Microsoft's NEW INSANE COPILOT SHOCKS The Entire Industry! (COPILOT Was Just ANNOUNCED!)

so Microsoft just announced that it's going to be releasing its AI powered copilot program which is going to be enhancing the office software suite so you guys can see here from this article I'm going to show you guys everything you need to know about this new software and exactly what's coming because there are some live demos that I need to show you that are really cool Now quickly I do want to add because I do see this question frequently this tool this Microsoft co-pilot is actually going to be priced at a premium so it isn't currently going to be free when it does release so for those of you who think that this is going to be like chat GPT as some free software I don't think that's going to be the case as we know Microsoft does charge for its products so that is going to be something that um you know it's going to be and we don't know how much it's going to be because they didn't actually say in the presentation so they did not discuss the details but I'm pretty sure it's going to be similar or maybe just an add-on for its office program so I don't think it's going to be too expensive especially since I think it might be powered by chat gbt so let's take a look at how this actually works essentially Microsoft 365 is of course word you've got PowerPoint and then you've got Excel and then of course you've got forms so essentially these products are things that you know people use on a day-to-day basis to make different things but now essentially content creation is going to be so much easier because these are all going to be AI powered so let's see exactly how these work and the demos that they showed us one of the most interesting things here is word and I don't know if this is going to be a direct competitor to chat GPT I don't think it's actually going to be any kind of competitor at all because of course as we know Microsoft have they basically own chat TPT they have a sizable investment amount but of course they do have their own products but you can see right here this is a video titled Microsoft 363 co-pilot in word and essentially what we have here is we have um as you guys can see right here we have this little icon so this little icon here is essentially now going to be like the co-pilot icon I think they're trying to make this the new kind of robot which is kind of like you know chat GPT and you can see right here that it gives you three prompts already so it says create content a job description for 10 ideas 4 a press release 4 a project proposal about so it says describe what you'd like to create and copilot will generate off so if you're trying to create something you can simply enter the prompt and it's going to be uh you know giving you that right there so it says um as you guys can see right here what's also really cool about copilot as well is that it actually integrated cross-platform so the reason this makes it really cool is that you can combine different files so it's not just like an independent Word document writer it's something where for example in PowerPoint which I'll show you guys later you can actually use PowerPoint to create PowerPoints from Word documents so you can see right here that this is based on some meeting notes and it says draft a proposal for um this based on you know um from this roadmap as you guys can see they're adding all these products and then they're generating these drafts now what's really cool about this is that something that we know that we've used for chat GPT before is that previously we'd had to you know I guess you could say add um all of this into chat GPT we'd have to go from one thing to another to copy to paste but now you can also see right here that we actually just get this right here now what's really cool that you can see right here it says make it look like a proposed with final and put it in um put it pull images from design so you can see right here that it's a really powerful AI where you're able to combine things and Design things really really quickly so this is going to be really cool because of course you guys can see here it says rewrite it make it bullet points suggest ways to improve the document um and it's like I guess you could say it's kind of like chat gbt but I think I don't want to say it's better than chat gbt because chat gbt can pretty much do everything and it can be steered in many different ways because chat TPT is essentially like now something that is only limited by the user inputs but I really like this because this is built into Microsoft's 365 suite and it's really good because it offers Integrations between all these different products and if you're someone like me who regularly uses word who regularly loses PowerPoint you can say you know make a PowerPoint presentation about this with notes from this document it's going to make content creation um and just you know honestly it's going to make work so much easier as you guys can see right here and it just literally generated uh 800 words you guys can see right here 800 words in a matter of seconds so it's definitely really effective and this is just the word demo okay there's also you know you've got Excel you've got um the thing so this is copilot in Excel of course I will leave the links to these in the descriptions so of course you guys can see right here you guys can see that you can you know you've got all this data now everyone knows that Excel is something that is very complicated lots of people are hired based on Excel there's many different jobs a lot of people that you know are very effective in Excel but we all know that the learning curve for Excel is pretty steep you know the learning curve is like this it's a pretty steep learning curve but once you know the stuff in Excel you know it but you can see right here that on the top right hand side on co-pilot what they have now is they have something where you can literally just ask your co-pilot exactly um what they can do for you and you just say uh analyze this data Analyze This summarize the trends and it's really cool and you can see right here within seconds you've got um you know all of this uh crazy information you key sales are trending upwards manufacturing costs are down low discount products are nearly up now I'm

