What We’re Covering

Okay, so I surveyed over 100,000 AI agency owners in the world's largest AI business community to find out which ones were using AI to deliver the best results for their e-commerce clients. And what I discovered is that the e-commerce playbook isn't about to be changed by AI. It's already been disrupted forever. For example, we found a store owner using AI to go from 50 hours a week responding to customer message on WhatsApp down to zero, fully automated. We found realistic AI voice agents completing all order updates, returns, and targeted upselles while the owners worked on the business elsewhere and hundreds upon hundreds of hours saved from inventory synchronization, price optimizations, and invoicing processes now fully automated and adjusted without your input. These are going to be seven real examples of AI agencies helping e-commerce clients to turn their cost centers into profit generating machines. Even using some of these solutions to scale from 9K to $252,000 per month within just 8 months. I'll share the playbooks and the proof, real numbers, screenshots, and the exact tools they're using to deliver these results. So whether you're an AI automation agency owner wanting to be inspired by or steal from some of the cool things these agencies are doing for clients or you're an e-commerce store owner wanting to learn more about the most valuable ways that generative AI is helping e-commerce store owners scale more and make more by doing less then this video is for you. For those of you who are new to the channel, my name is Le Mley and for the past 2 years my AI agency Morning Side AI has built and sold AI solutions just like the ones we're going to cover. While I also run the world's largest AI business community, um which you can learn more about in the description below.

Solution #1

First off, we have Wisam, who built something pretty cool, an AI powered WhatsApp system for a poultry vendor managing weekly deliveries across multiple cities in France. Before this system was implemented, the owner was spending 50 hours or more per week manually handling hundreds of WhatsApp messages, managing orders, and coordinating deliveries. He was basically tied to his phone 24/7 dealing with lastminute changes. The system completely automated that process using these steps. First, it takes orders directly through WhatsApp. customers using both buttons and just typing in natural language to select their product type. In this case, farm raised versus standard chickens, chicken size, and so on. The system checks and confirms inventory, gets the customers delivery information, or routes them to a waiting list if demand is too high and inventory isn't available. The shop only gets a custom dashboard with all these details as they come in. So, there's no need to constantly monitor it. All order confirmations, daily reminders, cancellations, weight list availability, follow-up notifications are all managed by the app. This is a pretty fun combination of WhatsApp's business API, Superbase for database management, and N8 for automation. And the really crazy thing is that this original system is bilingual, so it's shifting between French and Arabic as it needs to on the fly, sometimes with each sentence. With Sam charged $7,000 as a onetime fee with no retainer for the system, and the receipts are screenshotted here. What I love about this solution is that it demonstrates that AI automation isn't just for big brands. It can completely transform small specialty businesses, too. And obviously this high volume commerce store can be adapted to pretty much any vertical of similar complexity. In the description below, there'll be a link to download a full breakdown of all of these in much more detail, including the tech stack you can use to build them and how to approach them generally. If you would like to learn more about this or get help building something similar, you can get in touch with Wam with his details in the description below.

Solution #2

Next, we have Muhammad, whose agency has absolutely transformed both instore and online operations in his niche, which interestingly is geared towards sneaker resellers. He's created a solution that saves time across the entire inventory management stack for sneaker consignment. It looks pretty familiar to most ecom stores. You've got inventory automations that generate barcodes, labels, financial reports, payment tracking, everything that you'd expect. But what sets it apart is how the AI integration helps streamline and solve decision-m on the front end by connecting the same air table database that runs the rest of the business's automations. The system allows them to send that information to OpenAI APIs and get the LLM to review the purchase details, the sneaker models, the sizes, the prices, purchase dates, and more importantly, how quickly the items were solved. For example, using basic no code automation platforms like make. com. They use wellprompted chat GBT steps to analyze one month's historical data to identify up-to-date trends within the shop. Which sneaker models sell fastest, which sizes are the most popular, what price points maximize profit, and seasonal demand patterns. It then suggests buyback prices and walks you through its reasoning, usually a combination of profit margin, current demand, and how well similar inventory has done historically at reselling fast. You can then use these insights on what to double down on in next month's order and combine the AI's analysis with your own intuitions on what products deserve shelf space or to stay on Shopify. So, Muhammad's AI agency combines this analysis with a bigger inventory management system and offers that all as a onetime $12,500 upfront fee with optional ongoing $1,000 monthly retainers for maintenance of the system. Here's the screenshots for proof. If you want more details or to get in touch with Muhammad directly or any of these agency owners sharing their solutions today, all the details will be in the description

Solution #3

description below. Next up is Brandon with a chatbot solution called Demi AI, which is designed for e-commerce businesses struggling to scale the customer support. So, here's how it works. They have an AI chatbot that deploys across the brand's digital touch points. This could be your Shopify, Squarespace, Web Flow, or WordPress website, and it's there providing 24/7 immediate support to your customers. But what makes this really valuable is that it doesn't just answer questions. It gathers actionable insights on customer behaviors and their concerns. It then adapts to those concerns and escalates them to you so that you can adapt your product and your user experience accordingly. The systems chat interface can handle everything from order tracking and modifications to booking appointments and checking inventory status. You can even have it set up to allow for purchasing from the chat window itself. Brandon is selling this for between $5 to $15,000 upfront depending on the client. And the receipts are screenshotted here. I love this because I think any opportunity to turn a cost center like customer support into a strategic asset is phenomenal. This kills two issues with one solution and pays for itself by reducing customer support costs and improving conversion rates at the same time. And of course, reduce weight times lead to increased sales. So, if you want to learn more about Brandon's dualpurpose customer support system, his details will be in

