Hello, hello everybody. Welcome to an order packing stream. And you know what? I'm going to leave this one public so it should be in people's subscription feeds after it ends. Why not? I could go I could try going back to that. I was starting to unlist the live stream so YouTube wouldn't treat it as my newest upload and therefore push that instead of the vlog. But for ones like this that are not like if it was the day after a vlog, I probably would still do that. But it's like the day before a vlog, I don't think it's going to hurt. And I'm also saying off the bat, I'll repeat it several times throughout the live stream. We're having an issue with international shipping. Uh it's overcharging people. I've had this problem in the past where it's not applying my discount that I get. So it's charging people full retail price for shipping instead of my discount. So, I'm refunding international shipping. 40% of the shipping fees are being refunded. I'm not through all the international orders yet. I still have a lot of people to refund, but I've gotten through enough that I won't have to do that on stream today. I'm going to tackle the rest of them this evening after the stream. So, yeah. Just turning the music down a little bit. It's loud and I feel like I'm talking over I don't know what it sounds like for you guys, but I need it down a little bit. Also, turn down that. There we go. So, this international thing, I just figured out this morning cuz someone emailed me about it. And so, I've been dealing with that and I've been on like Shopify chat support, but also like sending out the refunds and emailing people about it. And like I said, I'm not through all the refunds yet, but I haven't packed any orders yet today, which is not good. Thanks to that issue. Okay. Patricia's order here will be the next one. Okay. So, I'm hoping I mean if it's sold out within a year, maybe I would because this is something I should just have available like forever really. Even if I make new coloring books, I should still have the old ones available. So, yeah. Unless it takes like 5 years for all 750 to sell out, then I will not restock probably. Okay. This can go. I mean, so far book for these initial orders I've packed, but I haven't looked at like overall numbers, but there's are a lot of froggy shirts for Christian to make. Niffler and I did not sleep through the update this time. So excited for my order. Yeah, the only thing at risk of selling out is specific variants of shirts cuz there might only be like two of a certain color and size available. But coloring books and sticker sheets should be easy to nab. And any t-shirts that sell out will order more. Okay. Next order is for Caroline or Caroline a coloring book. Okay. So, one weird thing with this shop update was that like for US orders, I had to toggle on this duties thing in order for the shipping rates to calculate at checkout for Americans, but it like shows as a separate line item. It'll say like duties included, and it shows an amount. So, that amount is already included in the price. It's not an extra charge, but it shows up as like a third line item. It's like your subtotal, your shipping, and then duties. So, it makes it feel like you're paying more when you're actually not. But also, the amount they show is completely incorrect for the duties. It's way inflated. I'm like, that's not how much they're paying in tariffs. Like, so I just toggle that setting back off and I like manually set up all the shipping tiers for the US. So, it's not specifically taking my Canada post rates, but I've entered my Canada post rates manually. So, it's the exact same amount being charged, but like set up differently cuz that was a whole weird thing I was dealing with. And now realizing the international shipping is not displaying correctly at checkout. It's not applying my discount, so it's overcharging people. Now I got to go back and refund everybody. I'm not through all the refunds. I'll get through the rest tonight.

Oh, wait. This one can go in my new special box. Hello, first- time buyer, longtime hater, says Edgar. Can't wait to resell your stuff around Christmas. I feel like I have to pre crease this one line otherwise it bends at the wrong spot which kind of is annoying but whatever. It is what it is. I'm putting the sticker at the bottom because I don't want it to slide out of the flaps. It's a bit of air in that bag. Cuz yeah, this is a multi-depth box. I could go this depth or a little deeper. Like I could fit two books in there if I choose the other depth. Do you ship worldwide? Yeah. I had a popup to translate Arabic or English, but nothing changed. English said invalid address, but kept Arabic. My address was working. I don't think I have a language selector on my website. Maybe that was like your internet, your web browser. I don't know. I'm pretty sure I don't have a language selector. Has anyone else seen one? Just made an order. I thought I ordered the digital download of the coloring book by accident, then remembered the physical comes with the digital. I that was my fear as I was like people are gonna think like it was the wrong one or something be like why did I get this download link I ordered the physical oh yeah I made the buttons myself um on uh Tuesday night's Twitch stream. It was supposed to be a game stream, but I wanted to get the buttons done. And there's no game stream tomorrow. Today is the Friday stream replacement.

