Introduction: Solving the YouTube Growth Problem

have great ideas. If you know your audience, but making videos fast enough to actually grow your YouTube channel is the problem, then this video is for you. I want you to think about this idea. What if every video you made actually generated the next one for you? I'm talking about a system that learns your voice, finds your gaps, and gives you ready to record transcripts in 10 minutes or less with little to no effort. If that sounds interesting, then you're going to love this Notebook LM Claw workflow that I'm going to show you in this video because this system just keeps getting smarter and better at helping you create better content for higher engagement and making more money

Setting Up Notebook LM: Installation and Account Types

online. Before we get into the workflow, the first thing I want you to do is go to the Chrome web store and install this extension because it truly takes Notebook LM to another level. Once you've installed the Chrome extension, you're going to see a Notebook LM tab like this. Now, if you have a regular Notebook LM account, then you have up to 50 videos that you can import into a single notebook. But if you have notebook LM plus, then you can upload up to 300 sources, documents, etc. into a single notebook. So, depending on which type of account you have for Notebook LM, you're going to want to follow certain instructions. I have Notebook LM Plus and I have less than 300 videos that are public, so I don't need to take this next step. But if you have a smaller amount of videos that you can upload to a notebook or by choice you want to upload a smaller amount of videos because you want to be really focused on what you're doing, then go to videos, sort by popular, and it's going to take the first 50 videos or you can go to a playlist and then you will see a notebook LM tab right here and you can just import this playlist of videos into the notebook. So, for this video, I'm

Creating and Importing Notebooks

going to click on notebook LM. And then I'm going to create a new notebook. And what this Chrome extension is going to do is import my entire YouTube channel into a single notebook. What we want to

Generating Video Ideas with Notebook LM

do is run a simple prompt right here. That's going to give Notebook LM four different tasks. Now, the first thing we wanted to do is identify the five main topic clusters and the creators unique positioning. Then, we wanted for each cluster to list subtopics, questions, and adjacent topics. And for step three, we wanted to score each potential video idea one through 10. For step four, we want to output top 10 video ideas in this format. And then we wanted to prioritize ideas with scores of 30 plus and flag any series opportunities. And so now, Notebook LM has given us a top 10 list of video ideas that we can actually do. So, one that I might try to do is actually combine a couple of these. So, what I'm looking at is the Facebook angle. And so, basically, what I'm going to do is just give it a simple prompt like this. I want to do a video about Facebook content monetization and the best ways to make on Facebook in 2026. Can you help me research that? So, it's only going to use the videos that I've uploaded. So, it doesn't have access to the internet. So, some of the information will be outdated, but that's okay because now that we have our video idea, we just want to copy this and then we want to go over to Claude. Once I'm

Using Claude for Video Content Creation

inside Claude, I want to open up this project that I titled YouTube made simple. And if you don't know how I use projects, I'll put a link to a playlist right here for how I use projects inside of ChatGpt and Claude. But this is the TLDDR. Number one is custom

Custom Instructions and File Management

instructions. Claude and chat GPT are going to tell you that your custom instructions are about preferences and selected style in the chat. I completely disregard that and I use this to actually upload a step-by-step prompt that gives Claude or Chat GPT a deterministic computer-like mindset so that it functions more like a calculator or a step-by-step project manager with a little bit of conditional logic so that it can think dynamically and be fluid enough for me to work with it. Number two are the files that I upload. You're going to see various files that I've uploaded. And each of these files serves their own individual purpose when it comes to creating YouTube content. I have a file for YouTube titles. I have one for intros. I have a file for the hook. I have a file for video formats. I have a file for ideas, packaging, content repackaging, uh writing the body of the script, and everything. And these custom instructions inform Claude or Chat GPT how to handle these files. Now, one thing I will say is that even though

Advantages of Using Claude Over Chat GPT

Claude is very limited with the usage, it's so much better than chat GPT because you are able to upload several thousand characters above the 8,000 that OpenAI limits you to. This is a 13,000 character prompt and Claw handles it with no problems. Now, you do have the usage problem, like I said, but that aside, it's definitely better than chat GPT. Another reason why I prefer Claw is because it writes so much better than Chat GPT. It's not even close. And on top of it being a better writer, it's able to write in my voice exactly every single time. And this is how. So, what

