Intro

It seems like Elen and Donald Trump both want to take over AI. Seriously, there's been all sorts of wild stuff going on. A huge Stargate project, Doge own AI, Elen trying to buy out Open AI and a chat GPT model just for the government. It's pretty crazy, right? So, I'm wondering if this is all a part of one big plan. In this video, I will lay it all out for you. Elen's plans, Donald's plans, the laws that might get passed, new projects, rules, and much more. Here is

Long-lasting admiration

something not everyone knows. The whole Trump mask thing actually goes back to 2017. Back then, Trump created this business and tech advisory councils. And guess who got invited? Yep, Elen Musk. At that point, AI wasn't even a hot topic. This was just the first time these guys got to work together. Ilen didn't stay for long though. He ended up leaving the same June because he disagreed with Trump about some climate stuff. But what interesting is Trump kept talking him up, calling him one of our great geniuses and even comparing him to Addison. So yeah, you could say they have had a sort of admiration going on for a while. Anyway, why am I mentioning all this now? Well, if you think back to last year's election, you will remember Trump's ax account suddenly got unbanned and then a bunch of big donations came floating in. Pretty standard political drama. But here is the twist. The way these two guys think about AI might not be as similar as it seems. On the surface, they look like allies, but their views on AI not exactly the same. Trump's been

Trump’s thoughts on AI

pro AI for a while now. Ever since his first presidency, he's been pushing for new tech in a big way. At one point, the White House basically declared the age of AI has arrived and said the US needed to stay on top to protect its economy and national security. Trump also went on about how American leadership and AI is super important for national security. Later, he wrote out this thing called the American AI Initiative, telling different parts of the government to focus on AI research, get people trained up, and so on. There wasn't any funding right away, but it's definitely showed he was serious about keeping America in the lead when it comes to AI. Now, being pro AI is one thing, but Trump also isn't a big fan of heavy rules. At one point, his team released some guidelines that basically said, "Don't overregulate AI or you will slow down innovation. " Later on during his latest campaign, he promised to ditch the harmful AI rules introduced by Biden and promote AI that fits American values. Sure enough, as soon as he got back to the White House in 2025, he scrapped Biden's 2023 AI executive order, calling it too strict and bad for America's tech leadership. So, if there is going to be AI, Trump clearly wants America front and center. And if you need proof he's into this stuff, just look at that Trump Gaza video he posted. Doesn't get any clearer than that. What if Donald Trump is an AI robot already, created by Elon? Sure acts like one sometimes. But seriously, robot AIs are still pretty far off. AI agents though are here right now. That's where Lizer Agent Studio comes in, the sponsor of today's video. Building an AI agent is super easy. Thanks to Lizer's no code interface, I can create them in just minutes. All I do is click new agent, give it a name, pick which LM to use, and drop in a prompt. Pro tip, ask the AI to improve your prompt. You'll get way better results. To that, I can customize my agent by choosing which features it has and adding tools that give it more powers. Developers can use the agent API to make highly specialized agents for all sorts of workflows. As for these tools, Lizer works with tons of popular platforms, including GitHub, Slack, Gmail, Notion, Google Calendar, YouTube, and more. I can even add my own database or link external data sources like Quadrant and Weev8 for extra accuracy. Plus, Lizer comes with built-in safeguards to keep your agents responsible and compliant, promoting ethical AI usage. After you build your custom agent, you can publish it as an app on the marketplace so other people can use it too. And if you are an enterprise user, you can host agents on your private cloud to maintain full data security. You can dive in right now by exploring some of Wiser's pre-made agents like JSON AI light called email generator bank and customer service or the pitch deck. Best part, sign up using my link below and you will get 500 free credits to test these agents right away. And don't forget to join Lizer Academy. It's a free community with courses, resources, and fellow AI enthusiasts who can help you level up your agent building game. If you're hungry for more, you can also check out Lizer's upcoming free webinar where you'll learn how to build awesome AI agents using Lizer and Lovable. No coding needed. All the links are down in the description.

Elon’s perspective

Illan's take on AI is a bit different, mostly because he's more cautious about it. He definitely wants America to lead, especially with his own X AI, but he's been warning for years that advanced AI could be a real threat if nobody keeps an eye on it. Back in 2017, he flat out told US governors that AI is a fundamental risk to the existence of human civilization. That is a strong language, right? He pushed for rules and regulations early on, comparing conjecti development to summoning the demon. Some folks might say that is over-the-top or fear-mongering. But then again, having some guard rails can be helpful, even if it slows things down a bit. All those worries about where AI was headed eventually led him to announce Truth GPT, which later became Grock. Elan calls it the least biased AI out there, though it still leans a bit left. In a lot of ways, he says it's better than most other LLMs. We've tried it and it's pretty good. At first glance, Elen's stance might seem at odds with Trumps, but that hasn't stopped these two billionaires from aiming for the same goal, owning the AI. Maybe they are not in total agreement on how much regulation there should be, but they both recognize there is a lot of money to be made by dominating the market. So, at least on that point, they are pretty

Are Trump and Musk really aligned?

