in this video we're going to be talking about Facebook monetization 2025 for beginners so that means that some of you may be familiar with some of the things I'm going to say but I promise you there's a lot more value that you're going to want to stick around and Listen to In This video If you're not a beginner because there are some new developments and some things you want to listen to again to understand how you can maximize your earnings in 2025 and even now with Facebook monetization but whether you're new here or not we have to start with the new Facebook content monetization tool because this tool has completely taken over Facebook monetization and it is practically the only way that you can make money on Facebook and get paid by Facebook does still have stars and they will still have subscriptions and both of those things that are very easy for people to get for stars you have to have 500 followers for 60 consecutive days I believe and stars are basically digital pennies that people could give on your content I don't think anybody's going to make a livable income off of that then you have things like subscriptions and so subscriptions are where people can subscribe to your profile and they'll pay one two five 20 whatever dollars a month that you set up for access to additional content that you place inside of a private group or some other benefits or perks that you give the members who subscribe to your profile but with both of those methods it's the people and the users on Facebook who are paying you the Creator or entrepreneur and the only way that you're going to get paid by Facebook themselves is to enter into the Facebook content monetization program programs combines in stream ads on reals and the performance bonus originally paid for Tex and images ads on reals was reals and instream ads was videos but now they have one program where once you're inside that program you can earn for any type of content you post on Facebook and even now they're testing monetization for stories and remember what I said when they're testing something they're testing to see how it's going to work not if unless we're talking about Instagram over there they're testing to see if it's going to work because they're just having some really hard times monetizing that platform so since this new program allows you to monetize all formats and all surfaces on Facebook it's only right that they would phase out the other programs so if you get an invitation inside of your app and you sign up you switch over to the new program you will not be able to rejoin the old programs and they're in the beta phase of this new program right now but as soon as 2025 hits they're going to start rolling people over by the millions into this new program and phasing out the old programs they will not exist anymore in stream ads performance bonus ads on reals are over they will no longer be a thing everything will be the Facebook content monetization program and so if you don't get an invite to the beta program I'm going to tell you just to hold out and wait till the new year because if you're already in the performance bonus program ads on reals or instream ads I don't believe they're going to strip you of your monetization I think they'll just roll you over into it because they do want people to earn money on Facebook they want you to create content and help bring lift to the engagement on the platform because that helps their bottom line and one of the things they pointed out that I've also noticed is that there are so many different creators across Facebook who were earning in different programs but they couldn't take advantage of the other aspects of Facebook and so there was no incentive for them to create those different formats of content so if you were in the performance bonus you didn't have any incentive to create reals but now creatives and entrepreneurs can post any type of content they want on Facebook and earn money from it so even though a lot has changed as far as the structure of the program goes a lot of things are still the same you can still go to your professional dashboard and see how much you're earning with your content eligible content that earns money on Facebook is public reals public photos public Tech statuses public videos it has to be public if it's sent to friends only or some other custom group you cannot monetize it also you have to have your payout set up correctly with meta in order to receive payment this is very simple and straightforward to do just take your time when you're first setting it up and make sure you do it right if you don't have a business then please choose individual and give them your social security number I know there are a lot of videos on YouTube telling you that you can make this amount of money every single day from the Facebook program but the people who've been in the program for a very long time now and who understand Facebook monetization on

a very practical everyday level they know that for a lot of people you're not going to make that type of money that's reserved for people with very large and engaged audiences but don't worry by the end of this video I'm going to share with you the exact strategies that they're using to actually post and create engaging content for their audiences it may be something you want to do it may not depending on your purposes for using Facebook but what I will say right now is that the payouts are not linear it's not 1 cent per view or two cent for this you can't look at someone else's payout and try to figure out or determine what your payout should be there's no such a thing it should be they reserve the sole right to pay you what they believe your content deserves based on its performance and also based on something the Instagram CEO called replacement value which makes a lot of sense and it basically states that if they would have gotten the same engagement from people who just use Facebook on a regular basis without the content that you posted that day then there's no sense in them to pay you this very high amount for that content and so basically you're going to get paid more and draw a stronger payout based on my