Introduction

In the next nine minutes, I'm going to give you some of the most valuable frameworks and ideas that Alex Hermoszi has ever created absolutely free. And the best part about it is I've already done the work for you, so you don't have to. You're going to walk away with his $100 million content frameworks, his $100 million business frameworks. I'm going to give you a sneak peek at what his next two books could possibly be. And by the end of the video, you'll know how to create your own expert AI to help you achieve any goal in life with only a few simple clicks. And it's absolutely free. And unless you haven't been online for the last couple of weeks, then you had to have noticed that Alex Hermoszi recently broke the world's Guinness Book of Records for selling the most books in a single day where he sold nearly three million copies in the first 24 hours and over 3. 5 million copies within the next 3 days. So, if you didn't attend the live launch where he taught the $100 million money models and you didn't pre-order the book where you can read about the $100 million money models, I'm going to show you how to reverse engineer the money models that he taught and implement them in your own business. But make sure you stay to the end of the video because I'm going to show you how to do this for yourself. And I'm also going to tell you how to get access to everything that I create today during this video. So if you're excited to learn Alice Hermosy's $100 million frameworks and how he's been able to achieve such massive success with his content and his business, make sure you hit the like button and subscribe to the channel and let's jump into this video.

Extraction

The very first thing you want to do is open up YouTube and search for Alice Hermosi and then click on his name. The next thing you want to do is go over here to the videos tab and click on that and then sort by popular. And then you want to look for this notebook LM button right here and click on that. And then we're going to create a new notebook. And as you can see, it's creating a new notebook. It's adding the sources. It's opening notebook LM. And I'm not sure if you can see this. It's kind of small, but it's importing 300 sources because this is a Notebook LM Plus account. On the regular accounts, you can only import 50. But with a plus account, you could upload up to 300 sources, I believe. And so now, we don't just have a handful of his videos that we're trying to recreate frameworks from. We have 300 of his most popular videos that we've imported into this notebook. And I know some of you might be thinking, well, why are you using Notebook LM instead of Chatg GPT, Claw, or Google Gemini? And the reason is very simple. We don't need these massive language models that know everything about everything. We need small expert models. And the quickest way to create a small expert model is to just create a small model that's smart and intelligent and knows how to handle resources. And that's exactly what Notebook LM is because it's powered by Gemini 2. 5 Flash, which is their mini model, but it only reasons and predicts text based on the available sources. And as it is, we have 300 of Alice Hermosy's videos uploaded. So, every response we receive from Gemini 2. 5 Flash is going to be based on things that Alice has already

Short Form Content Frameworks

said. So, the first notebook that we're going to create is a notebook with Alice Heroszy shorts. You don't want to go to the shorts tab. You playlist tab. We're going to scroll down and he actually has one with just his short form content. So, you want to click on view full playlist and you're going to see this notebook LM tab pop up again. You want to click on that and create a new notebook. All right. And so we want to come to the top and make sure we change this so that we can recognize this. So we're going to call this something like Alex's shorts. And you can always verify that you have the right sources in by looking at this number right here. So I think there were like 270 something shorts, but we see that we only have 212 sources and some of them are obviously still loading. If we scroll to the bottom, I think one of them didn't load. So some of them may not have a transcript. And anytime you see some with this circle and this eye, just remove them because they don't have a transcript. But what we want to do now is start extracting Alice Hermosy's 100 million dollar content framework. Because anyone who knows Alice knows that short form content is where he blew up. So when it comes to actually prompting Notebook LM, you can have Chat GPT write your prompts or you can just use natural language, which is what I'm going to do. Study these YouTube shorts and find out what is the secret to Alex's success when it comes to his hooks in his videos. In the first three seconds, he's keeping people engaged. And I want to know what is the framework he using. What are the frameworks that keep popping up over and over again? And I want to put together some type of framework that captures the essence of his success that I and other people can reuse over and over. And so it's going through these short form pieces of content and it's actually finding the frameworks. And so now what I want to do is I want to click save to note. And then I can click this button right here and convert to source. So that now it's over here in the lefth hand pane. And if I wanted to I could unselect all sources. I could find this one source document based on high impact YouTube hooks. And then I could ask it create a universal evergreen framework for always writing a high impact YouTube hook whether it's for short form or long form content. And now it's going to create our framework based off of that single document. After you save that note, again, you can convert this into a source document or you can copy it right here and you can go to somewhere like Gemini 2. 5 Pro or Chat GPT5 and you can flesh this out in more detail if you like. But the next thing I want to do is look at his titling format for his short form content. Study these videos that Alexi has and the title frameworks that he uses. What is the repeatable pattern that he always uses to write good titles for his short form content? Then we want to come back to the top, select all sources, and then send this prompt over again. And we'll go ahead and put in this prompt while we're waiting on Notebook LM to finish that one. study his short form content and create a framework that allows us to write our short form video scripts in a manner that is just as engaging as his content and keeps people hooked from the beginning to the end and helps us build our personal brand. All right. And so we have this right here. So what you always want to do is save to note because if you save it to note, it's always over here in the studio and you don't lose your work. This is says title playbook. We can convert that to a source as well. save to a note. This is the video script framework. And so then we can convert that to a source. So if you wanted to, you could say, I'm going to take these three. You can copy by using this or you could just come to the top right here. Scroll to the bottom. Press shift and select. Copy. Open a new chat GPT5 thinking conversation. Paste in that entire response. Create a framework that I can use that I can just drop an idea and then it will immediately turn that idea into a title. it will write the appropriate hook and it will even write the skeletal framework for that YouTube short based on the above information. So now chat GPT5 is going to take those three elements and put them together in a short form content framework that we can use on an everyday basis to put out content that's going to be very similar to what worked for Alexi. And one of the reasons that we can have confidence that it's actually going to work is because it's based solely on his content. Notebook LM does not pull from the internet. It only pulls from the sources that are available to it. But that's
7:25

