It's to bring this power to businesses. If you think about it right now, there's a massive gap in the world. On one side, we have this incredibly powerful technology that we're all up to date on and using. And on the other side, you have millions and millions of business owners who are completely confused. They know they need AI, but they have no idea where to start. And that space in the middle, that's what I call the knowledge gap. and businesses will pay you good money to help them to cross that knowledge gap. So in their businesses they can start to benefit from having this PhD level expert on demand and plugged into their business and various systems. And the best part is since GPT5 is brand new, everyone is a beginner. The playing field is completely level right now. And so this is your chance to get ahead by learning this tool faster than anyone else and then monetizing that new skill. You can do this in two simple ways. Either by running live workshops for companies or by creating online courses for their teams on how to use things like GPT5. I know what you're thinking. Like teach company like I've just learned what GBT5 is like 5 minutes ago. I'm not an expert. I'm not qualified to go and teach companies how to use this stuff. But the secret is this. You don't need to be. You just need to know more than they do. And right now, most businesses know absolutely nothing. You can wow them with a very, very basic introduction to AI workshop and then some tutorials on how to use things like GBT5 and some of the most common tasks that they have within their business. And businesses will pay for this because training up their existing workforce to be more productive is so much easier than trying to hire new people. It's an absolute no-brainer for them right now is to be able to get more out of their current employees with AI. So, here's a simple rundown of how you'd actually start this business. You would start off by finding high-quality YouTube videos which break down complex AI topics for beginners. Uh for example, I have a video on this channel about AI agents which is like an hour long. You then take that video, you get the transcript and you use GPT5 to turn it into a plan for an AI workshop. So uses the information in that video to plan out your workshop. So like people like myself have already done the work. We've already put it out there. You just need to reformat into a workshop or a course that you can sell to businesses. Then you can take this plan that GPT5 made and then put it into something like Jensen Bark who has an incredible uh slideshow creation agent at the moment. Um and it'll be able to create the slideshow for you within a few minutes. Then with this workshop and slideshow prepped, you can start reaching out to people you know and ask if they know anyone who would be interested in a free introductory workshop to AI for their business. So you're not asking the people that you know, you're asking them if they know anyone. So it's second degree connection, which is the most important part there. And once you've done your first one for free, then just repeat and refine your workshop until you're good enough to charge $1,000, $2,000, etc. They will let you know if they're happy and if they are, then the next one you should be charging for. The key thing here is that you can seriously learn everything that you need to know from free videos right here on YouTube and just package them and just reformat them into a simple presentation or a simple course on how to get the most out of Chat GPT5 for your business. And you can very quickly become an expert when you are in the rooms with these kind of employees at companies. And like I said in the intro, all of this stuff isn't a theory. I'm actually doing it at my agency, Morning. AI. We sell these workshops for $10,000 a piece. And I promise you that 95% of companies that we work with are completely clueless. Because these agents are powered by GPT5, which is a much smarter model, it's actually easier for a beginner to get great results with building these agents without the complex instructions that you used to have with previous models that weren't as smart. So, this reveals our third business model, which is starting an AI automation agency. So, your agency's job is simple. To find boring and repetitive tasks in businesses and set up a smart GPT5 powered agent to handle them automatically. And yes, I know what you're thinking. Start an agency. That sounds way too technical for me. But here's the secret that's stopping so many people from getting into this enormous opportunity, which is that you don't need to know how to code. Maybe they have a email form that you can convert into a chatbot on their website so that they can answer the same 10 questions over and over without having to do it manually each time. Then you can build a simple AI agent that can answer those questions on something like voice flow. Then you can install it on their website for free and get your first case study and then you can roll from there into paid projects.
