OpenAI just released a coding AI agent. Here’s how I’m going to make money with it (Codex full demo)

As we speak, there is an AI agent working completely by itself to build out this to-do list app you see here. I'm not doing anything. It's working completely by itself. This is a new AI agent released by Chat GPT just a few minutes ago. It is called Codeex and it is the coolest AI agent I've ever seen in my entire life. This is the future of AI. So, as my AI agents building out that to-do list app, I'm going to show you how this works. So, Open AI just released this. This is called Codeex. This is the first AI agent I've ever seen that can work completely independently with zero oversight. And here's how it works. You connect it to a codebase. I'll show you how to do that very shortly. And what you can do is basically give it tasks, right? It has a to-do list app right here where you just give it tasks. You hit go and it starts going down that list of tasks. And it can even create tasks for you. What makes this very different than any other AI, right? When you when you're, for instance, in a chat with an AI, it's just back and forth. It's very active. You don't walk away and the AI does things for you. It's back and forth. The AI gives you information. It's not really taking actions for you independently. But now with Codeex, this AI coding agent that OpenAI just released, it actually works independently without any oversight at all. and it can think of what the next best step is and complete that for you. So, let me give you a practical example. Right now, I have it connected to that to-do list app I showed you at the beginning here. Let's give Codeex a bunch of tasks to do and then watch it take action. So, as you saw, it's a basic to-do list app. Let's give it a bunch of tasks to do. It's going to work for us completely independently. Let's imagine that it's first thing in the morning. I just woke up. I want to talk to my AI agent employee who's going to be working on my app all day. I have other things I want to do, right? I want to create YouTube videos. I want to tweet. I don't want to code today. So, I'm going to have my AI agent code for me. So, here's what I'm going to do in codeex. It's connected to my to-do list app I showed you earlier. Very basic to-do list app, which is tasks and priorities. Let's give it a bunch of tasks on what we want to do that day to improve that to-do list app. So, maybe first we want to make it so that you can add dates to each task. So, very basic, just writing a task for the codeex and what I wanted to build that day. I want them to make it so you can add dates to each task. I hit code and what it starts doing is it starts actively working on that task. So what you can see here it's actively working on it and I can click it and you can see it actually working going through the code building the code app. But let's keep adding tasks here. So we give it a bunch of things to do for that day. I want to make it so we can add each task to a project. Okay. So in the to-do list app, I want to make it so you can take any task and start adding it to project so you can prioritize it. Right? So now the AI agent's working on that first task adding the dates. Now we gave it a backup task after that to go into which is adding each task to projects. Now next I want a cananban view for the to-do list app. Okay. And now I'm giving it a third task which is I want a cananban view of this to-do list app. So I can switch the view and see my task in like a canban view. So I'm going in here. I'm just adding tasks. add a dark mode to the to-do list app code. Now we have four different tasks our AI agents working on codeex. I can now walk away, come back in like 5 hours and all my tasks will be done and live in the app. This is what makes it so different than everything out there. This is what makes it different from just like regular chat GPT or Grock or whatever app you're using. Right with here, I'm giving it commands. I'm waiting for code to spit out that I'm doing things with that code. If I'm using windsurf for instance, right, with windsurf it's still very back and forth even though the AI is writing code for you. You have to sit there, wait, watch what it does and then test it out. But with codeex you can give it a list of tasks to do as it's doing four tasks simultaneously for me right now. I can now go work on whatever I want, go eat dinner. If I just want to sit here all day, you know, writing tweets and YouTube videos to promote my to-do list app, I now basically have my AI employee working for me, building out the app. If I want to put a hundred different tasks here and walk away, I can do that. Now, let's go in here and see what it's doing, the AI agent, how it's working. It's going in, it's reading the code, it's going file by file in my codebase to add the functionality out. And it's doing this across all four tasks independently. Here's how this improves your life so dramatically and why this is such a massive step up when it comes to AI. This is the first time you have a technology that truly can be a