Long Form Content Frameworks

cool. But let's say that we're working on long form content. Then let's go back to our notebook. Select Alice Hermosi. And then we can do the exact same thing here by asking for recommendations about his title framework, his hooks, his skeletal framework for his long- form content and get the same results and create our own framework to not only copy his short form content success, but also his long- form content success. But it doesn't just stop there. His long- form content is so detailed and so extensive when it comes to his business that we can recreate many of his business models from scratch without ever buying the books. Now, one thing I will say is that the books are definitely worth a read, but everything in the books he always provides for free content is courses either on YouTube or through some other format on this website. And so the first framework that we're going to see if we can put together just from these 300 long form videos, can you put together a complete framework of how outlets creates offers from the beginning to the ending based on these 300 videos? So number one, understanding the customer, the avatar and problem identification. In the book, this is called the starving market. You know, find out the people that you know actually have a problem that need to be solved. Ask people three-letter method. If the business owner isn't the target customer, Alice recommends directly interviewing potential customers. This sales call like interview focuses on their current struggles, how long they face them, what makes it painful, their ideal experience, and what they like to avoid or keep doing. And three, if we feel like something's off, you can always look at the citations in Notebook LM, and it's going to tell you where this idea came from. And so, you can read that I'm broke. What business do I start? And so we come back over here. Identify dreams and pains. Focus on outcomes. Segment and qualify. Crafting the core value proposition. Four variables of value. So once again, this is a step-by-step framework. Delivery and fulfillment, the delivery cube, support levels, consumption, medium, speed and convenience, break beliefs with early wins. This is the full thing right here. So once again, I'm going to click save to note because I want to keep this to the side. So now the next
9:38

Business Models Frameworks

thing I want to do is based on these 300 videos, focus on how Alllets would generate traffic for a business. How would he get leads? What are all of the ways that he would suggest getting leads? Uh, give me the full framework here so I can see what's best for me and my business. Once again, very simple prompt. I'm just telling Notebook LM what I want to learn from Alice Hermosy's videos, and I'm allowing Notebook LM to actually search through the 300 videos, look for these different elements, and then come back with the frameworks that I can use on a repeatable basis. And that's the beauty about frameworks because frameworks are something that you can always use because once you find out what works, all you have to do is just keep doing it and it'll keep working for you. And so now here we have the framework that from these 300 videos. So the core philosophy and strategic foundations. At the heart of Alice's strategy is the belief that all business growth boils down to two things. Getting more customers or making them worth more. His lead generation framework is built on several key principles. Solve the customer's problem. Understand your avatar deeply. Datadriven decisions. Volume and consistency are key. Focus and scale that what works. Define the four core lead generation models. Warm outreach. Then methods. Personalized messages. goal not to directly sell but to ask for a favor, inquire if they know anyone. This is straight out of his playbook. This is straight from the things that he wrote in the book and that are actually on his YouTube channel. So after warm outreach, we have cold outreach. Then we have paid ads and I think it's going to be media should be media content organic. Right. So now we have how to get leads. So we have the offer, we have the leads. So, I'm going to pause right here because I typically would go ahead and ask it or as a matter of fact, what I'm going to do is I'm going to go ahead and save this to note as well. Let me just save this one to note. And then what I want to do is I want to copy this. I'm going to drop it over here in chat GPT for safekeeping for now because