Creating Custom Styles in Claude

we want to do is click on these certain tools and then we want to click on use style. And so you see they'll have several different styles here. You'll see the tutorial enthusiast. If you look in yours, you will not see this because this is my personal style. So if I click on create and edit styles, you'll see the ones right here listed again. Create custom style, add writing example, I can upload from device or I can paste text content. So let's say you want to paste text content. All you have to do is go back to Notebook LM, find one of your best performing videos like this one right here for me. Command C to copy. We're going to click paste content, paste it, and create style. And now Claude is going to analyze my speaking as my writing. So when it writes my transcripts, it's going to write them in my voice. But all I have to do is take

Finalizing Video Content and Thumbnails

the idea of the video that I had from Notebook LM, drop it into this clawed project, and it's immediately going to start fleshing out the angle of the video. It's then going to work on the title hook and the introduction to try to make certain that we're giving the payoff as quickly as possible. It's even going to give me advice on how to design my thumbnail. And it will even write me a prompt for the thumbnail. But after I finalize my title, my hook, my thumbnail, my introduction, the body of my content, my call to action, my outro, and the content is written done. The next thing I want to do is click on this notebook LM tab again because once again that Chrome extension that you downloaded not only allows you to import over 300 videos into your notebook, but it also allows you to take your chat GPT claw and Gemini conversations and import them into a single notebook or into a notebook of your choosing. So once again, I can create a new notebook or I can use an existing notebook. Now, if you look to the left, you can see that there's only one file inside of this notebook, and that's intentional. That's the one video idea, the title, the introduction, all of the different assets and things written out in detail inside of this document. So now, whenever I come over to the studio on the right hand side and I open up, say, the slide deck, I can tell Notebook LM, which is powered by Nano Banana Pro, to create me the most engaging detailed slide deck that it can possible. So, if I click on this one right here and then I click the icon at the top, you'll see the custom prompt right here. But let me walk you through this slide deck. So, you can just get a quick look and see that Notebook LM did a great job actually creating the slide deck. It looks awesome. It looks professional and it matches everything that we requested. Even if you take a look at this one that I did that's realistic, you can see just how realistic the dashboard is and it just does a great job of putting these slide decks together for you and it only takes it a couple of minutes. And even though Notebook LM has the ability to hallucinate, the chances of it hallucinating are slim to none because it is grounded on my YouTube content. So, even though I'm not the one who's creating the slide deck, all of the information that you're looking at is created based on my YouTube channel's content, look at this infographic that I was able to create that essentially walks you through the entire process. You upload your content to Meta, they drive engagement to it, meta sales ads, profits, and you get a tip. There is no clearer explanation for Facebook monetization than this image right here. And one of the primary reasons why you shouldn't make it a primary method of you trying to make money on Facebook. And look at this infographic. Facebook works for you, not the other way around. This is your offer. Groups for nurturing, shop for sales, messenger for conversation, ads for targeting, reals for discovery. This is an entire distribution system, right? And if I click on this icon right here, you can see that there is a prompt that Claude wrote that created this very detailed well-designed infographic. So, I know what you're probably thinking. Well

Exporting and Editing Content in Canva

Corey, that's great that you can create all of that content inside of Notebook LM, but how do I get it outside of Notebook LM? And how do I get the Notebook LM logo off of it? And it's very simple. All you have to do is click on the three dots and then click download and it's going to download to your device. The next thing you want to do is open Canva, click on create, and then click on upload. From this point, all you have to do is upload the document that you just downloaded. If you download a full slide deck, then Notebook LM gives that to you as one single PDF. But Canva is going to break it up into different slides. If you download a single infographic, then that's just going to be one image, and you just upload that single image to Canva. But once you get your content uploaded, if you look in the bottom right corner, you can see that the Notebook LM logo is still present. Just click right here. And then all you have to do is either drag it straight down until it disappears or drag it to the right. Now, one thing I will tell you is that you don't even have to remove it. You can actually leave that Notebook LM logo there and record your content and still get paid by YouTube. I have a video earning money with it right now and I even used the podcast voice for the majority of the video and I'm still getting paid for it because I personally did the introduction and the outro. So, if you got value out of this video, make sure you hit the like button, subscribe to the channel, and as always, take

care. Have a great day and I'll see you in this next video where I give you a full breakdown of Facebook content monetization for 2026 and the best ways to make money on Facebook beyond the content monetization program. And I'll also be sharing some reasons why Facebook can actually be one of the best platforms for you to be creating on if you're not comfortable being on camera, but you still want to run a profitable business or grow as a creator and build your personal Friend.
