What if I told you there’s an AI content tool that can take a single talking-head video and turn it into 30 ready-to-post Reels in under an hour? That’s exactly what I’m walking you through in today’s video. The Problem: Content Consistency Without Burnout We’re all told that consistency is the key to growth on Instagram. But filming, editing, and posting every single day? That’s not sustainable. Eventually, creators burn out, not because they lack motivation, but because they’re stuck inside a broken system. Meanwhile, top creators are using AI tools for Instagram Reels to eliminate editing timelines entirely. They’re swapping hustle for systems—and that’s the game changer. The Research: AI + Search-Based Video Planning Before filming anything, we head to AnswerThePublic.com and pull real search data around a topic—like gut health, freelancing, or productivity. Then we feed that data into ChatGPT and get a structured list of 30 video prompts. No guesswork, no “hoping it hits.” This is AI-powered content planning built on real demand. The Recording: One Take, No Stress Once the prompts are ready, we record a single 5–10 minute video—no cuts, no scripting, just authentic delivery straight to camera. You mess up? Doesn’t matter. The AI handles all the cleanup. The AI Tool: Submagic Upload that one take into Submagic, and in a few clicks, you get: Magic Clips: AI automatically extracts the most viral 15–60 second moments. Magic Captions: Bold, styled subtitles that look like top creators. Magic Zooms: Auto punch-ins on key words to maintain attention. Magic B-Roll: 4K Storyblocks video assets inserted with a slider. Brand Assets: Upload logos, watermarks, and brand colors in seconds. Export in 2K: Keep quality high while avoiding Instagram compression. The System: Content That Scales What used to take 10–15 hours now takes 1–2. You can batch an entire month of content in a single session—and if you repeat that monthly, you’re building an entire year of content with less than 24 hours of work. Intro

Everyone says consistency is the secret. But what if the way you've been staying consistent is actually what's holding you back? If you're stuck filming, editing, and posting Instagram reels every single day just to stay visible, you're not building momentum. You're surviving burnout because that's what's going to happen eventually. Meanwhile, the top creators are posting effortlessly every day without chasing trends, burning time, or touching an editing timeline. And the difference is not because they've hired an editor. Some of them have, but the majority of them haven't. They've swapped hustle for systems. So, in this video, I'm going to show you how they record once, click a few buttons, and then walk away with a month of high-erforming reels, fully edited, branded, and ready to publish. No fluff, just leverage. So, are you ready to see how? Well, if you are, then come over here with me. But first, let's

Finding Content Ideas

talk about how to find what people actually want to see. Not what we think they want to see, but what they're already searching for. because doing just a little bit of research in this area is actually going to put you ahead. So, what I want you to do is go over to answerthepub. com, type in your niche or something you're interested in, something like gut health, freelancing, or home workouts. I'm going to use chatgpt. And then the tool is going to pull hundreds of realtime search questions people are asking. Now, before we leave this website, there are a lot of things that we could talk about here, but there's only one more that I want to point out to you, and that's the fact that you don't have to use Google, Bing, YouTube, or Tik Tok. You can actually filter this for Instagram, and it will search through hashtags. Yes. Now, you will need to start a free trial to export this or download the CSV file, but you can just do like me and take a screenshot. Now, once we have that data, what we want to do is drop it over in chat GPT. And this is exactly what I want you to say. Organize these questions into a logical flow for the 30 most pressing questions that people are asking around this topic and place it in a Q& A format. What you get back isn't just a script. It's a map of what the market is hungry for. So, you don't have to guess when you're creating your reels whether people actually want to see this or not. You're building reels rooted in real demand, and that's what makes them

spread. Another advantage of this approach is instead of setting up your camera five different times, chasing quiet moments, perfect lighting, or trying to film when you feel inspired, you just sit down once, hit record, and you get it all out. No scripts, no cuts, just you and your audience face to face. Don't turn to the side like this and pretend like you're on a podcast because people are on to that. They find it cringey. They think it's weird. Don't do it. We don't want you to look weird. So that's how today's creators are actually scaling because authenticity is the scrolls stopper. Now frame your camera straight on just like mine is right now. Use natural light and place your list of questions somewhere close by so that you can look at it. Talk to the camera like it's a live stream. And this should take anywhere from about 20 to 30 minutes being realistic if you give each question a little bit of time. And if you mess up or you stumble over your words, it doesn't matter because the tool I'm going to show you is going to clean all of that up. Now, if you post one reel a day on Instagram, this one session just covers your entire month. That's 30 reels done. So, that means no more recording, no more editing. And if you schedule them, that means that you're done for the month in about two hours, maybe even less depending on how fast you can copy and paste. But if you repeat this monthly, that means that you can grow all year with less than 24 hours of work for the year. I'm not

