that's what makes you irreplaceable ultimately. So your mission for the first 30 days is to use AI to become twice as effective at your job. You're not going to be asking for permission. You're going to be building your skills in a silo to free up 5 to 10 hours of your week. This saves time that you stash up your war chest that's going to be used in the next phase. But before I can give you the RO specific blueprints, we need a quick reality check on this stuff because that's probably the most important part of the video if I'm honest. This is not a spoonfed process. Learning AI, I can I mean I can give you the map in this video as I'm going to do. I can point you to the tools, but no one is going to come and do the hard work for you. But all the information out there to go deeper is on YouTube. It's in communities. It's in free courses. You need to break out of the employee mindset that you are likely in that waits to be told what to do that expects everything to come on a silver platter. If you want a better life and you want to be able to secure your future and build your dream life with AI, you have to go out of your way to show some initiative. And that means watching some tutorials on a new AI video generator and then immediately trying to apply that to a project at your job. It means seeing a gap where a tool could help your team and taking it upon yourself to build a simple prototype. There may not be an explicit tutorial on how to use AI for your specific thing, but you are the one that has to bridge that gap for the company. You are the one that connects the dots. And this is the single trait that will make it replaceable. being able to keep up with the new AI stuff that's coming out and then bringing that down and saying how can we use it in our teams and company. Okay, with that reality check over, let's get into the blueprints. So, the first step in this phase one is to pick the one to two powers that are most relevant to your role and deciding to master the core tools for that. For example, if you are in a marketing role, your powers will likely be create and connect. This is because your entire job revolves around creating some kind of compelling content and communicating value, triggering emotions, and mastering the cutting edge in AI media generation and also AI enhanced writing is going to give you an insane advantage and allow you to double, triple, or quadruple your productivity in the task that you do. AI video generation is one of the main things you're going to want to learn. And you can start by researching and mastering tools like Higsfield or Google V3. There's plenty of tutorials on YouTube. You can go find out and in an afternoon figure out how to use these things. Once you're familiar with them, you can see what's possible for creating ad concepts and social content for whatever your role is. The next major category you're going to want to learn is AI image generation, so you can get proficient with Nana Banana, which is Google's leading image generation model. And with this, you can learn how to generate stunning visuals for ad campaigns for any kind of image generation needs. And as for AI enhanced writing, you need to move beyond just basic chatbt and look into more advanced writing co-pilots like Poppy AI that allow you to use multiple sources and context to craft incredible copy in your tone of voice. Next, if you're in sales, you might be looking more closely at the power to automate. And this is because your time is best spent on talking to prospects and closing deals, not on manual research and prep. So, building your own personal AI co-pilot is the ultimate form of leverage in your role. And so, your mission will be to build a personal AI co-pilot that does your pre-call research. And this is something you can build yourself right now without touching the company CRM. As for the toolkit to build this, you want to learn something like relevance AI to build a personal AI agent that scrapes a prospect's LinkedIn and their website as well for key talking points and then from that generates a pre-core report for you to skim over before the call. I actually show you exactly how to do this in my step-by-step 4-hour free course on AI agents, which I'll link down below. You can also look into tools like GenSpark to create customized slide decks or proposals for minutes using AI rather than ours. If you're in finance or operations, your powers may be automate and build. And this is because your roles are all about data reporting and process efficiency. AI can supercharge your ability to analyze data and create tools that make workflow smoother for everyone. And for your toolkit, you should get very, very good at using Chat GPT's data analysis or things like Google Sheets AI to interpret spreadsheets and find trends across data. Then I'd recommend that you go and research and find all the cutting edge startups that are building AI tools specifically for finance and data analysis and start trying them out. For the power to build, I'd be looking into things like lovable or bolt and you can use them to build simple no code applications for things like custom dashboards, display data for your team or a better project tracker operations. Now with the power to build using these no code AI web app builders, anyone can learn to build custom internal software. This is something we do a lot at Morningside. Or if you're in HR, your power would be to automate as well where HR is filled with these repetitive and process-driven tasks like screening candidates, managing employee data, and automation is your single biggest lever for adding strategic value to the company. For your toolkit, I'd recommend going deep on something like Air Table AI where you can create smart forms for job applications and then build powerful AI automation to screen and categorize and flag top candidates automatically. I've used this heavily in my own systems like my podcast application funnel and that's worked really like a charm. So, you can see the pattern here. For each role, the strategy is basically the same. First is to get familiar with the core consumer tools like chat GBT, Claude, Grock, and how they apply to your daily tasks. And this information is all out there. All you have to do is go and search for it. like how to use AI for X role. Secondly, you need to pick your power, eg automate or create. And thirdly, you need to go out and research the best-in-class tools for that power. Find the tutorials on how to use it and start applying them to your own work. And at the end of the 30 days, you will have a documented list of tasks that you've automated for yourself and a clear estimate of the time you've saved yourself. This is your proof. And with that newfound free time, this is your B chess, like we said before, and you're
