This may be the best all-in-one home espresso machine I've ever used. This is the Mari. It has dual boilers, one for espresso and one for steam, and a dedicated heating element in the group head to control temperature and properly heat the porter filter. It even has a rotary pump, which you usually only see on commercial machines. They've partnered with Timour for the built-in grinder. And there's even built-in scales for both dose and extraction. You set your grind amount on the screen and it delivers that exact measurement. And it wouldn't be a new machine without magnets. It comes with everything you need to get started and a little wooden box to keep everything sorted. The spout on your porter filter can even be removed to switch instantly to a naked porter filter. Then you select your target extraction and begin. You can see your yield building in real time and it even tells you whether you're pulling a restredto or an espresso. Finally, the steam wand is serious. It has its own boiler plus a temperature probe in the tip. You can set your milk temperature and even adjust steam pressure depending on your skill level. And if you look at the steam, it's super dry and is adding far less water into your milk when you texture. And you can even auto steam by just placing your milk jug under the steam wand and turning it on as long as you have the right amount of milk in the jug. And the results speak for themselves. That's a pretty beautiful coffee. The level of quality on this machine is insane. One thing I'd love to see, a version of this machine without a built-in grinder.
