Culture is BS

I think culture is because it's thought of as an input. The way to think about culture for me is people want to learn and grow and they want to make a lot of money. And if you do those two things, you'll have great culture. The alternative is let's get ping pong tables and kombucha in and that will lead to great culture. No. Because if people aren't learning and growing and making money, they don't care about the ping pong tables and kombucha. We want to advance financially and intellectually.
