Framework Wars are Stupid

All right, so let's talk about why the framework wars are absolutely ridiculous. So every day on Reddit, you'll read things like React is trash, view is better, spelt is the future. Meanwhile, actual businesses are shipping products with all of these frameworks and making a lot of money. So every day I get emails or DMs of people that are absolutely torn over which framework to use. And the truth is, they're just tools. React didn't become popular because it's perfect. It became popular because Facebook had great marketing and timing. And Vue isn't better than React, it's just different. And Angular isn't dead. It's powering half the enterprise apps you use every day. You know what matters is shipping products that solve real problems. You think your users care if you built their checkout page in React or View. They care if it works and if it loads fast. So stop arguing about frameworks and start building stuff. Pick one, learn it, worry about the other ones later. And if you learn one, it's easy to pick up another. The developers making real money focus on solving problems, not arguing about tools. They build products that work regardless of what framework it uses.
