Top 7 Ways to Make Money with AI WITHOUT Coding

If you think that you need to know how to code to make money with AI, — oh, come on. — Then you have been sold ally. For two years ago, I was just like you and I was stuck on the outside of this emerging and exciting field trying to figure out how to get in. And today, my AI businesses have generated over $7 million. I've signed deals with some of the world's biggest brands and taught millions of people how to start their own AI business through this channel here and also my free community. The crazy thing is the vast majority of my students came into the AI space with no coding skills, no fancy AI degree, and little to no business experience either. So, in this video, I'm going to completely dismantle the myth that you need to be a coder or a developer to make money with AI. I'm going to be breaking down seven non-technical and beginner friendly business opportunities that anyone can start today with a little bit of learning and of course, a bit of hard work as well. And these seven opportunities aren't just theories. I'm going to be showing you real people in my community who are using these exact methods right now to make real money. And stick around because at the end, I'll be giving you my proven process to land your first AI client within 30 days with no ads or social media. Because what's the point in having all of these business ideas without a way to get your first client? So, let's get into it. And if you're new to the channel and don't know who I am, my name is Lee Mley and I'm the founder of Morningside AI, where we help some of the world's biggest brands to make their AI transition. Everything that I learned from building my own multi-million dollar AI business, I share right here with you guys on this channel so that you can write your own AI success story as well. All right, so let's break down the top seven ways that you can start to make money with AI without any coding required. We're going to start with two of the most straightforward and easy to access models which are based around education. So first, let's start with a

massive opportunity that is just hiding in plain sight. So in 2024, the US companies are spending $98 billion on employee training. Yet as of today, 70% of companies struggle to provide essential AI skills training. So, your solution is AI workshops. Simple 1 to two hour training sessions delivered to company teams. Now, I know what you're thinking. But Liam, I'm not qualified to teach companies about AI. Now, here's the truth. You don't actually need to be some crazy AI expert. You just need to know more than they do, more than the businesses that you're going to help. And I can tell you from firstirhand experience of working at my agency that most businesses know absolutely nothing right now. And the best part for you is that all of the information that you need to create these kinds of workshops is available for free online. You have channels like mine that provide basically everything you need in order to build a compelling presentation with just a little bit of self-study. Seriously, I have whole YouTube videos on this channel that you could convert into a workshop. In order to get this off the ground, you'd start by offering some free workshops to local businesses in your area just to build a bit of confidence and get a few testimonials. And that's exactly how Job Sheila, a member of my AAA accelerator program from my community, got into this same kind of AI workshops. He started off as selling basic Chat GPT workshops to Dutch companies and has made €250,000 selling these kinds of workshops and also Chat GPT courses which we'll touch on in a second. And I know from firsthand experience that you can sell these for quite a lot because at Morningside AI we sell these kinds of workshops for a $10,000 upsell within our consulting offer as well. So live workshops are great, but they have one big limitation that you can only be in one place at a time. So what if you

could help multiple companies at once? And what if you wanted to make money while you sleep? This brings us to method two which is creating online courses for companies to help them upskill their employees in AI literacy. And the opportunity here is huge. You have MIT Sloan found that workers who use AI properly are nearly 40% more productive than people who don't know how to use it. So think about this from a business owner's point of view, right? Why would I hire more people when your current team could do 40% more work? So companies will happily pay for training that delivers that kind of boost. So and don't worry about needing to create some fancy complicated university level course. Companies just need simple and practical training on topics like a chat crash course for the whole company, Chachi PT for marketing teams to help them write better ads and an AI image and video generation course for creative teams or a prompt engineering 101 course so that no matter what AI they use, they get better results from it. Or you could do an introduction to AI automation and show them what's possible in this new low code automation space. And again, all of the information to make these kind of basic info products is available freely online here on this channel. There's videos that cover most of these topics already. Your job is just to package this knowledge into a clear and easy to follow resource that's tailored specifically for businesses. And keeping in mind this is going to be used by businesses maybe in a corporate setting or in a less startupy kind of environment. And this is exactly what Alex Northstar from my AAA accelerator program has been doing. He creates these training programs that charges between $1,500 to $2,800 per course. And he even gets his clients to pay monthly fees for ongoing support as well. And with this particular method, remember that you're not selling a course. You're selling essentially a productivity boost that makes the entire business more money. So that's an easy sale to any business owner if you can get in front of them. And as I promised at the start of this video, I'll be sharing with you the best way to do that at the end of this video. Once a company knows the basics of AI, maybe through workshops or trainings