Buttons. Since when? Since now. Yeah, buttons used to be my big thing at conventions back in the day. Had to dust off the old button press. Was just noticing this morning I haven't streamed in a while. I streamed last Wednesday. Did some order packing for YouTube streams. If we're talking strictly YouTube streams, it was on Wednesday. And then I did my game stream on Friday. And then um Tuesday night did the button pressing stream. But Friday and Tuesday was Twitch only. Okay, that was Angela's. Thank you. Next order is for Kelly. I'm trying to go fast to get stuff out for today's mail pickup cuz I was going to pack a bunch this morning. Then I realized there was that international shipping issue and spent so long looking into that and refunding and contacting people. So trying to make it for last time. We got a book sticker at the bottom so it doesn't slide out. This is the most secure way to pack these cuz it's like tight against the book. No sliding around. New box alert. It's a little more work for me prepping the box, but it's kind of cool. And it's nice and small. Did those buttons sell out? I don't think so. Let me look. Unless someone added like a hundred to their cart just to mess with me. There are 269 in stock. I listed 400. I didn't have 400 made, but I just listed 400. I was like, I can make more if I need to. So, we got lots. Oh, you know what? I am going to catch up to where I did the refunds. I didn't realize I was this close cuz I refunded everyone up till order 31044 for international. So, I mean, I can still pack their orders. I just have to go in and refund. I'm going to do the rest of the international shipping refunds after the stream. Oh, this one's going to Edmonton for Nicole Forest bookmark. Two buttons and a coloring book. I want to place an order, but I'm waiting for silver floral zip up to be back in stock in a large. Oh, is it out again? I just bought some recently, but those things are always flying off the shelf. I need to do a proper like the only sweatshirts I've been restocking are the zips just cuz we got so many t-shirts in. So, I've been um holding off on ordering in more. I think there's only one Rachel from France who orders from me. So you know who you are. I recognize your name all the time. cuz the order numbers start at 1,00. Now wait a minute. I'm trying to been do I'm trying to do them as I go instead of like pre-combining them because if I pre-combine them it'll mess up Christian cuz like if someone bought a shirt a sweatshirt but placed a hold on the order he's already made it but then if they place if they also buy something in the second half of the order that he needs to make like it's going to mess up his inventory. So I'm only combining the orders as I come across them. Although I think I did send this person their refund. I'm just going to double check. I'm pretty sure I just did that this morning when I was doing all the refunds cuz this is international. Oh, I'm back to ship station to go to Shopify to double check. I think that's what that beep was cuz I can't even remember the last time I charged it. You'd think I would have charged it before a shop update, but I didn't even think of it. You'd think I'd think that, but no, I never think a thought. Nothing makes people look elsewhere like signing right over your big mistake. Listen, there was one that like I didn't even cover the mistake at all cuz I just like did the J wrong and I was like, "Well, that one's not censored. " Okay, little buckles walking down the street. One thing I found nice is that so far it feels like half or more than half of the ice anti- ice buttons have gone to Canadians and international orders like non-American orders which shows you got supporters out there all over the world. How long Gallery Cat shirt going to be in stock for? I mean, I plan to continuously restock it for the foreseeable future. Um, like for a couple years minimum, I'd say it's just a matter of like maybe I'll run out of certain transfer sizes, then I got to order more. Or like certain shirt sizes run out, I got to order more. Like there will be that, but I'll keep restocking. Wait, there's anti- ice buttons on your shop. Yeah, and they're free. And then it's also in the discounted section just because it's a free item. So, I'm assuming some people maybe just didn't see it. cuz some people might have just gone to specific categories instead of specifically the new category. Okay. This order is for Sydney. We need a 2XL froggy palette shirt on the light pink. It's so fun seeing all the color combos. So, what I'm wearing is the berry pink. And then this is the light pink. Had to grab two of the pins. Okay. Another button one. I don't have an order number, but I can search by email, assuming they placed the order under the same email. One time I got an a request from someone, but the email address didn't match any orders and they never gave me their name or order number or nothing. And like the email address itself was not a name. I was like, I have no way of looking up your order. We figured it out though. We figured it out. 22. Oh, I'm about to pack this one, too. This came in. Good thing I checked. Okay, I got to get to these because these are orders I'm like packing real soon. So, I got to get to these. Sorry, guys. But now that tariff thing, I completely toggled it off and did all the US shipping rates manually. Like the second you grab it and like move it, it's uncrunched cuz also hard water can do that. Although we did get a water softener last year, so I my clothes are not as crunchy as they once were cuz hard water can also make them feel like that cuz yeah, air drying your clothes are not as soft as uh tumble drying.
