most sales people suck because they don't get any coaching when you're new to sales you feel like you have to be a salesperson and you're just like trying to push something down someone's throat you're trying to force them to make a decision they don't want to do most salese suck because they don't get coaching because it's really time intensive to coach people you have sales people who are going out in the field failing making some sort of mistake and then they come back and there's no one to correct said mistake maybe identify that the mistake happens thus there's no feedback loop to get better at your craft we thought there's probably a way to use technology to close that feedback loop it's too long to go Shadow someone ride along with someone so record it transcribe it make it easy to like identify the core moments and if we do that this majority of sales folks who are not having any sort of positive outcomes now they're finally able to start getting coaching feedback in the moment is the most effective drives the most to behavior change and ultimately Behavior change is what we're in the business of doing what that means for us is once you're done a conversation we need to very quickly not just transcribed but transcribed accurately because our customers are in the field they're you know recording through a mobile device it's one microphone picking up a bunch of different voices we need to have the data processed fast accurate and particularly we need to identify the sales rep from the customer we need properly dized conversations and without that the analysis all sort of falls apart what assembly's been able to do for us is transcribe these conversations with Market leading accuracy both in word error rate and in diarization error rate within minutes so that a technician can start getting feedback on their way home from an appointment and because of the accuracy that we're getting from assembly we're able to on 10 out of 10 onboarding calls get a wow moment from a customer that wow that Insight was crisp the folks in the field truly trust our product more recently with the advancement of AI we can tell you what happened what products and services were offered what the sales rep did well so you can give praise which is extremely important in this space and the types of impact that you'll see as a result of getting Mass buying from a company will be somewhere between 20 and 40% hop line sales growth that's Improvement per sales rep and the impact that has on that individual is they might be making1 to $20,000 more per quarter that's crazy so without assembly's transcript quality and speaker separation we wouldn't be able to provide a trustworthy experience for our customers we're able to democratize access to worldclass coaching and help millions of people go from like going into sales having a really bad outcome like kind of wasting their time to now making it really reasonable living and for many of them making an extraordinary living
