The Problem: Your Brain Is Overloaded

Ever feel like your brain is  running a thousand miles an hour,   but you're stuck in quicksand? We're  drowning information, articles, videos,   research papers, our own messy notes. We  scroll, we save, we skim, but how much of   it truly connects? How many real insights do  we actually build from this digital chaos? For too long, our tools have forced us  to juggle. A separate app for reading,   another for notetaking, a different AI for  summarization, and a dozen more for organizing.    It's like trying to build a cathedral with a  set of mismatched toy blocks. Your ideas are   fragmented, your focus is shattered, and true deep  thinking feels impossible. But what if there was a   space built not just to store information, but to  cultivate understanding? A place where knowledge

Introducing Ponder: A New Thinking Space

isn't just collected, but grows. Today we're  diving into Ponder, a revolutionary thinking space   that changes how we interact with information and  more importantly with your own minds. I'm going   to log into my Ponder account. If you want  to see how Ponder can evolve your thinking,   the link is down below in the description and you  can test out some of these things I'm showing you   today. With a simple click on the login, you're  going to see where you can log in with Google or   create your own username and password. Imagine a  single canvas where every piece of knowledge you

encounter can live, interact, and evolve. This  is ponder. It's a true space built for thinking,   designed to be your personal knowledge base. You  can simply just start with a question here. You   can choose to ponder or chat. Ponder is going to  start from a blank canvas and build out a mind   map of the information that it searched for.   And chat will give you a place where you can   have a conversation with the files. But what type  of files is going to find? You can choose where   it's going to search. It's going to search the  web or academic paper or maybe even a space that   you created. A space is going to be the curated  information, the resources that you put into it.    Choose the model that you want. Is it going to  be the basic unlimited or one of these advanced   models? Here's an example of some of the ones that  I've done already on this question. If I go to a   ponder, you can see here's the mind map that was  built out with that question. I have this endless   canvas. I can zoom up. I can move it around. But  we get all these nodes that it breaks into this   mind map at any time. I can still use AI or one of  these many features. And I'll come back to these   inside the chat. You can see in this one, this  was an academic search here where it came through,   gave me the summary based on all these different  sources that are these academic papers. And I can   go continue and have more of a conversation.   You can navigate back to home this way. One   of Ponder's superpowers is its ability to  input anything. You can input the PDFs,

text, docs. We could go with a web page. We could  put input YouTube video links or even your rough   notes. Notice that there's a space file here. And  what I like to do when I start is create a space,   especially if I know I'm going to be researching  certain topic. When I create a space, I'm going   to go and call this one EVs because that's going  to be the topic of my research here today. And   when I go to this one now, I can add my resources  to it. So, if I wanted to upload different files,   I'll take these four PDFs and just open them up.   I can go and grab a YouTube video. I'll grab   it from this link right here. You can just simply  take the URL and bring it in and add it as well.    No more format headaches, no more switching apps.   It's truly one place for all your information,   supporting your entire workflow without  distractions. This alone is a gamecher   for focus. But collecting is just the first step.   Ponder just doesn't dump your information onto a

page. It helps you structure it all. As you bring  in content, it intuitively helps you build visual   outlines and knowledge maps. At this point, we  can start the analysis. Or if you feel like you   need some more resources, you can add them here as  well. Go ahead and ask a question. You can ask the   question to the group analysis or individual  analysis. If you want to change your model,   you can still do this at this time. You can see  the different questions that the AI is already   suggesting, but you can go ahead and ask your  own. At this point, you if you want to start the   mind map or compare, you just simply go ahead  and click. This is how your knowledge grows.    Insights and nodes evolve and connect from a  single starting point, building a persistent,   evolving web of understanding. You'll never lose  track of important information because everything   is linked directly back to the source within your  map. Let's examine our mind map here. You can see   where the sources start. If I click on this, we'll  see the different sources inside this mind map. As   we go through, if we hover over any of the nodes,  you'll get some quick actions that we can do. if   you want to add a sibling card, which would be at  the same level. You can go ahead and click on it.    So, you'll notice underneath this will have this  blank sibling card. You can click in here and type   anything you would like. You can also delete them  if you add them. If you wanted to add the child   card, it will go to the next level over again. If  you don't want it, you can delete them. As you go   through, you'll notice the different numbers  at the end of each node. If I click on it,   it will open up those. Now just doesn't mean  it ends where these are because we can ask   questions at any point. So even if I was going  to go back to the critical perspective here,

AI Thinking Partner: Go Beyond a Chatbot

I have some options to ask AI. Notice here I can  dive in, I can explain, I can simplify and even   get an example. They even have some questions that  I could ask right here or I could even ask my own.    Let's go ahead and give an get an example from the  AI. Instantly, Ponder synthesizes the information   and creates new connected nodes summarizing those  points. This is traceable thinking. Every insight   is tied back to the original source. You get  tailored answers, connected ideas, and you can   navigate your complex research with confidence,  knowing exactly where everything comes from. If   you find a node that you like, you can copy paste  the text out, or you can even color code it to   easily find it later on. If you want to add more  files or academic papers, you can do this way to   import files or videos or web pages or search for  more papers. Just put in what you're looking for.    We'll do the future of electric cars and a search.   And after a few seconds, you're going to see some   options and if any PDFs are added in here. So, you  can just simply click and add and these will be   added to your mind map. And from this document,  if you want to do a mindm map, ask AI, click on   mind map, and you're going to see that this will  go through and create a mind map from this PDF.    If you want to interact with all the resources  that you've added, take a look at the chat up top

here. So, if I go here and I'm going to ask this,  analyze all the resources and find three themes.    I'm going to send this off. So, you can be asking  questions to all your sources just by using this   chat. In about a half a minute, it came back with  three different themes that I asked it for. As I   scroll through, what I also like, if I go down  at the very bottom, I can save this as a node,   I can drop down on this and I can find related  papers that are connected to this. So again, your   thinking is just advancing as you're using Ponder  to go further into your research. And for visual   thinkers, Ponder goes beyond text. It can read and  analyze images. If I go to one of these documents

like this and look for maybe a chart like this,  you can use this tool here to do a graph shot. If   you select an area, you will see that you can ask  AI, summarize, explain, simplify, example, just   like the other ways I showed you using it before.   So, you've built this dynamic interconnected map   of your insights. Is it trapped? Absolutely  not. Ponder is a flexible notebook allowing   free capture and organization. And critically, it  offers robust export options. You can export your

entire thinking process as a structured report, a  mindm map, an interconnected web page for sharing,   or my personal favorite, a clean markdown  file. Ponder isn't just another app. It's a new
