👉 Free download: NotebookLM Compound Intelligence Prompt Pack: https://forms.gle/FwPXp2utCFaVxvkC6 Turn your ChatGPT and Claude AI chat history into a compounding dataset using NotebookLM with Gemini 3 Pro, ChatGPT, and Claude AI. Most people delete or archive chats, but power users treat them like assets: export your history from ChatGPT and Claude AI, load it into NotebookLM, then use Gemini 3 Pro to run audits that extract reusable value and reveal gaps. In minutes you can generate a Prompt Library (your most-used prompts as templates), recover your highest-leverage Mega Prompts (role + constraints + output format), resurrect SOPs you described once as real workflows, build a routing guide for when to use ChatGPT vs Claude AI vs Gemini 3 Pro, run consistency audits where disagreements become truth signals, synthesize everything into one unified plan, and compile it all into a 2026 Blueprint (User Kernel, Asset Registry, Horizon Line, and an Initialization Block you can paste into any new session). That’s the unfair advantage: NotebookLM connecting ChatGPT, Claude AI, and Gemini 3 Pro turns disposable chats into leverage that compounds. #notebooklm #gemini3pro #chatgpt

This single document contains every strategic insight, business idea, and psychological blind spot that I've generated since 2023 using AI, and it's the perfect road map for 2026. Most people don't see the value in their conversations with AI, and so they just archive or delete their chats. But the top 1% treat their conversations like data says because they understand the power of collecting and compounding those conversations to create an unfair advantage. And I'm going to show you how to do that in this video. This is what my year with ChatG looks like. I am in the top 1% of users and when it comes to messages sent I am in the top 0. 1%. So I'm in the 10% of the 1% of people who've used Chat GPT for 2025. Depending on how you look at this, this could be a flex, but in my eyes it's a problem because that means that a lot of my ideas, solutions, a lot of my frameworks that I've created is trapped inside of ChatGpt. And so the number one thing that you can do right now is to download all of your data from ChatGpt and claw. And once you download that data, you want to upload it to notebook LM. The first thing I was able to do was analyze three years of conversations with ChatGpt and extract my 10 mostus mega prompts. Some of these are prompts that I forgot about, but now all I have to do is transfer them to my prompt library and their reusable assets forever. Not only was Notebook LM able to find prompts that I forgot about, but it was also able to identify my SOPs. These aren't prompts. These are operating systems. After extracting those prompts and operating systems, I was able to turn around and tell Notebook LM to create a prompt engineering course based on my style of prompt writing and the innovative use cases that I come up with because I'm always trying to find new ways to use AI. And if you want to learn new ways to use AI and not just get news updates, then make sure you subscribe to the channel. And if you want the exact prompts that I'm using in this video, I'll put a link in the description where you can grab them. So when you set up chat GPT and claude inside notebook LM, you have two very large solidstate drives. But when you connect them together in the Gemini chat, you now have a network. And this gives you the opportunity to compare, contrast, and combine three of the most advanced AI systems on the planet right now to come up with some of the most unique and intelligent responses that you've ever read or heard in your life. And the first thing that I did was compare how ChatGpt and Claw responded to the same business problems that I had in the different solutions that they presented to see which one was guiding me which way and which one gave the best advice for 2025. This also allows you to see which AI is giving you the most consistent guidance. Some systems you can ask the same prompt at different times and get different responses, but others are more consistent. This is a great opportunity to see which one it was for you. But one of the most exciting use cases of this is to take the intelligence of chat GPT Claude and Gemini 3 Pro and combine all of it to synthesize it, merge it, and come up with one unique plan that covers all logical gaps and has the highest probability of success. But we can do more than just compare different models and look at how the models interact with each other. We can also see how we interacted with the model. These prompts do three jobs. Number one, they mirror patterns. And this is going to help you to easily see yourself in an objective light, which is one of the most difficult things to do. Number two, they're going to remove bottlenecks because you won't be able to deny the patterns in your conversations and the problems that keep holding you back. You're going to know what to work on and you need to overcome. And number three, these prompts are going to help you turn all of the information into a plan for 2026 so that you can make this your best year yet, at least better than 2025. And when I ran the first prompt, it showed me