the next question is what AI tools should we actually use to stay ahead. So this leads us to our next money-making opportunity, which is consulting. So put simply, businesses pay consultants when they are confused. And right now, AI is causing a massive amount of confusion. — I'm extremely confused. — We see this firsthand with clients every day at Morningside AI. Companies desperately need someone to help them see this AI thing clearly. And these companies are spending big money on this need. Gartner says that companies will spend 644 billion on AI in 2025 and they need someone like you to help them spend that money wisely. And in my experience, the easiest way to get into AI consulting is through what I call AI tools consulting. So your job here is pretty simple. You can think of yourself kind of like an AI doctor where you go in and talk to the business and understand how their business works. Then you diagnose what's wrong and you prescribe the right medicine. You just figure out where existing AI tools can solve a problem or make things run smoother and give them a clear road map on how to implement these AI tools. Now, you might be thinking, okay, but Liam, I don't know about all these tools. I'm not an AI tools expert. And like we've seen with all of these, you don't need to be the world's best AI tools expert to get into this and start making money. You just need to know more than the businesses you are helping. So, all you need to do is learn about the top 50 AI tools in basically a week by watching YouTube videos on the best AI tools. and you'll essentially know more than 99% of business owners and you have mapped out the AI tools landscape. And then once you have this AI tools database of your own and you're familiar with them, you can go and prescribe them to businesses like this AI doctor. I've actually covered the entire process of starting a business like this in a step-by-step guide that's available in my free school course. Uh that's going to be linked down below. I don't want to make this video way too long, but essentially it's all covered in that video. And for a bit of context, this kind of consulting is how I started in my AI journey. I started offering 45minute consulting calls for $300 initially. you can reach me as a consultant in the description. Let's have a chat and get something built. And then when I started getting booked out too much, I increased that to $500. And then when those were getting booked out too much, I put it up to $1,000 for 45 minutes. And people were still paying that. So I can confirm that there is money in this. And now at Morningside AI, my agency, we're selling AI consulting packages for $60,000 each. So I can confirm that there is a huge amount of upside in AI consulting if you can get in. And this AI tools consulting is the best place to start.

So what's the biggest thing slowing down AI progress today? Well, it's not actually the technology. It's finding the right people to implement that technology. So, a whopping 87% of companies can't find AI talent right now. It takes them 142 days on average just to fill one AI role, costing them millions in lost work. According to recent studies, business leaders are saying that the talent shortage is the number one problem with AI projects. And this problem creates a huge money-making opportunity that most people aren't actually seeing. This brings us to method number four, which is the AI talent partner. So, with this, your job is simple. to be the matchmaker to find companies who are desperate for AI talent like the rapidly growing AI agency market or just the thousands and thousands of regular companies and then connect these people with these skilled people who can actually do that work. Now, I know what you're thinking, but Liam, I'm not a recruiter and I don't know any developers. Well, here's the thing that traditional recruiters are actually failing here because they don't understand AI. They don't understand the space. They aren't willing to roll up their sleeves and get into the communities where the best talent is currently hiding. You have an advantage over these people because you're learning about it right now and you're going to be in those communities. And you don't need to know developers personally just yet. Like I said, you just need to know where to find them. You have gigantic online communities like my free community on school that have thousands of talented builders who are looking for work and just aren't very good at marketing themselves. And you have also in those communities thousands of businesses who are wanting to hire them. So you can just be the person who's connecting the dots. So here's how I'll do it. If I was starting this tomorrow, I'd get very, very active in a community like mine. I'd build relationships and make a list of the best builders that I can find. Then I'd go around in those same communities to find AI agencies who are looking to hire top talent. And I'd offer them to connect them with prevetted talent for a flat fee, like $3,000 per placement. And this opportunity is so new, it's like an empty throne just waiting for someone to claim it. And here's a bit of personal proof that it works. So if someone told me, "Hey, Liam, I can find you a great reliable AI developer for your agency, Morningside. AI, for a $5,000 finders fee, and I'll guarantee their quality, aka I'll replace it if they're not a good fit," I would pay that instantly. And there are thousands of other AI agency owners like me out there who will do that too. And that's not even factoring in the hundreds of thousands of just regular companies, nonAI agencies out there who are also looking for AI talent. Okay, so now we got to talk about the elephant in the room and that's actually building AI solutions. The AI development market is booming, right? It's growing to $ 38 billion in the next year with $4. 2 million unfilled AI jobs worldwide. So there simply aren't enough people who know how to do this kind of AI development work. And I can hear you thinking, look, that's nice for the developers or the coders, Liam, but I can't build anything. this isn't for me. But here's the secret. You don't actually need to know how to code to get into it. There's a hidden door that millions of regular people are walking through right now to get into AI development. Which brings us to method

