So, one question that I get quite often is, "Sam, is it really possible to build and launch a digital product without having to pay for traffic? " And I would say, in my opinion, the answer to that is yes. There's many different methods that you can use when it comes to generating organic traffic. And in today's video, what I want to do is break them down. I'm going to go through four of the most beginner friendly options. And I'm also going to show you real life examples of people that are doing this right now, so that you know exactly what you can do to put yourself in a position of being able to generate digital product sales without having to pay anything. And for those of you that are new to this channel and you've never seen me before, welcome. My name is Sam and I'm someone that's been selling digital products now, I would say, for the past seven maybe eight years. And during that time, I've not only used organic traffic, but I've also ran paid ads as well. And it's very important for you to be aware of the different pros and cons, the different advantages and disadvantages when it comes to solely relying on organic traffic. So right here, I've got three different pros, three different cons. I'm just going to quickly go through them. And what I'm going to do is go through those four different free organic methods. So let's start off with one of the first pros, which is the fact that it's completely free. So it's obvious you don't pay a single penny when it comes to ads. Your time and effort are the only investment that you're going to make. And if you're someone that is currently in a position where you do have a lot of time to spend on the digital product that you built, then organic traffic could definitely be a way to go. One of the next pros is that you're going to build a long-term asset. So, with the different methods that I'm going to talk about that you can use, when you put more energy into them, time into them, you're essentially building up a system that's going to be able to benefit you far into the future. It's essentially going to be a compounding effect, which means that the time that you put in today, you're going to be able to reap the rewards down the line. And finally, one of the next pros is that you're going to build trust and authority. So, with the different strategies that I'm going to show you, not only are you going to build a long-term asset, but you're also going to build trust and credibility, which is going to ultimately turn into sales down the line as well. You of course need to stick around to the end of this video so that you can see exactly what the strategies are because it's going to make more sense. But I would say for the most part, those are some of the main pros. But let's move on to one of the first cons, which of course is that it's going to take time for you to see results. It goes without saying that organic traffic is something that you're going to continuously keep putting effort into, and it's not going to happen on the very first day. Paid ads, on the other hand, if you're able to set up your paid ad in the right way, you can definitely get your first sale within the first maybe few hours, maybe 24 hours. This video is not really about paid ads, but the point is when it comes to building up organic traffic, it's something that you need to be patient with. One of the next cons is that there's going to be unpredictable growth. This is something that I've definitely experienced with all of the different organic traffic methods that I'm building up. One month engagement might be high, which translates into a lot of organic sales, but other months when engagement is low, it's going to of course have a ripple effect on the sales that come in. So there's no real way that you're able to predict your growth when it comes to organic traffic. And one of the final things that you need to be aware of is that it can be hard to scale quickly. So as we've just mentioned, organic traffic takes time to build up. It's not really predictable. And because of that, you're not really able to take control when it comes to scaling. It's not necessarily a bad thing. It's just something that you need to be aware of before you get into it so that you're able to build the foundation of your digital product store in the right way. But let's move on to one of the first free traffic methods, which is going to be Google SEO. Now, a lot of people believe that SEO is dead. Doesn't work. There's no point in doing it when that couldn't be further from the truth. Google is still the number one most visited website in the entire world. And billions of people all around the world still go onto Google when it comes to asking it basic questions. And the main benefit to Google SEO is that as long as it stays number one, the more consistent that you are when it comes to post and blog articles, you're going to be able to continuously keep getting traffic from those articles far into the future. Let me show you an example of what I mean. So, let's assume that I'm someone that wants to buy a digital planner. I may go on to Google just like this if I'm on the fence with buying one and just ask, "What is the purpose of a digital planner? " So, what the person may do from this point is click on Google search. And as you can see, there's going to be all of these different websites, articles that pop up, but there is this one over here that I want to point out that was published almost over 4 years ago now. So, imagine it. They're still on the first page for this article titled 10 reasons to start using a digital planner. If I just click into it, as we can see, it's a very simple blog article where they're ranking or they have listed out the 10 different reasons why someone needs a digital planner. And along the way, what they're doing is promoting the digital planner that they sell. So, it's a very simple but also effective way of being able to get organic traffic because they've placed the right keywords throughout this entire article. They've used images and they've made sure to answer the person's question in terms of what they