aligned. But are these two really on the same AI team? There are a few signs hinting they might be. Sounds crazy, but hear me out. During Trump's first term and the early part of his second, his administration either started or backed a bunch of AI projects that robbed in Musk, whether on purpose or not. One example is the 2018 select committee on AI, which brought together government scientists and industry experts to steer America's AI future. Another clue is the push for self-driving cars and defense related AI. Under Trump, the Department of Transportation put out policies that were super friendly to self-driving car developers, and that was a big plus for Tesla's autopilot AI. So, yeah, even if Trump and Musk don't always see eye to eye, there is plenty tying them together when it comes to AI. Additionally, the

AI and the Department of Defense

DoD decided to move faster on military AI and Masks being all for using KI in defense. He even signed some deals with the DoD through SpaceX. I remember him supporting the Pentagon's idea of ethical AI standards a few years back. These standards were supposed to be rules for how AI should be used. Now there is talk of a US AI safety institute being formed to test and audit AI systems. That's happening under the current administration and Elen seems on board with it too. He might even help set up those safety guidelines. And let's not forget that Trump's circle has been discussing AI powered infrastructure. Things like smart grids and new energy solutions which lines up nicely with Musk's businesses. Even if they are not announcing any big official partnerships, a lot of these Trumpup supported projects match up with Elen's interests which puts him in a prime spot

The “Stargate” Project

to benefit. Trump's latest and largest AI plan is this thing called the Stargate project. It popped up in January as a partnership among open AI soft bank and Oracle with a goal of pumping $500 billion into AI infrastructure across the US. They are saying they will build 20 huge data centers to power the next wave of AI projects and maybe create over 100 100,000 jobs 100,000 jobs. Sounds pretty good, right? Trump called Stargate his flagship plan to keep AI development right here in the US and leave China in the dust. He's never hidden his feelings about China. China because China, China is the new China, by the way. China. China. At the official White House launch, he stood with the CEOs of those companies. All of them praising him for getting the ball rolling. But guess who
9:30

Musk’s Hidden Tie-Ins

was missing from the stage? Elon Musk. The link between Elen and Stargate isn't super obvious, but it's definitely there. He wasn't on stage that day, but he's involved behind the scenes. Remember, he co-founded OpenAI in 2015 and used to mentor Sam Altman before they had their big falling out. Plus, Larry Ellison, Oracle's founder, is a good friend of Musk, and both of them backed Trump in his campaign. Elen was even rumored to be an unofficial adviser in Stargate's early days. On paper, Stargate looks like a massive job creator, but it's also this giant data infrastructure project that could become the foundation of government AI empire. Guess who tends to gain the most? The people in Trump's orbit, of course. As soon as Trump and team announced Stargate, Musk made it clear he wasn't on board. Just hours later, he basically laughed off the $500 billion figure on X, claiming the main backers don't actually have the money to pull off that number. He specifically called out Soft Bank, saying they are sitting on way less than 10 billion. Definitely not half a trillion. What was that for real? Cuz let's be frank, Grog 3 is almost as good as GPO1 and 4. 5 combined. And at Geek Academy, we have a bunch of detailed prompts and guides for these tools. All are ready for you to copy and paste with explanations and convenient PDFs. You can download these guides and keep them forever. We've also got tool collections where we handpick the best AI tools for specific use cases. And to make picking a toll easy, we have an AI tollfinder. Call the bot out in the chat and tell what tool you need. Image generation. We have image generator also built into Geek Academy. Go to AI Art Studio, type /magine and you are prompt. Let's make Geek Academy the biggest and best AI hub. Emotions aside, maybe Musk just want them to be transparent about the money. He's usually the guy calling for more regulations, while Trump leans toward less. Either way, Stargate is moving along. Some folks think this whole thing is meant to bring Open AI tighter under US control, which lines up surprisingly well with Musk's desire to keep AI in check. And it's pretty funny that the chosen company here is the same one he helped start now led by CEO he

AI in Current Administration

can't stand. If you still doubt there is a big AI takeover plan going on at the White House, get ready for a surprise. It's already happening. Trump's team isn't just using AI right now. It's also pushing AI companies to build special models just for the government. You've probably heard that Musk is in charge of Doge, right? Well, Doge has been busy automating federal tasks like crazy to cut costs and shrink staff. And apparently, they're using their own AI chatbot called GSAI Chad that can write emails, code software, sort through huge piles of data, and help with project management. The main idea is to replace people with AI. Who would have thought? If GSAI chat turns out to be safe and effective, it could lead to even more AI in government, helping Musk's mission for control and giving Trump some high-profile AI wins at the same time. Plus, Musk has been telling certain agencies to try out generative AI. An NBC News leak said his team wanted to feed federal employee survey answers into AI to figure out which roles are missionritical and which one could be cut. It's a little scary, but it does
13:35