understanding of replacement value when other people who use Facebook on a regular basis don't create engaging content that keeps the platform afloat because that's the original model and so earn more when other people don't post great content and I know that's a bad place to be in where you're just hoping people don't post great content on Facebook so that you can earn more money because then you have to post great content because what if your content isn't great then you're just not going to earn much and this could be a trial for people building a personal brand on Facebook because they're really not open to some of the other things that people do to actually get a good payout on Facebook now before you run out and start creating these short videos that people could just Loop and run up your views if the video is not longer than 15 seconds you will not get paid for it so the piece of content has to be at least 15 seconds long in order for you to earn money on it but now let's talk about the ineligible content that Facebook will not pay you for not a single dime content that's removed because of ownership claims created don't expect to be paid for it as simple as that also if the content violates a meta policy and it was calculating money maybe it had already earn a couple hundred dollars you will not receive that money in the past go ahead and issue those payouts but not anymore things are changing if you post a piece of content that violates one of their policies and it's earned thousands of dollars and it's sitting in your account but then they hit you with a policy violation and it violates one of their content monetization policies or something else then they're going to freeze that payment and they're not going to issue you funds for that piece of content swinging back to the top of the list if a personal business claims ownership of the content that you posted they may receive a portion of that so you may still get some but they might get some of it as well and so in my opinion this is probably when you remit or you try to repurpose someone else's content it's not safe to do because not only is it a situation where they might get some of the earnings but during the review of the ownership that payout is going to be Frozen and so you're kind of back in that same place where they're really looking at whether they should pay you at all they are cracking down on just giving money out to people who are just posting other people's content and as tough as they are on people repurposing content there's a certain type of content that you can post on Facebook that they just haven't been able to track or lock down yet and people are earning a lot of money using it so if you're repurposing other people's content and they issue a copyright claim and they win you won't get paid for that content and that's only right the original Creator needs to get paid for the content they're posting branded content is not eligible for payouts cross-posted content from other pages boosted or deleted content will not receive payouts so if you boost a piece of content no payout if you delete a piece of content before you receive payment no payout but very briefly let's say you're brand new you're not aside instream ads on reals or the performance bonus but you are interested in participating in the new Facebook content monetization program how do you participate at this moment the beta phase is currently invite only Facebook is inviting 1 million creators to join the beta so be on the lookout you could get an invitation any day if you get an

invitation from meta it will come through an official Channel if you open the Facebook app on your phone or desktop you can navigate to your professional dashboard and the monetization tab to see an invite there an invitation from meta to join the Facebook content monetization program will never ask for your personal information like your password and so forth they already have that information why would they ask you for it at the moment if you're not invited you can express interest I have another video that I'll link to in the description that you can go watch that shows you how to do that and it's a very simple form where you simply tell them about your Facebook page you can let them know if you have another social profile with a large following they take that into consideration but it does not guarantee that you'll be admitted into the Beta or into the program just so you know but that's not all Facebook does have some future plans for this program and they do plan on building out more insight so that you can understand how your content performs on a deeper level before you finish watching this video I want to briefly share with you about the Creator growth Sprint it's a three check out all of the details all right now back to the video now let's talk about how to maximize your earnings on Facebook in a very simple and easy to understand way and this guide is going to be especially helpful for people not just beginners who don't know anything about Facebook monetization but if you were in the ads on reals program or instream ads then you only focus on one type of video content and so now you're able to earn from text post and images and you're going to want to understand what people are already doing and finding success with so you're not trying to figure all of this out on your own you're sitting behind a learning curve I'm going to catch you up right here step one you want to avoid common pitfalls stay away from clickbait or misleading content there are shortcuts to getting engagement the right way but too often when people look for shortcuts they end up posting clickbait and other things and if people report the content is clickbait or misleading and meta investigates and finds that it's so you can get a partner monetization violation or a Content monetization violation and you don't want to get those because they're difficult to lift at times especially if meditates the content down before you can focus on creating original high quality content high quality does not mean technical quality high quality means relevant make sure the topic and the substance of what you're