typed in into Google. They've been able to get ranked in the number one spot. And from this one article alone, they've probably been able to get thousands of people onto their website. And I don't need to say it. They of course sell digital planners as you guys can see over here. And you're probably thinking, Sam, just because they've ranked this blog article as well as many other articles on their site on Google, that doesn't necessarily mean that they're bringing in sales. But that's the thing. If we go over to Digital Maker AI, I'm just going to copy the URL. What this tool is going to be able to help me do is estimate the amount of revenue that they're making based on the amount of traffic that they're getting. So, what I can do from here is click on competitor analyzer and paste the URL of this site that's ranked on Google in there just like that and then click on analyze. And what digital maker AI is going to do is come back with the estimated revenue as you can see over there as well as some other information. So, we can see the monthly traffic. amount of products that they've got listed, the average price, and of course, what they're potentially bringing in. And we can also see the keywords that they're ranking for on Google right now and the fact that they are primarily getting their traffic through organic means. So yeah, this competitor deep dive feature is useful. I use it when it comes to getting an idea of what's working when it comes to organic traffic. Because the way that you can now use this information for whatever your competition is to place those keywords that they're ranking for in your own article. So if I go over to this site over here, this is a demonstration website that I built with the help of Hostinger for the purpose of promoting this demonstration ebook. So it's a website all about helping small business owners understand how they can use chat GPT. So, as you can see, straightforward website, super clean, but I've got this blog page over here that I haven't published any blog articles yet, but I can do so with the help of Hostinger's AI blog writer. I'm just going to quickly show you how simple it is when it comes to using AI to help you write an article and the key things that you need to do when it comes to using the right keywords so that you can get ranked in the Google search results. So, if I just come over here to the left hand side and click into blog, I'm just going to click on add new blog post. I'm going to select the length of the content. Let's go with 800 to 1,000 words. And the description of the blog post is going to be something straightforward. I'm just going to say 10 tips on using Chat GPT as a small business owner to grow sales. And then all I need to do from this point is just click on create content. And there we go, guys. Literally within a few seconds or so, Hostinger was able to produce this fully written article with all of the keywords in the article already. And if you wanted to take things a step further when it comes to just making sure that your entire website has the right SEO so that Google knows exactly what your site is about, you could just go back over here to the editor, click on pages, and as you can see, you can add SEO, which is the right keywords to all of the different pages that's on your site. So, if I just click into the blog one over here, as you can see, there's the focus keyword. So, if I just click into this, I'm going to be able to now type in chat GPT, just like that. And I can also add another keyword. I'm just going to put AI. I can even do another one. Let's do Gemini. All of this is just an example, guys. And from this point, I can also add the meta description as well as using the AI SEO assistant. So, yeah, Hostinger definitely makes it super easy when it comes to getting organic traffic using the Google search results. I'm going to leave all the information to Hostinger as well as the discount code down below so that you can check it out. But let's move on to one of the next ways of being able to get organic traffic to your digital product, which is going to be with a YouTube channel. So, I'm very bullish on YouTube channels. It's something that I do on a regular basis. I've got a couple different channels that I'm running right now. And the reason for that is because yes, Google is the number one website in the entire world, but YouTube comes second. And YouTube is actually owned by Google and is also a search engine. And the fact that YouTube is a video platform as well as a search engine is really powerful because you can produce content, target it towards a specific person, and then from there, you can now promote your digital product in a way that's going to solve that person's problem, and it's going to be a win-win situation for everyone involved. And one thing that I always say is that when it comes to building a YouTube channel, there's a number of different ways that you can do it. You can either do it in a way where you show your face, which isn't a bad way to go. is something that I'm doing right now. Or you can do it in a way where you don't have to show your face. This is something that I've also done and it's something that I'm still doing till now as well. It really does depend on how you want to do it. And I want to show you an example of someone that is using YouTube when it comes to not necessarily showing their face, but yet they've been able to drive traffic to a low ticket digital product and see a certain level of success. So, as you can see, I've just jumped onto YouTube. I've

typed in the keyword mindset for self-improvement. very broad, very general, but we're going to use this example. So, of course, there's going to be people that are showing their face as you can see with this guy. There's also, you know, these people that are reusing different people's content, but there is channels like this one over here where in the last four months with this very simple title, they've been able to get almost 3 million views. And the beauty of this is that not every video is going to take off, but if we just scroll down over here, as we can see in the comments, they've got a link to a particular product. Let's click into it. Okay, so far it looks like a very simple landing page. But if I just scroll down over here, we can see this payment collection form where it looks like they are promoting some sort of ebook. And this is just one of the many examples out there that I can use. There's multiple different on camera channels that are promoting digital products as well as faceless ones. And if you want me to make a detailed video breaking down step by step how you can start your very first faceless YouTube channel and use it when it comes to promoting a digital product, just comment the words down below. Do the faceless YouTube digital product video as well as your specific country. And I'll be sure to make that video ASAP if I see that many of you want to see that video. But let's move on to the third free traffic method for digital products, which is going to be by posting short form content. So, I'm sure it's no surprise that short form content is something that's blowing up. A lot of people are engaging with it. watching it, and it's a quick and easy way for you to capture someone's attention. The number one reason why short form content, especially on platforms like Instagram, is perfect for a beginner that's looking to promote a digital product is because most of you probably don't have a YouTube channel. really have followers on your Tik Tok account, but you probably have followers on your Instagram account because a lot of us use it for personal reasons. And I'm not saying that you should bombard your family