Do This Before Your Next Date

Hi, I'm Sham Budram and here is what's in my pre-date tool box. You need a mirror. And furthermore, you have to look in the mirror for longer than it takes to fix your hair. Once you're like, "Okay, I look good. " Then take a moment, lean in. How do I feel? What do I want to exude? And what do I really think about? Those are important questions to answer. There is a book that's called How to Know a Person by David Brooks that I have read front to back twice now. I'll probably do a third time. We often overlook how little we actually know about people and how little tools we have to get to know people on a deeper level. This book is the perfect refresher. Before a date, do a little brush up, a playlist. Right now, I am very much about um selection. They have these one-hour long playlists. They're very viby, very sensual. both. The one by Full Crate is definitely my favorite.
