Once you're done with that, send them this form of outreach. This form of outreach, while similar, is a little bit different because now you have to demonstrate that you are in some way, shape, or form uh somebody that is qualified to do this. Hey, first name. I know we fell out of touch, but I have something for you. I was thinking about company and the way you're doing process and believe there's an opportunity for you to make an additional certain amount of money. I do thing and I've solved this before many times actually. I'm confident I'd be able to fix this for you. It require no additional work on your end. I'd scope and even finance the systems upfront and I could do it under time period. All I ask is that if I do this for you, you'd give me the opportunity to work with you on our original project or a variant thereof because I really like how company looks and sounds and I have a feeling I'd be a significant value ad and return on investment. Again, do you think this is going to work? Does this sound really stupid? No. The vast majority of these messages will not work. But you only need a few of these to work. open a door to a conversation where you can actually drive a return on investment. Because whatever this return on investment is, let's say you think you could make somebody $10,000 through, I don't know, fixing their lead gen or doing some marketing for them or solving some very low hanging fruit that they don't have the time to take care of themselves cuz they're a busy successful business owner and you clearly aren't. Well, guess what? If you can solve a problem that's worth 10K for somebody, you can charge about 20 to 30% of that amount. It only takes one of them to pay you $3,000 before you're good to go. Okay. All right. Once you're done with that process, guess what we do for the bottom of the ladder? Well, people at the bottom of the ladder, okay, are people that you've never talked to. These are people that are totally new. we would in the business consider cold. These people don't like you. They definitely don't trust have your contact information. You probably don't have theirs. And they most definitely do not have their payment info. So, what do you have to do? We need to find a way to get their contact information. There's many ways to do so. You can do so via LinkedIn. I just published a video on how to do this with email a few days ago. Feel free to take a look at that. But once you're done, what you do is you compile a list of the most likely candidates. Maybe you start with second connections on LinkedIn or third connections or people that are within your network. Okay? And you just repeat this process again. You send them some message that looks something like this. Hey, first name. I'm a big fan of thing and wanted to give you something. Okay? You have to buy their attention a little bit more because you're not related to them. You have no connection. I do thing and have worked with big social proof or generated big social proof. If you don't have social proof and you don't know what social proof you can have, I have videos on that as well. You can check. No, it's the first time we're talking, but I went through company and believe there's an opportunity to make an additional amount. Here's how you can do it. And what you do is you actually solve their problem or at least you give them a high level overview of how you'd solve their problem and then you give it to them. So, if you're doing this over a LinkedIn DM or an email or hell, even a phone call or something, you would actually have prepared something for them to give to them. Remember, these people don't like you. They don't trust you. They have no idea who the heck you are. You could be some scammer prince or something like that trying to get them to wire a bunch of funds to their illicit address. You need something that proves that you aren't. And right now, the way to prove that you aren't is by doing a little bit of work up front. But once you've done this, as you can see, everything else looks really similar. I've fixed this before many times actually, and I'm confident I'd be able to do it for you, too. Would require no additional work on your end. I'd scope and even finance the systems up front. I could do it under time period. All I ask is that if I do this for you, give me an opportunity to work with you down the line. From what I've seen of company, I love your direction. Know you'd be a significant value ad and ROI. Alternatively, you can take what I've given you above and implement within company. That's totally fine, too. Just wanted to offer some value. Thanks for the time. Okay, this is it. This is really how complicated it is in order to make money. When I was absolutely dead broke and I was going door to between 2,000 to 3,000 businesses over about a 3-month period or so, I had zero income. I was bleeding money. I mean, I was down to my last few hundred in my bank account. This is exactly what I did. I did this. I'm writing it now with the benefit of significantly more information, right? I can tune my communication in ways I know and have validated have worked at scale. But more or less, this is what you do. What you do not do is you do not spend all of your life trying to design some moonshot product. You do not spend day and night hammering away trying to invent some new thing that will revolutionize an industry. These are not things that one does when they're in a situation where they need to make a few thousand dollars in just a couple of days. You have much bigger problems. And if you solve those bigger problems, that will buy you the time to zoom out and start making longerterm plays that can eventually create the sort of generational wealth that you want. But right now, you've got a very intense bleed. And all we're doing is we're stemming the bleeding, making you that money, patching you up, and sending you on your way. Okay? So, I've done variants of this many times. You guys can download this down below in the description. And while not the most polished video, hopefully it helps at least somebody make their first few thousand dollars on the internet. Have a lovely rest of the day. Bye.