and friends with a digital product, but it's a good starting point when it comes to getting your first few sales. For those of you that haven't heard the story, the first ever digital product that I personally sold was through my personal Instagram. It was someone that knew me before I ever posted a video on YouTube. And that's what gave me the motivation to know that I can continue going. But let me give you an example of an account that is doing this right now again without having to show their face. So, as we can see, this is an Instagram account that's posting content on a regular basis. All about notion. Accounts like this have done really, really well when it comes to the way that they've structured things, branded it. you know, instantly you can tell that they are focused on a particular type of topic which is all about blueprints, all about notion and they don't need to show their face, but yet they're still able to get decent engagement. And another good thing about using Instagram is that you can connect it to a software called Manyhat. And Many Chat is something that you can use when it comes to automating sales through your DMs. I've actually got a step-by-step guide where I show you how you can post content on Instagram, how you can build a digital product using AI and how you can automate everything on the back end using Many Chat as well as some other AI tools if you want to check that out. It's going to be one of the top links in the description down below. But if we just take a look at the specific digital product that this Instagram account is promoting, let me click into the link. Okay, so as we can see, this is the notion template that they are promoting right here. It's one product that they're focused on. So, yeah, it's a very simple digital product. I'm not really someone that uses Notion too much, but we can see by the looks of it that they've structured things well, and I'm sure that they're generating sales. But if you do come across a product that you're thinking about replicating, of course, you can use the competitor research tool within Digital Maker AI. But I would also advise you to use another feature. If I just copy the specific URL for this product page, I'm just going to go back over to DigitalMaker AI. But this time, what you're going to do is click into product research and just paste the product URL in there, just like this, and then click on analyze. And what you're going to get back is information on what you can do when it comes to replicating them. So, it's going to give you some market and building metrics, you know, market demand, competition level, differentiation, potential, as well as a deep dive analysis. So, I found this to be really helpful with all of the different digital products that I'm building because, for example, over here, if I click into profit analysis, it's going to give me an idea of exactly how to price the product that I'm looking to build based on this one. But let's move on to the fourth free traffic method for digital products that is still fairly new and it's still one that most people don't understand, which is AI traffic. And all AI traffic means is utilizing AI search engines, AI platforms when it

comes to being able to get organic traffic that you don't need to pay for. And I'll definitely say that this is one of the biggest opportunities right now, but it's also one of the opportunities that you don't have full control over because it's still new. My understanding of being able to get ranked in all of the different AI search engines simply comes down to using SEO strategies as well as some other things, but the foundation is going to be to ensure that you're using the right keywords in the right places. So again, if you want to use something like Hostinger, they've made it super easy when it comes to doing that. But let me show you an example of sites that have been able to get ranked in search engines right now just so that you understand exactly what I'm talking about. So I'm going to start off on chat GPT. And what I'm going to do is just enter this search term. I'm just going to say that I want to buy an income tracker toolkit to help me budget better. Can you recommend me a few options? So that sentence might not be correct, but it's going to understand exactly what I'm saying. And with chat GPT, most of you probably didn't know this, but you can click into the plus icon. Come over here to where it says shopping research. Click into that. And what it's going to do is that it's going to come back with a couple different questions. For example, it's going to ask you what is your preferred format. Today I'm just going to go with spreadsheet. What is my budgeting range? I'm going to go with this one over here. Top features that I need. Let's go with this one. Click on continue. And what it's going to do is that it's going to scan through everything and it's going to come back with the best possible results. And here we go, guys. Just like that, it's now come back with all of these different options. So from here, what I can now do is just scroll through this list and I can click into any one of them. So let me click into this one over here. Okay. So this one looks like a very simplistic web app that anyone can build. Not saying that it's easy, but there's certain ways that you can do. So if I just click into pricing, they've got this free option and they've also got this premium option as well. And what's really interesting about Chat GPT is that it didn't just take me to the homepage, but it literally took me directly to the signup page where I'm going to be able to sign up or make payment straight away. And that's the thing, it's not just chat GPT that's doing this. If I go over to the Google AI mode, which probably has around between 100 million to 200 million active users right now, and type in the exact same thing, let's see what it's going to come back with. Okay, so if I just scroll down just like this, there's all of these different options. And there we go. The Google AI mode is also promoting the exact same web app that we came across on Chat GPT. So, this site has been able to get completely free organic traffic simply because they're doing a good job when it comes to the app that they built by the looks of it, I'm not sure. I'm not a customer, but for them to be getting recommended by all of these different AI tools, it means that people must be going back onto the website. They must be using it. They've got the right keywords. They've got a blog page as well and they're just doing everything right when it comes to the structure of their site. But yeah, guys, for the most part, I would say that those are four of the best free traffic methods when it comes to getting people going towards your digital products. Of course, there's a lot more that goes into this entire thing. And I've got resources down below that I'd advise that you check out.