Solution #4

the description below. Next up, we have David, whose AI assistant is designed around a different part of the support stack. Handling customer support tickets for your e-commerce store. If you've been in the space for any amount of time, you'll know that the support side of e-commerce can be brutal. E-commerce stores get flooded with repetitive support tickets that eat up valuable time and resources. Here's how David's system solves this. First, it connects to your triedand-true support desk systems, the Fresh Desk and Zenesks of the world. Then, it dives deep to automatically answer common customer questions about policies and products. And the AI manages orders by retrieving information and making updates as needed based on the support conversation. It can handle payments, including refunds and subscription management as well. And it sorts and categorizes tickets for proper routing, as well as identifying any more complex issues that require some kind of human intervention. David is selling the solution for $5,000 to $7,000 upfront with a $600 to $1,000 monthly retainer for maintenance depending on the scale of the client. Here's a screenshot showing this. What's impressive to me about the solution is that it's comprehensive. you know, it's not just answering simple questions, but it's actually triaging issues and taking actions across multiple cross business systems. This goes beyond a friendly reply to actually learning to resolve customer issues from start to finish. And there's the escape valve for escalation to humans as needed. So, if you're finding yourself, your team spending too much time on customer back and forth, looking up tickets, and resolving the same issues over and over, this will likely be a godsend for you. David has already implemented this for clients like maga. com, montpacha. com, and you can find his contact information in the description below.

Solution #5

The next tool in our kit is from Yeston, who targeted a similar problem, but with a different solution. Instead of ticketing or chat bots, Yeses agents to solve e-commerce support. If you call the voice agent that YTON sets up for your business, it will talk you through any real-time updates on your order, shipping status, and delivery timelines. It can initiate returns, refunds, and send you the return labels as well. On the sales side, it will actually automatically provide product suggestions that are personal to you based on the information about you that it has given access to like your purchases or browsing history in the shop. And it can follow up with your customers who are banned in the shopping cart, even offering on the spot discounts. This is a done for you text stack that combines voice flow for conversation that feels really smooth and human. Vappy for initiating and receiving the calls themselves. Make. com for integrating everything together during and after the calls, connecting to Shopify, shipping and logistics, and basically anything you need. And finally, it integrates into HubSpot to manage updates to the customer's data as a result of the calls in order to further personalize future interactions. Yes selling this complete system for $5,000 upfront with a $500 monthly retainer which you can check out the screenshots of here. And voice agents like these are generating some pretty impressive results for stores who want that sort of hightouch voice support without having this highcost staffing infrastructure of having to have people on the phones all the time. If you want to learn more about systems leveraging voice AI of e-commerce, you can check out's details in the description below.

Solution #6

Next up is William from Autoscale, who's built a comprehensive AI automation infrastructure for e-commerce brand founders, marketing operations. His key insight for his clients is this. If you're running an e-commerce store, you're likely too busy with the business to implement AI and automation yourself, particularly on the marketing side. So, here are the exact components of William's custom infrastructure. First, Instagram chat funnels and DM automations. These feel just like talking to a person, are responsive, capture 92% of emails from DMs into Clavio, and 7 to 24% purchase rates straight from DM. The next layer are website customer service bots, which we've talked about before, which includes order tracking, answering questions, and recommending products. This reduces email tickets by 80% and increases conversions by 0. 5%. These workflows are combined with AI powered stories and feed posts with 4K AI imagery as well as Clavio optimization so that you are getting the biggest possible benefit from these marketing actions. William is selling this for between $2,000 and $8,000 upfront with a 1,000 monthly recurring revenue component. The screenshots are here. I love this as it's converting visitor attention into repeat customers. A big increase in potential upside for what's largely a one-time cost to setup. And these results are only going to get better the stronger your systems are after the sale. For context, one of William's clients scaled from $9,000 per month to $252,000 a month within 8 months of using this combination of services. So, it's extremely powerful under the right circumstances. If you want to learn more about Williams AI automation system and see if it's a fit for your e-commerce store, you can find his information in the description

Solution #7

below. Next, we have Austin, who has built an AI email management dashboard for e-commerce businesses who are drowning in customer service emails. Now, we've seen a few of these different customer service offerings, but Austin's is looking quite different. Here's how it works. So, he's got a system using NA10 that processes the incoming emails and displays them in a Google Sheets dashboard with the customer's name and contact information, as well as the full message content reformatted for easy reading and the main problem description automatically identified by AI. You can then select a set of preset responses using smart chips, which will then fire off the responses to the customers. The status of the response is updated, showing which emails are pending, ignored, or sent. Then you can manually resolve when the case closes out. What's clever about this system is how it streamlines the entire ticket management process while still letting humans make the final decision on responses. So, it's keeping the human in the loop, but the AI is doing most of the hard work. And he's keeping it super simple and basic, just straight into Google Sheets, very easy to use, not over complicating it, which is what some business owners are kind of scared of when adopting AI, which in many cases, business owners don't want to have to learn some whole new thing just to be able to run a customer service department. Unlike other processes, with this, you're still in charge. This is basically subverting an expensive ticketing system with something much simpler and in some ways more effective depending on your stage of the business. And this is reflected in the pricing as Augustine is selling this for $1,500 upfront with just a $200 monthly retainer, which is super accessible price point for this kind of AI solution. Here's the screenshots for proof. If you want to get in touch with Augustine so that you can get something like this for your business, you can get his contact information in the