$100 Million Money Models

the next thing I want to do is I actually want to look at his money models. I want to go back to Alice's channel. We're going to go to the live tab and we want these three videos. This last one won't transcribe. So, we're just going to click on this one first. We got the link. Let's go back to notebook. I'm going to create a new notebook. Click on YouTube. Paste the link. Press enter. And I'm going to get this second one. You can't use just so you know, you can't use the share link. Click add YouTube. Paste a new link. Enter. And so, I would show you, but the third one doesn't work. I already know it doesn't work. And so now what we want to do is from these two videos, live launches, which is like I think about 12 hours of content total. I think we went live for like eight hours one day and then eight hours another day, something like that. So it's a very a lot of content here in these two live launches. We want to recreate the money models, but I'm not even going to use that name because I'm pretty sure that building $100 million businesses, systems for leads, sales, and profit. What is the name of the framework that Alex talks about the most in these two videos? Once again, very simple prompt. The framework that Alex Hermosi talks about the most in these two videos is the $100 million money model. He also refers to it as the hundred million money model system. This framework is central to the entire book launch event and his business philosophy. Key aspects of the money model include it is described as the art of getting more customers to spend more money in less time. again and again emphasizes that the models are applicable across a wide variety of industries and business types. He asserts that money models work because he has used them in his own portfolio companies. Regardless of how complex business might seem, there are only four types of stuff that can be sold. Software, information, services, and physical products. This is true. The $und00 million money model system allows individuals to wield, chain, stack, and combine all 15 money model mechanisms with devastating effect to master monetization and transform businesses into cash flow machines. So, I'm curious about the 15 money model mechanisms. So, I'm going to check number three. Okay, that's talking about the different types of businesses or products you can sell. I'm going to see if this references it. No. So, this is what I'm going to do. Give me a very concise list of the 15 money model mechanisms with very brief definitions of each. All right, here's a concise list of the 15 money model mechanisms. Attraction offers. Win your money back. Customers pay full in price and then work to earn their money back through achieving a goal. Often as a store credit, making them buy again. Giveaways. Decoy offers. Buy it to get why free. Pay less now or pay more later. Upsell offers. Okay, we got all 15 of them right there. So, now what we want to do is the holy grail of all. We're going to see if Notebook LM can actually recreate the $100 million money models that he taught, which is what I believe people told me. I wasn't able to make it to the live launch. I signed up for it. I couldn't make it, but I'm going to see if it can recreate it. Please recreate the $100 money models framework from beginning to end as best as possible that Alex taught. avoid the products, services, bonuses, and offer that he offered people later on for purchase and focus on the money model teaching itself. I only want the money model framework. So, now we're seeing just how good Notebook LM really is because we want to see if it's able to sift through over 16 hours of content to actually pull that money model from those videos. So, here's the core definition and mission. The $100 million money model is defined as the art of getting more customers to spend more money in less time again and again. Its mission is to make real business education accessible to everyone, providing a practical system for entrepreneurs and business owners to scale their ventures. This is classic textbook Alice Heroszi. These are the things that he says all the time. Cash flow is paramount. This is the money model. Removing growth limiters, the big fancy equation. The a 100 million money model aims for a 30-day gross profit greater than two times the customer acquisition cost plus the cost of goods sold. 30-day gross profit greater than two times CAC plus COGS. This ensures profitability from the initial customer interaction. Now, I can tell you without having even watched these live launches, that this is absolutely 100% accurate because I've ran this prompt several times now, just testing this before doing this video because I'm actually redoing all of this in a Google one or Google AI premium account that I bought for you guys so that you can get free access to this notebook. And I'm going to show you how to get access in just a moment. But now what we could do is we can simply come to the top, select this, come to the bottom, copy it, and once again we're going to go over to chat GPT and I'm going to drop it in. And so now because chat GPT5 has superpowers now we can give it a prompt like this. These are three of the most powerful business frameworks from Alex Hermosi. The first one is how to create an offer so good people feel stupid saying no. The second one is how to get leads running to your business to buy what you have. And the third one is about making as much money as possible from your customers within the first 30 days with several different mechanisms for doing so. Can you please flesh out each of these in detail so that if I have a business idea, you can walk me through the process of implementing all of this step by step so that I can turn that business idea into an offer that people rush to buy that helps me make twice as much money as it costs me to service them and to reach them within the 30 days. And that was a mouthful, right? But now we're going to let ChatGBT5 thinking do the crunching for us. But contrary to popular opinion, they had a bad roll out, but the model is a beast. And so now we're going to let that do the work because they have a new context window. It has no problem handling this. No problem at all. And I know you're looking at this notebook LM tab right there. Just hold on. I'm going to show you what to do with that in just a minute. And so, not only have we
17:59

