Collabrio is a SAS software company and we provide software to contact centers all around the world. We had lot of challenges. Lack of innovation was one of the thing our customers were not happy and they started leaving Calabrio. Even more importantly, just the partnership we had with that old provider was transactional, not relational. We tried, I think, six or seven different providers, but what made it an easy decision for us to go with Assembly AI was the partnership we felt. I would say Assembly AI migration has been one of the top three smoothest easy migration of customers. We didn't have surprisingly in a good way a period of time where our customers were maybe a little bit unhappy because things were different. In fact, it was the opposite. From day one, our customers were happier and just absolutely blown away by the performance of our new speechto text capabilities. Once you find that true partnership, the rest of it will follow because if you embrace their solutions, then customers are going to be happy. Not only in terms of seesat improvement, our productivity also improved. Our customer complaints went down because the quality of the transcription went up. This also helped us to improve our revenue by 22%. It's all around uh making our contact center customers operations faster, smarter, building capacity within those operations using AI to deliver great outcomes. AI is real and AI is turning real benefits in this industry. So it gives us the confidence to innovate in an aggressive manner at a fast pace because we have partners like Assembly Aa.