creating and Publishing to Facebook is in alignment with your audience and is highly relevant to their interest that's high quality step number two track what's working every now and then you want to take a peek at your professional dashboard and see how your content is performing you're going to quickly see that some pieces of content Tex statuses images Etc are performing better than others and when you see what's driving the most engagement you want to make sure that you adjust your strategy accordingly step three be consistent and strategic telling you to be consistent is one of the most basic things I could possibly say but it is very critical to your success you already know this but one thing I can tell you right now is that of the pages I see that are earning thousands of dollars with low effort content on Facebook they're not really businesses they're not building Brands they're just hustling and this might not be something you want to do but they're posting once an hour around the clock and so they're scheduling the content out while they're asleep they have content coming out at the top of every hour and they also have massive pages and followings 200,000 followers 3 million followers and so forth and the content they're posting is very random it's not exactly relevant to their audience's interest but it's definitely humorous but if you're building a personal brand and you're looking at the long run earning money Beyond Facebook monetization then you're not going to want to do that you're going to want to focus on creating a specific type of content for a specific group for people to drive your business goals make sure you post when your audience is most active so that you can get that engagement if you don't know when your audience is most active and you have a Facebook page you can go inside meta business suite and meta business Suite will show you when your audience is most active when you go to schedule a post if you have Facebook professional mode then take a look at your insights and the content that's performing best and try to see when you posted that content because that's going to be a good indication of when your audience is most active also if all else fails just ask

them now that you're able to monetize all of these different formats and you don't have to depend on videos or reals or TCH statuses only try to keep a mid of it to keep things fresh so that your audience doesn't get bored or steal with your approach step four create content that drives interactions are important because that's one of the things that determine how much money you get paid so try to create posts that people are going to react to that people can come comment on and so forth use polls questions challenges and anything else that you can think of to actually get people to engage a conversation if your audience is interested in a certain topic you can make a post asking them their opinion about a thing let's say that your audience is interested in '90s R& B music you can ask them who's the greatest female vocalist of all time is it Whitney Houston celen Dion or Mariah Carey and you can let them talk about it and share their different viewpoints their favorite songs and so forth and all of that engagement that you're generating on Facebook earns you money but again it has to be relevant to your audience or they are not going to discuss it step five encourage reactions and shares on platforms like YouTube whether people leave a comment or not doesn't necessarily boost my videos visibility but on Facebook whether people leave comments or share a video that is going to boost that piece of content more than anything so when they see that people are sharing your real through text messages or through Messenger they're definitely going to give it more play in the real feed and the same thing goes for your other pieces of content whether they're videos Tex statuses or images Step number six go live for real time engagement when you're live on Facebook people can engage with your content right then not only can they hit the like button once they can tap it over and over again and they can continue to react to that video throughout the live video now once the live is ended Facebook is only going to show one reaction from them but I believe that the algorithm is recognizing all of those individual reactions throughout the video you can also leave a comment on the video and you can engage in real time with the person right then not only does that build a relationship between you and your following and brings them in closer and increases the likelihood that they're going to engage with the next piece of content they see and that Facebook is going to serve them more content from you but it's also going to help that video get a strong boost with the algorithm right then and earn more money over time after you've saved it and posted it on your Facebook page or profile a good strategy for going live on Facebook is to make sure you announce it in advance that way people can actually prepare for it there are people in your audience right now that if you went live they would love to get on the live with you ask you questions or learn more about you but if you just go live spontaneously then they're not going to know you're going live be prepared able to join they're going to miss it but if they know you go live every Tuesday and Thursday say it's 7 p. m. then they know hey this is like a TV show I can tune in I can catch my home girl I can listen I can learn whatever's going on so give people the courtesy of letting them know when you plan on going live so they can attend as a matter of convenience and not inconvenience step number seven boost your visibility with ranking comments so Facebook has recommender systems for so many different things across Facebook and Instagram from people you may know to the news feed to stories to reals and so forth right they have one for comments as well now this is particularly good if you just want to get noticed and get more followers but also for your own content as well but I think this is primarily a feature that's best taken advantage of when you're trying to grow