Comprehensive Analysis

captured his hundred million dollar content framework for short form content, something that we can easily reproduce for his long form content because Notebook LM allows us to upload 300 videos at a single time. And even though it's nowhere near his full catalog of content on the internet, it's a large enough sample size that is meaningful in the returns that it gives us so that we can have some semblance of assurance that what we're doing is going to be very close to the success that he's achieved if we have something interesting to talk about like he does. But we've also captured his business frameworks. We've recreated his offer framework, his lead generation framework, and even his money models framework without even watching the videos. And at this point, all we have to do is take these frameworks and implement them. And even though we don't have all of his content, his secret data that he's trained his AI with, we have enough of his content, a respectable sample size that we can have a modest expectation of some results. And even beyond that, there are so many different benefits to what we've just done because now, not only do you have the frameworks and now, not only are you able to continually mine this, but you're able to interact with Alice Hermosy's content in a way that you just can't do on YouTube or possibly with him ever in his lifetime. And so, you can create audio overviews, and these are going to be like podcast. Click on these three dots right here. You can customize it and tell it to focus on a particular topic. You can do the same thing with the video overview, but with the audio overview, you're able to actually interject yourself. If I click on this hand, right, this is interactive mode. And this means that when the podcast starts playing and the man and the woman, which you could think of as Alex and Ila, start talking about whatever topic it is, you can chime in and they will actually respond and adjust the conversation based on what you said. almost exactly like advanced voice mode on chat GPT, but this is far superior because instead of it being a one-on-one conversation, this makes you feel like you're in a group chat. sitting down with entrepreneurial friends and you're discussing a very important topic. And it's available on mobile in the Notebook LM app. And if you want to get a bird's eyee view of what Alex thinks, then all you have to do is create a mind map. And it only takes a second to generate, but you get to look at the sheer scale of everything that's contained within this content and get a visual understanding of it. And this is great, especially if you're a visual learner like I am. So, when we see the mind map right here, we click this button to expand all of the nodes and you instantly begin to get an idea of just how much detail goes into Alice's content. And if we expand it more slowly, you can see decision making, wealth accumulation, business growth levers, mindset and personal development, specific business models, examples, artificial intelligence, content and marketing strategy. And so we might say, let's dive into his content and marketing strategy. And then you can see right here all of it laid out. Edutainment to education, changing behavior, wide to narrow, views to revenue, shorts to longs. Right? You can dive into any of this. And then when I click on one, discuss what these sources say about shorts to longs in the larger context of content and marketing strategy. Notebook LM automatically creates or contextualizes a prompt based on the mind map so that you're able to sit down and study Alice or Mosy's mind in a way that you cannot do by simply watching a YouTube video. So I'm going

Conclusion

to put a link in the description so that you can get access to this notebook. But whenever you share notebooks publicly, the only thing you're allowed to do is actually view the sources and view the study notes. You are not allowed to actually create anything. So if you wanted to create your own mind map, audio overviews or video overviews, then you would need to reproduce this on your own. And if you already have a Workspace account, then you have access to Notebook LM Plus. You can upload 300 of Alice Hermosy's videos. And if not, you might want to subscribe and do this yourself. Also, it doesn't have to be Alex Hermoszi. It can be anyone in any niche. Maybe you follow Vanessa Laauo or maybe you follow Dan Co Sean Kel and you want to create one that's going to help you grow your YouTube channel. Use the same strategies that we use today. Upload 300 of their most popular videos and start extracting the frameworks and then implementing them, which is the most important piece of the puzzle. And if you want to go the route of setting up your own notebook so that you have access to it and you can create as many of these assets in the studio as you want to, then you want to go to the Chrome web store and you want to look for a YouTube to notebook LM Chrome extension. And this is going to allow you to upload 300 YouTube videos directly into a single notebook at one time. And if you're looking for the Notebook LM extension that I use to directly import my chat GPT conversations into Notebook LM, then you want to search for this one right here, Cortex, the Avocado with the little Sherlock Holmes hat. And this extension right here is the one that you can use with ChatGpt, Gemini, Claw, etc., and import those conversations directly into your Notebook LM account. I've only used it with ChatGpt and it works fine, so I can't speak for the other ones because I did have some problems using it with Gemini. But if you got value out of this video, hit the like button and subscribe to the channel and use the link in the description to get access to this notebook and I'll have all of the notes and things lined up over here so that you can study them or copy and paste those frameworks into your own chat GPT account. And if you want a more detailed tutorial about how to use Notebook LM to actually create better content, then make sure you check out this video right