something about myself that I didn't quite realize. Yes, I'm a pursuer of truth, but something that I also do is that I overco complicate the process at times. But after reading through a lot of painful truths that Gemini was able to glean from my conversations with Chat GBT and Claw through the power of notebook LM, it gave me a plan. And not only did it give me a plan, it also gave me a new niche for 2026. And it even told me who to start creating content for in 2026, which was something that I had already figured out I was going to do last night. And when you combine all of this together, I have a complete blueprint for what I need to do in 2026 to make sure it's the best year that I've ever had yet. And this is one of the best workflows that you could possibly use. These are just a sample of the prompts that I use. If you want the full prompt pack, I'm going to put a link in the description where you can download it and you can go through this entire workflow yourself and see what comes out for you. One of the things I want to show you right here is when you begin to use these different tools together in combination with one another. You begin to have some very powerful workflows. So, there's a lot going on right here inside of Gemini. Now, you see here as I have my claw notebook uploaded. I also have, let me see if I can scroll down to it. My chat GPT notebook uploaded. And I have my YouTube made simple 2. 0 notebook uploaded. This one has my framework in it for YouTube. This one is just here because it, you know, just has my knowledge, my, you know, my thoughts, my

musings, and so forth, my content strategy. It's valuable. And Claude was the one that actually helped me craft the video, the title, the hook, everything for the video that we're going to be analyzing. I have taken several screenshots of the analytics of this particular video. We have several different CSV files about the new returning viewers, casual and regular viewers, as well as a timestamp version of the transcript of the video. And so now what we're going to do is we're going to run a very detailed prompt to get some insights as to why the engagement on this video is so low. So I just want you to understand this is now possible with what we have right now. I could run this prompt with chat GPT. I can do it inside of the YouTube made simple project where it has access to those files and training data. I could upload the same screenshots, but I don't have access to the claw notebook. And the reason why I'm going to run it with chat GPT alongside with Gemini is because Gemini is notorious for summarizing, but Chat GPT has no problem crunching on this type of data for 15 or 20 minutes. And so I'm going to hit go on chat GPT. Then Gemini. And so executive summary is the video loses 33% of viewers in the first 60 seconds, nearly 70% by the 4-minute mark. This indicates a failure to validate the click immediately. promise versus delivery mismatch. The title promises use cases, but the first three minutes are heavily weighted towards setup tutorial, low value mechanical. What I want you to do is take everything that you've learned about this video. Every mistake, not just the top three, as many as you can find that have caused the retention to drop. Use every asset at your disposal. YouTube made simple chat GPT clawed and use all of that data to give the most brutal assessment and a do not do list with as much detail and as many reasons as you can possibly provide and then standardize it so that I could use it in another video. Something like a final checklist that makes certain that any video I put out never makes these mistakes again. And so after a very long time, Chad GBT finally returned and it's saying some of the same things as Gemini is giving me everything but a much more detailed and nuanced version of what Gemini provided. So now I'm going to give chat GPT the same prompt that I gave Gemini. I just copied it and I'm going to paste it and run it. I'm not changing anything. And I want you to look just how indepth this document is going to be that chat GBT is going to create for me. And then I could just take the small little list that Jim and I had and drop it in here and say just merge these in with yours and I have my final to-do list. I can get a download link from chat GPT and then I can upload that to YouTube made simple in notebook LM. And so you can see the detail that chat GPT went through to actually give us a full do not do list which is why in a lot of ways I still prefer and use chat GPT depending on what I'm actually doing and then I provided the short segment that Gemini gave us and it gave me a downloadable file which I've downloaded uploaded to YouTube made simple in chat GPT and inside notebook LM so that whenever I create a video I can tell like hey make sure we don't do anything that we're not supposed to do based on this and it will clean it up immediately so I never make those mistakes again. But if you got value out of the video, make sure you hit the like button, subscribe to the channel, and if you have the opportunity to hype it, hype it up so it reaches more people. And as always, take care, have a great day, a happy new year, and I'll see you in the next
