so I got a post to my school Community recently um from a guy in Nigeria not 18 years old asking is it too late to start an AI agency and thought to make this quick video here because it's I think it's a I thought that crosses a lot of your mind you might have watched my content previously some of the other guys that I'm close with and you're seeing all of this Buzz happening you're seeing the recent podcast I did with 12 other AI agency owners who you're all probably quite familiar with um and you might be thinking oh I've missed a boat on this or I'm too late and these guys are soaking up with the market sh there's no room for me and I

The Opportunity

just want to like very clearly and brutally dismantle that because that is the worst attitude and belief you could have um in such a opportunity field space as we are right now and it does sounds so cliche it's always so cliche but this is a gigantic opportunity right in front of us I'm living proof that you can jump into this as a fairly newbie and within the short space of a year or year and a half completely change your life and I want that feeling for as many of you as possible and if you are looking at this now and thinking that you're too late that is the easiest way that you can knock yourself out of this race and

You are the last one

and these kind of technological shifts only come every 10 years or so and you are the last one I was at primary school and you were probably somewhere similar or maybe at high school if you're a bit older but it's like in 2008 I'm mad at myself because when I was at a primary school I should have been buying houses you know like that's that mean that that's been floating around but this is going to be the same moment when in ten is time and you're probably out of family and kids or something and you look back and you said that was staring me right in the face and I decided to wait 3 years before I I had the balls to jump into the space and do it now is the best time to do it

The next best time

and yesterday was the best time now is the next best time with this kind of business model and we have a large Runway and this is why I've been able to go all in and I think many of you should also consider throwing a s head first into this is that we have an easy 3 to 5 years in front of us of being completely committed to this space and saying look yes I might start an agency but I might end up in s or doing some various other business model within the space but you just need to throw yourself into it and say this is where the attention is if I want to start a personal brand there's so much attention to be soaked up and fast growth there all of the trade wins the economic trade

wins backing this opportunity up are in your favor if you can get in and start and you just need to I've just made a video about the five different ways you can start an AI agency or AI business I've made those kind of resources where you can just watch it and throw yourself in there and know that kind of put a blindfold on and just stare down the next three months and go through those processes and steps of learning these different tools learning how to be a specialist in a certain area in the AI space and I promise you that opportunities will just start coming out of the woodwork as you share your journey as well so in order for this you

saturation of the market

to be late to the AI space or it's too late to start an AI agency there would need to be complete saturation of the market meaning there's hundreds and thousands or tens of thousands of high quality service providers in the space who are actively selling AI solutions to businesses and these businesses are just absolutely amazed and I know for a fact that that's not the case there is only a handful of AI service providers that are actually doing a good job out there so there is always an opportunity now for you to come in and be one of those guys who are actually delivering high quality services to your clients so it all starts with the expertise you can then build some kind of lead flow they need the credibility to be able to close those deals as well and I've just covered that in a recent video which you can watch up here so yeah that's a

long-winded way of saying that you're not too late and it could be one of the most detrimental decisions of your life to cross off the space as a whole and say that no I'm too late like are you saying that you're too late to AI or too late to the AI agency space um cuz they they're basically one and the same so if you have any of those thought this as chance to dispel that completely and say look that is not something you need to be worried about right now if you you're going to look back and be very disappointed with yourself if you are choosing to make the decision now and being too late so this is my permission I'm giving you permission now whoever needs it some people needs it from different people in their life I'm giving you permission right now to start one of these to get into it and in two to three years you can thank me