replacement for human beings for you, right? So imagine you're oneperson business. You're building your to-do list app. You're oneperson business. You want to sell this. Well, before you had to make a choice. Do I want to spend today programming and building out new features? Do I want to spend today creating content around the app so that people know about it on Twitter and on YouTube or do I want to spend the day calling up investors and seeing if anyone wants to invest in the app? Now you don't have to. Now one of those three options is taken care of for you. Right now you have an AI agent going and taking care of this and building out the code for you. You just come here in the morning, you give all the tasks to the AI agent, right? And then you walk away and do whatever you need. And all of a sudden the three, four, five hours you're going to spend coding that day has just been saved for you. One, I'm going to show you the results of these AI agents working. I haven't seen this yet, right? So, I'm going to show you the results of what the AI created in a second in the to-do list app. And then two, I'm going to show you how to set this up for yourself so you can start using this immediately. Okay, looks like the AI agent is done. That took about 3 to four minutes to do. Let's do this. Let's pull down the new code it wrote and see the results. Right. So, this is what it looked like before the to-do list app. it. You're able to put in three tasks. You're able to add a priority. That's it. Let's pull down the new code the AI agent wrote and see what it looks like. So, I'm in Windsurf with my basic to-do list app code. We're going to say pull down the latest code. All right, I'm going to pull down this code. Okay, so what I did was I went to every task it just completed and I clicked merge so that it put the code in the codebase. Now let's see what the app looks like. Okay, look at this. Look at everything we got here. All right, so first of all, we're in dark mode. So they added a dark and light mode. One click up here. That's nice. Okay, we asked them to add a project. So let's create a new task with a project in it. Review the new code. Project coding. Let's see if it adds that project. Boom. Has the project in there. Okay, so the second AI agent who was creating the project did that. And the last one was the cananband view. For those who don't know, a cananband view is basically just like a to-do list with columns in it. So you can move things across the columns. So cananband view. Boom. There it is. To-do in progress. Done. So basically what we had, right, we had codeex, our AI agent. We gave it three tasks to do simultaneously. To add a dark and a light mode, to add a canban view, and to add projects. I just put in the tasks. I walked away. Maybe I started filming uh YouTube videos for the new things we were doing. I worked completely on the marketing while the AI coding and it did the job and it worked. This is what it means for you. You now as one person can run a one-person business that makes money. Instead of hiring developers, you can just have Codeex the AI agent, which you go in the morning, you make your cup of coffee, you type in, here's the task I want you to do, you hit enter, it starts getting to work, you come back later in the day, your code is done. I went in, I just said, "Hey, build me a to-do list app. " It had the base of a to-do list app done for me. And then I committed this code to GitHub. So all you do is you go to github. com, you sign up, you create a new repository, you can go into the AI and windsurf and say commit this to GitHub and it puts the code on GitHub. Then once you've done that, you come into codeex and you connect this in your environments to your new GitHub that you just committed code in. Right? It connects to that environment. It connects to your code in GitHub. Then you're good to go and you can start giving it tasks. Just imagine the future when you have like an AI agent for marketing, coding, which we now have, an AI agent for research, and you just go, you wake up, you give them their to-dos for the day, you hit enter, and they go. And hey, you could even just go to the beach and sip a my tie if you want while your AI agents work. That is what we are approaching now with this technology from OpenAI. code for you, that would probably cost about $200,000 a year, which okay, $20,000 a month. So, instead of $20,000 a month, you're paying $200 a month. On top of that, you get the latest AI models, right? So, you're adding basically adding IQ to yourself. A lot of people would pay $200 for extra IQ. You're paying $200 for an edge over your competition, right? I have my own AI app called Creator Buddy. I add to it and code to it all day. This gives me an edge over my competition. I now have an extra developer on my team to write code, which means I can ship faster, make more money. So, for me, the $200 is well worth it.