not sure if this is powered by uh gpt3 because this was released before I'm pretty sure copilot was released before Maybe I'm Wrong there it says copilot is based on technology built by open AI so of course as we know that is the firm that Microsoft has been working in um and that is something that is essentially you know of course based on I'm highly guessing that it's based on chat GPT so uh it's definitely going to be really cool to see how well this stuff works so it's definitely really cool as well because it looks like this is really fast as well it looks like it's not actually slow um so this is going to be really effective for people who are trying to you know generate data and of course you can ask to generate uh graphs uh make things you know simpler and you can see that right here they've managed to um you know visualize data you can see here he's asking them to visualize the data apply the color codes and it's just really effective like I'm not gonna lie I think this is going to put Microsoft um a step over I guess you could say Google in especially this AI aspect because you have to understand that everybody uses Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint every single day so this is going to be something that is a very big part of the future like before you know if you know Excel if you don't know Excel but um with copilot here you can see that now we've got a situation where you know you can literally just ask you can just ask it certain things or you could request or type certain things as suggestions so definitely very uh interesting as you guys can see this is just for Excel and this is it for PowerPoint and this is going to be one that's really going to be really cool because uh Microsoft I think Microsoft recently announced something that was um it was pretty insane I should have made a video on it but it was about how they're using AI to do AI powered PowerPoints honestly can't find it now but I think maybe they just integrated it into this but um yes as you guys can see right here this is really cool so the thing about this is going to be just insane for students like if you're a student who's you know creating PowerPoints or if you're someone who's creating stuff for your work you can see right here it says create a presentation based um on a certain document so you can see right here you can add and you can see this is someone's recent document that they've been using so maybe at work you've been asked to create a PowerPoint based on a certain piece of document and you can see right here this AI actually does this very quickly you're about to see it make a bunch of slides you can see how many slides you just created it just created Five slides within like 10 to 20 seconds um and it actually really nicely has a very nice design you can see that on the back there it's got leaves it's got a nice font it's got you know the logo right there it's got pretty much everything there so it's clear that this AI also understands the color scheme which is really nice so this is something that is much more effective than we really really think and you can see right here um she said add a slide about you know uh sustainable materials and you can see right here um it says adding slide and boom there you go you've just added a slide and it adds all the images adds everything thing you need and um you can see right here what's really cool about this is that you can just speak to this so it's not something that's like you need to type in slash input this you can actually talk to the AI and tell them exactly what you want which is much better because the problem with a lot of Technologies and software is that you have to type in slash something dumping and a lot of people don't know those commands they might not want to learn the entire command book you might just want to say can you make this better can you know do this instead and you can see right here um we've said make the slide more Visual and move the text to the speaker note so it's really cool in terms of how effective this is going to be I think is really cool because you can see right here it says add animations to the slide I honestly can't wait for this to be released because this is going to make um presentation so much more easier it's going to make understanding data so much more EDS because maybe you get a Word document maybe you get something that you don't really understand and you want it to be presented in a PowerPoint format you could just literally say hey convert this into a presentation and boom there you go you can actually watch that presentation for yourself this is also uh Outlook as you guys know everybody uses um Outlook something that a lot of people use and you guys can see right there and this is your catch up so it shows you a lot of everything going on so all of the stuff that you're going to need tomorrow as you guys see right there it says uh catch up so you know if you go to your inbox you haven't been there a while you can quickly catch up now these things like right here this was already something that was already in um these AI programs this was something that was already here so it's not something that was pretty crazy but um you can see right here that it shows you conversation summaries um which means that if someone sent you a big email it's pretty crazy and you guys can see right here um you can see that it just uh is a very nice way of adding and making your emails much more effective so it's definitely really cool you can see that you know you can write certain drafts you can automatically create certain template templates you can see how you can select your writing style neutral professional casual uh make it a poem uh short medium long there's just many different ways that you can do this and it's going to make your emails so much more effective and so much uh better so it's for Outlook it's for word it's for PowerPoint um it's really good and as you guys can see right here this is essentially how it works you can see right here that you know they use these uh you know language large language models to essentially do it you can watch the videos in the description but I think this is definitely going to change uh office I don't think anyone is ever going to go

back to how they used to use office I really don't think they are uh simply because it's just too slow and the learning curve especially in um you know especially in like things like Excel um it's definitely going to be really interesting okay um and there's also some business as well so uh this definitely helps you with your business as well so as you guys can see Microsoft uh co-pilot business chat is definitely something that as well can help businesses as well you can see right here that why this is so cool is because this is integrated into everything that you have now what we have here is Microsoft teams but because it's part of the 365 Suite you can essentially ask it to cover pretty much every one of your programs and files and ask it hey did anything happen with these sets of files um are ready for the meeting tomorrow and you can see right here that it actually actively searches for your PowerPoints searches through all your files to see if there's anything that you have definitely really cool and you can see here's the summary of the developments related to this yesterday um it shows you the Powerpoints it shows you all the references all the files that you need definitely really cool and what's crazy guys every time I see a new AI development okay is that I just remember that this is still in the early days like I know it might seem that we're ramping up progress very quickly but this is something that is really interesting and I think this is definitely one of the best um changes that Microsoft have made so definitely going to be interesting to see exactly what happens business chat is really cool um I would say leave a comment about Microsoft's approach to responsible AI because they recently did fire the ethics team so that might be a red flag it might be nothing crazy but um if you did enjoy the video do not forget to leave a like because copilot is definitely insane um and if there's any AI products that we did Miss uh leave a comment down below