your audience and get more visibility so when you're on Facebook and you see other pieces of content that are doing well don't be afraid to try to leave a comment that people are going to react to because all of the people that react to your comment you can invite them to follow you and if it's a comment on your own piece of content that comment can function to help spark that conversation and help boost your piece of content this is why recently I've been using a two-step post where I'll have a primary piece of content that I post in the header of the content and then I'll go to the comment section and I'll post other pieces of content that fill out the thaw now some people have been doing this for a while and they call it a thread on Facebook and there'll be one post that's M here and then several 10 or 12 comments with different things they post there with positive sayings and different ways that people do it but you've seen these posts you don't need me to explain it to you but it's a great strategy if you can post comments that Rank and get

engagement and get the conversation going step number eight tailor your content to what works we already talked about this but make sure you look at your insights and you see what formats are working and do more of that it's just that simple if your tet statuses and your reals are earning the most then make more tet statuses and reals step number nine get people talking in the comments we've already discussed this if people are talking beneath your post it's going to send stronger of the algorithm you've never seen a viral piece of content that had a dead comment section you just haven't seen it on Facebook if the content goes viral people are disgusting beneath that post when someone comments on your content do your best to respond to them as quickly as possible in hopes that you can send those signals back to the algorithm when the content is first being pushed out the reason why this is so important and I have other videos that go into this as well the reason why it's so important that you respond as quickly as possible when you're trying to get a piece of content to rank inside of a group one strategy is to reply to one comment and then wait and then reply to the next comment after some time has passed because it'll keep bringing the content to the top of the group feed well it doesn't work like that in the news feed or the reals feed instead and the real feed there are ranking systems and so your content is put out there with other similar pieces of content and there's a contest that takes place and Facebook is looking to see whose content scores the best With Their audience and so if you can strategically respond to comments quickly and Garner other additional responses from said person and get the conversation going and maybe get other people chiming in because it's kind of like the classroom effect no one wants to talk until someone raises their hand and then everyone wants to jump in then you can boost the score for your content and it can win that round and get further distribution because that's why your content stops getting distributed if your content just stops getting reach it's because you lost a round and you lost the second round maybe and they just let it go after that but if your content keeps on winning those rounds because of the scores that it's getting then it's going to keep getting reach and that's a little bit of an oversimplification but it's an easy and accurate framework to understand how it works step number 10 build long-term Community engagement you don't just want to focus on creating content that gets likes and engagement for today maybe you do if you're hustling and you're trying to just get as much money from Facebook as you can but if you're building a personal brand for whatever reason whether it's your business you're doing influencer marketing you want brand deals and other things and you don't want to depend on Facebook then you definitely want to make sure that you have a community that's going to always come back to your content and enjoy it there is Community on my YouTube channel that values my Facebook content and whenever I post it they're going to tap in to hear what I'm talking about at least for a little while and I appreciate them so much because I can count on them and so I want to make sure that they can count on me so whenever I create this type of content I want to make sure that it meets their expectations either for the depth of knowledge the Simplicity and overall just the respect of their attention that they're giving me Facebook groups can be a great way to build that Community around your content because it's an easy way to share content from your profile or page with the people that matter most and step number 11 engagement is everything more likes more comments more shares equals more visibility and more earnings it's just that simple because all of these things add to your score when Facebook is ranking your content the final step tailor engagement for maximum reach and engagement everybody has to figure this out on their own but you want to find a way to get your audience involved in the content that you're creating one of the easiest things that I found is to make sure that my content is relevant to them what they're interested in you want them to be emotionally involved so that whatever you're talking about they're paying attention they're interested they're engaged they're listening they're watching you're creating something that's going to make their life easier in some shape form or fashion or that's going to make them better off because they're better informed or they know how to do something better if you focus on trying to make sure you add value to them you're going to get the engagement from them they're going to be engaged with the content and as you get more engagement and you start to rank better your content is going to get more reach you're going to earn more money but if you're not focused on trying to build a personal brand and you're just trying to make as much money as possible then I'm going to put a video on the screen that's going to show you what everyone