ChatGPT Gov Explained

fit into their cost-saving goals. One of the biggest signs that Trump and Musk can really influence AI companies is Chad GPT go. It's basically a special version of Chad GPT made just for US government use. Obviously, regular people can't access it. It's meant to give agencies at all levels a safe private way to use GPT. Unlike the public chat GPT, which runs on OpenAI's own servers, Chad GPT gov can be set up on government networks or in lockdown cloud systems. This is a clear example of how Trump and Musk can push AI developers in their direction. It's not a full-on flex, but more like a test to see how cooperative these developers are. Plus, it might help Musk's own AI by limiting other players. After all, if Trump can force Open AI to make a private version, he could just as easily ban them later, claiming their AI might leak government secrets. Then, while Open AI is stuck dealing with legal stuff, XAI could step up and take over. If that is not conquering the AI market, then I'm not sure what is. It's not just
14:45

AI Laws and Bills Passed

about forcing companies. Laws are a big part, too. As soon as Trump got back in office, he threw out Biden's AI safety guidelines and replaced them with an order to maintain and grow America's global AI leadership, which pretty much loosens the rules. That new order got rid of any policies that didn't fit the idea of boosting human flourishing and national security with AI. It doesn't mean AI has zero rules now, but it does make it easier to roll out new tech. They seem to be measuring success by how big AI can get, not by how restricted it is. And that helps groups like XAI, especially if Trump keeps slowing down Open AI. You might be wondering, hold
15:29

Upcoming AI Laws and Bills

up. Didn't this start just a couple months ago? Well, there's actually a ton happening behind closed doors that most people never see. Word is that Elon's already pushing for special incentives to boost AI research, especially in self-driving cars and private space AI. Sounds like sci-fi, but it's happening right now. Then there is this draft called the Freedom to Innovate Act. Basically, aims to strip away even more regulations from AI. On the surface, that means new companies could pop up more easily, and people can test out fresh ideas without too much red tape. But when you have zero control, things can get out of hand fast. Sort of like a jungle. Exciting, but also dangerous if you're not careful. This hands-off style is exactly what Elon wants. He and Trump both believe AI thrives when it doesn't have to jump through a bunch of bureaucratic hoops. And guess who benefits the most from that? Elon's own company, X AI. Fewer rules means they can release raw AI models whenever they want, blow away the competition, basically do what they like because
16:35

Elon’s Plan to Buy OpenAI

really, who's going to stop them? All this ties into Elon Musk's rumored plan to buy out OpenAI. We won't get into all the lawsuits he's filed against them or his rent and post on X. Elon says OpenAI ditched its original help humanity mission and got too money hungry. claims they're betraying their founding principles by focusing on profits instead of the public good. But let's be real, it feels more like a convenient excuse. Elon's team supposedly offered $97. 4 billion to grab a controlling stake in Open AI, even though the company's been losing a lot of money lately. Sam Alman snapped back on X with a sassy response. No thanks, but we'll buy Twitter for $9 billion if you win. This is just great, really. Maybe it's just some petty feud. Or maybe it will go down like another Twitter takeover where Elon eventually swoops in and takes control. He's got the cash and it would totally help him and Trump cement their AI power move. Even without Musk
17:33

Trump’s Ties to OpenAI

Trump is totally focused on winning the AI race. And his friendly ties with Open AI prove it. Trump wants private companies to lead the charge so America can stay on top. and OpenAI, the folks behind Chad Gupta, has become a big part of that plan. They are not getting direct federal money right now, but the administration clearly sees OpenAI as heavyweight partner for growing the economy and creating jobs. Plus, the Chad GPT gooff shows Open AI's already working handinhand with the government.
18:09

Trump-Musk Alliance: Myth or Reality?

The relationship between Trump and Mask is kind of weird. They both believe AI is the future and want to dominate, but they have different angles. Trump wants the US beating everyone else, especially China, while Musk wants his own XAI to run the show and usually calls for more rules around AI. Still, both claim they want AI to help humanity. Trump by keeping leadership and jobs here, and Mask by making sure AI doesn't go wild or become dishonest. You might think Trump and Musk can possibly team up. But remember, there is probably a middle ground. No AI can just run free forever and no industry can stay totally locked down. What we are seeing now might be just the beginning where they are testing limits, figuring out who gets what and seeing how much they can shape the future to match their own vision. It
19:01

What’s the Game Plan?

looks like the government wants fewer rules around AI and more trust in companies to handle things themselves. Some officials are even talking about getting rid of the trustworthy AI guidelines from 2020, which deal with fairness and transparency. If that happens, agencies and their partners won't have to worry as much about being fair or explaining how their AI works. That could speed up AI use in stuff like banking, healthcare, and hiring people. We might also see AI play a bigger part inside the government. Imagine GSAI making decisions and cutting down on the need for human workers, which could give a lot of power to just one system. This could affect the whole government, not just AI. It seems like Trump and Musk want AI to be run by the government with them in the driver's seat. If Trump owns the data centers and Musk owns the software, they basically own the future. They might not care about building the best AI on skill alone. Maybe Tesla AI will do that. So whether they have a detailed plan or they are just making it up as they go, one thing's for sure, AI is about to get really interesting. We will see a bunch of awesome new tools, but there is a chance the government might end up controlling them. What do you think? Thanks for watching and I will see you in the next one. Bye.
