Intro

All right, so I just saw Miss Rachel. Yes, that Miss Rachel. And she has her own Millie Moon training pants and they're actually in Target right now. I was just as surprised as you are when I first saw it. But not really because

Why Creators Launch Their Own Products

every big creator, or at least the ones who want to build real wealth, eventually launch their own product because they understand that the way to really make the kind of money you want from the effort that you're putting into your content is to have something that you own. Mr. Beast built Fastables. Logan Paul and KSI have Prime. Emma Chamberlain turned her coffee obsession into an actual product. Typically, I would say you should probably create a digital product, start a community or something like that. But everyone's content and even their personality or the thing that they provide to their audience isn't necessarily something that can fit a teaching, a coaching, a course, a community type environment. And sometimes your audience wants something tangible, something they can use on an everyday basis in a practical way that reminds them of the content that you create and the value that you

give. But then they get stuck because then they start thinking, okay, well, how do I find candles or coffee or some other item that I want to sell to my audience, but I don't know where to source it? And even if they do run across some people on the internet that say they can supply it, they don't know how to vet them and find out if they're actually legit, and they don't even know what questions to ask. So, in this video, I'm going to walk you through the exact process that you should use to go from idea to having real suppliers who can ship you the products that you can offer to your community, your audience in 48 hours or less, not some vague concept of what you probably should do. I'm going to show you exactly what to do. And to speed up this process, I'm going to be using a tool called Axio Agent Mode. I'll put a link in the description so that you can open it up and follow along with me. So, here's how this works. The first day is about

Day One: Product Validation

validation. We don't want to just pick a product that we think might work. We want to look at what's actually selling right now, what people are willing to pay, and what problems keep coming up under reviews from other products, because those problems are opportunities for us to create something unique and valuable for them and for our audience.

Day Two: Execution and Sourcing

Day two is all about execution. I take that research. I find three solid suppliers. I run background checks. I send out quotes all at once letting people know what the specs are. By the end of day two, I have real replies from real factories. And that's the goal because what we want is momentum, not

perfection. So, quick context on this tool you see me using. Axio Agent is like a sourcing assistant. I tell it what I'm trying to build and it walks me through the steps. It pulls the data. It finds the suppliers. It checks their background. And when I give it the green light, it sends everything. So that all I have to do is come to it with an idea. Let it work out all of the steps for me and then just hit a button and send everything off. So step one, I open a

new chat and I ask it, show me what's trending in my niche. And for this video, I'm just going to say the candle niche. I want to see price ranges, typical margins, what people are complaining about in reviews, and three angles I could take that wouldn't just be a race to the bottom on price. So, there's three things I'm looking for when this research comes back. The first one I'm looking for is evidence that people are already spending money on this product because that is the biggest tail that our idea isn't actually good one. The reason I'm asking for problems and reviews is because like I said before, we want to find ways where we can make our product stand out. And finally, I'm looking for an angle that I can explain in one sentence like a thumbnail and a title. If I can't break it down to that, then it's too complex and it's not clear enough. And once I

Pre-Selling and Testing Demand

have that information, I can either pre-sell it to my audience to test demand to see if this is something they actually want, or I can go ahead and start sourcing the product and getting things ready so I can ship it out to my customers when they do purchase in the near future. I personally will go ahead and pre-sell it to my audience to test demand or at the very least put up a waiting list to see how many people are actually interested. That way, if you don't get enough interest from your audience, you can test a different idea before you start sourcing. So, let's assume that you've tested it and you know there's demand for it or you know it's a good product. This is something that you want to offer. So, now we want to look at how do we actually source this. This part used to take forever, but now we're going to get it done so quickly. I'm going to search for or ask for three manufacturers that meet the specs that I need for my particular product that I want to offer to my audience. I can include certifications if I need them or a reasonable minimal order quantity. Axio agent runs background checks on all of them, gives me a quick summary of why they're credible, and then it drafts a request for quotation and my voice. Now, instead of me spending weeks trying to vet vendors, I'm getting messages from real factories that can really manufacture what I'm actually looking to provide to my audience. And if I want to, I can compare these vendors one to another so that I can get an idea of who's been in this game the longest, who's made the most money, and who my inspiration or competition is probably getting their products from. And if I have more than one business idea or more than one product idea that I want to share with my audience, that's no problem either because everything is stored inside of that single chat. The product research, the market research, the reviews about the products in that market, the pricing, the lead time, the vendors, everything. It's right there inside of a single chat so that everything stays organized by default. And I wish that I had a tool like this back when I was in e-commerce because it takes so much of the work and does it for you. If you're