going to walk you through every little detail of the platform, but I am going to show you the exact features to hit so you can get in, get your reels, and get out. The platform so many Instagram creators are using is called Submagic. And if you want to try Submagic for free, I'll put a link in the description, and you can also get 10% off. But once you open up Submagic, you want to click on Magic Clips, and then you either paste in a YouTube video URL or you upload any video content that you have. I've already uploaded a video for my YouTube channel because it takes some time to process and they've already created the clips for me. So, when we

Maximizing Engagement

open this up, we can look and see that Submagic has gone through my video and found the best moments for virality, engagement, and the best moments to keep people watching. And it's important that you understand that Submagic is not just pulling out random clips. If you hover over any of these clips, you'll see how they calculated your score. So, this particular clip has a 22 out of 25 score for sharability. There's a hook strength score, a story quality, and an emotional impact. And based on the totality of that score, it's a 93 out of 100. This is a great piece of content, and I know it is. The people who have taken the time to watch the video absolutely love this particular portion. And so, for me to see that they caught that in the very beginning, I understand that the AI is actually doing what the AI is supposed to do. And if you look at the timeline above, we get a visual representation of where it actually gathered the clips from. And so if you want to get clips manually, you can do that as well. But we're not here to do anything manual. So we want to click on this first one. And you can just click this pair of scissors to actually trim the video because it does have an editor. But we're not going to focus on that today either. We want to click on this B-roll option right here. And then once we open this up, keep your eyes on the lefth hand side of the screen. I want you to click on magic brows. Now, what the system is going to do, the AI is going to look through your video and look for key places where it can add B-roll. Now, this is a very short segment right here. So, it only plays B-roll on two out of four frames, and it's at 50%. If I wanted less B-roll, then I would simply bring this down to about 25% and then it would have it on one out of four frames. If I wanted it on 100% on all four frames, then I raise it up. Simple as that. But just so you know, in case you want to do manual B-roll, all you have to do is click on this little icon right here. And then you can add in all types of B-roll. You can change the way the B-roll is laid out. Is it contained, rounded, square? You can change the dimensions of it and so forth. But more importantly, this B-roll is pulled directly from Story Blocks. If you know who Story Blocks is, then you know that they have some of the best B-roll on the internet right now. So, you're getting AI that's editing your content, but you're also getting the best B-roll on the internet right now, all for the price of one. So, now the next thing you want to do for those fancy zooms that you see people have on their videos is just click right here at the top where it says magic zooms, and it's going to automatically apply magic zooms throughout your piece of content. So, anywhere you emphasize something, it's going to zoom in and then fall back out. And once again, if you want to do it manually, you can just click on that icon, go to add zoom effect, and then you can see that they have so many different options to choose from as far as zooms that you can add to your video. You can upload branded assets like your logo, watermarks, and so forth to place on all of your content. You can even clean the audio or add music right here inside of Submagic. There's literally nothing that you can't do right here inside of Submagic with the click of a few buttons that you need to do for high-erforming Instagram reels. And if you want to change the caption that you selected when you first uploaded your content, then click on captions. And you can come here and choose from any of the available captions that they have. They have them separated by trend, emojis, speakers, new captions, premium, and then all. And so once you're done, all you have to do is click on save to save your project and then export. Now when you export it, I recommend that you export it in 2K. And the reason I recommend you export it in 2K is because Instagram is going to compress a 4K video. And when they compress it to reach that 1080p by 1920 or whatever, it's going to possibly go further below the quality of what they require for the platform than if you had it at 2K, which is just above it. Basically, the bigger the video, the more compression. The smaller the video, less compression. And less compression equals higher quality retention of the original video. Now, one final thing before we leave. Submagic. The description or the caption for your Instagram reel already written based on what you say in the video. And if you don't like the caption, you can click on long version, short version, regenerate, or you can just copy it and then download your video so that you can post it on Instagram or schedule it and paste your caption. So, if you want to try Submagic for free and get 10% off if you choose to sign up, use the link in the description. And if you got value out of the video, make sure you hit the like button, subscribe to the channel, and as always, take care, have a good day, and I'll see you in the next