number five, which is no code AI automation. So instead of having to write code to build AI systems, you can use simple drag and drop tools like make. com in order to build powerful AI systems for clients. And I made this realization back in May of 2023 at Morningside AI when we realized, hey, we could actually deliver these things for clients with no code and low code tools. And that's what really blew this whole space open and meant that millions and millions of people could get into the AI business space through the AI automation agency model which is what we ended up naming it. So learning these no code AI automation skills and selling AI automation systems to businesses is one of the biggest opportunities of the next decade for people to get into AI. And I you not anyone can learn this stuff if they actually give it a go. I've seen 14year-olds from Eastern Europe build AI solutions for clients and I've seen grandparents who are like 75 years old in the US doing the same thing and selling these to businesses. So anyone can learn this stuff. It's really just in your head if you think you can't. There's so many resources out there right now and this particular path is perfect for you if you enjoy solving puzzles and making and building things. He started exactly where you are right now, which proves that you don't need any kind of technical degree in order to become a world-class builder in the space. So, we've talked about automating workflows, but what if a business needs a custom app or a custom internal tool? Traditionally, this meant hiring an expensive developer and then waiting a month or two or three or more. But all of that is changing right now and there's an entirely new wave of AI tools that now lets nontechnical people like yourself to build full software applications just by describing what you want in plain English. Some call it vibe

coding. You may have heard of it. I prefer to call it software composing. And this skill lets you offer two incredibly high value services. Firstly, building rapid MVPs and prototypes for new business ideas. And secondly, replacing a company's messy spreadsheets and old clunky systems with clean and customuilt internal tools. And the opportunity for this is massive. and it's a great thing to bet on longterm. Just one example of someone in my community making money with this is Noah Santony and he's charging an average of $15,000 to build out these kinds of MVPs for businesses and he delivers them in just 2 weeks. Now, this is obviously a huge topic and it's one of the most valuable skills that you can learn today. Now, for our final method, I want to speak to those of you who are thinking, "I like these ideas, but I don't want to do all the client calls and have all the project deadlines and all that rubbish. " What if you're more

of a creative person who loves sharing ideas? What if you want to profit from this AI boom without having to do all the hands-on work yourself? This is where what I call the AI referral partner comes in. So, your job isn't to build anything. It's simply to become a trusted voice who connects businesses with the best AI experts. So, instead of specializing in just one area, you essentially stay up to date on the whole AI for business world. You learn about the best tools and the best strategies and use cases that AI is helping companies. Then you share this knowledge with business owners in a way that they can understand. You're essentially taking all the chaos of the AI space and making it super easy for them to understand as to how it can help their business. As you share helpful information and make good content, you'll naturally attract businesses who want to use those kind of ideas but just don't know where to start. And attracting these kind of businesses can be very lucrative if you know what to do with it. So here's a simple plan on how to get it off the ground. You just choose one platform that you enjoy, either LinkedIn or X or YouTube. Then you start to create content showing how AI helps businesses save time and make more money like the best use cases and the best tools that are out right now. Then you can add a simple form to your profile with a promise, if you need AI help, I will connect you with the perfect AI experts for your specific needs. So when a business owner watches your content and realizes they need a certain thing, you say, hey, by the way, I can connect you with the right person for the job here. They go and fill out that form and then you connect them with the right partner. And this kind of approach gives you the best of both worlds. In order to get this pool of partners, you might hang out in a place like my free school community or even go into a paid community. find the best AI service providers for education or consulting or development and then you can have them as a little group of people that you can just shoot these leads off to. And the way you make money from this is that they will pay you a 10 to 20% commission for introducing them to new clients. So just by focusing on one thing which is making really helpful business content around AI. You can build trust with them and then use that trust to help them pair up with the best partners and you will get paid for making that connection. I also do this on the side with my own YouTube channel because we get so many leads from Morningside AI through my YouTube videos that we have a set of partners that we work with and if we have excess leads that we can't serve ourselves, we can send them over to our partners and get a 10% commission, say on a $50,000 project, we get $5,000 just for passing it off to them. So, this model is perfect for people who prefer to build an audience and make content and connect with people rather than working directly with client or doing the building themselves.
