How to Create Mind Maps with AI? The ULTIMATE Mind-mapping Tool...

the toughest part of making a mind map is actually starting for a long time I thought mind maps were just this dull task that I'd keep pushing off like a pile of laundry you never want to deal with but now ai has made it feel like flipping a switch boom brand new mind map with loads of detail all from one front in this video I'm going to walk you through mind map creation both the old school way and with AI so you can save a whole bunch of time think of this as your mind map crash course for mind mapping I've been using draw Mine by one share it's hands down the easiest and most Dependable tool I found interface is super straightforward on the left there's this big create mind map button a button to open a project workbench button that pulls up a list of everything you're working on plus cloud files for your online stuff you honestly don't need much else from that menu once I open workbench I get a template Library neatly split into categories like reading notes examination basic education plus a few more that are super handy if you're looking for new ideas my projects list is empty right now but I can import a mind map doc Google Docs file even an HTML file if I want there are a bunch of formats you can work with there is also an intelligent file analysis feature that automatically generates a mind map for you on the right side you've got all the creation features for mind maps and there's a ton to explore here e draw M can turn a single prompt into fully flashed out mind map transform m Maps into presentations convert files into mind maps handle images build canvin generate images and even run OCR if you need to grab text out of an image let's not jump too far ahead the best way to dive in is by using AI I can type a single prompt in that window on the right and in seconds I've got an entire layout with well organized topics and usually it's so good I don't even have to tweak anything I can change the layout with one click vertical fishlike a timeline or any of the other awesome designs I'm personally a fan of that fishbone style because it makes everything look super clean it's still easy to read adding subtopics and topics is so easy with e draw mind a simple idea can Branch out into a bunch of structured thoughts helping me go deeper without extra effort I can Nest mind maps inside each other too which is perfect when one topic leads to smaller list of ideas where I can ask the AI to generate five questions or five new ideas about any topic or subtopic perfect for when I'm stuck or want the fresh perspective I can also polish any part of my mind map let's say I have a topic that's too stiff I can ask the AI to make it friendlier or if it's too casual I can make it more formal I can even translate it to another language shorten it lengthen it or do a quick spell check all these AI features work on both AI generate mind maps and the ones I create on my own if you're itching to know all the ways you can tweak a AI mind maps hang tight for when I show you manual mind mapping because those options are identical no matter how you build your map in the first place and the AI mind maps don't end there if I go to create and pick file analysis I can upload a PDF a dog file or even a video yep a video and E draw mine will chew it up parse the text and then pop out a fully formed mind map the text extraction is really Speedy so you won't have to wait long then just like that brand new mind map appears looks surprisingly good right out of the gate though I suggest tweaking the layout to match your style you can also change the overall tone for the Mind map but you have to watch out sometimes it tosses in extra text you didn't ask for but here's something extra Co for any mind map I can generate a custom voice over I know that's not something you see every day in mind map and Toes but each draw mind has gone above and beyond the AI writes a quick summary to match the map then turns it into is spoken narration honestly it's pretty decent totally good enough for those random moments you need a quick voice over to company your mind map the tasks for bringing a startup to the market include idea validation market research competitor analysis moving on the second way to build mind maps is the classic manual approach sure it's a bit slower than using AI but the upside is that you get total control over every Branch every box and every word you add and if you ever feel stuck or need more ideas the built-in AI is right there to help you grow your ideas even further so I click new mind map and each draw mind pulls up a blank canvas with a basic placeholder map from there I can switch between different views list Canen or slides to see which one clicks best one tip for me customize your Maps look before you dive in head to page style pick a theme you love just fonts tweak colors maybe add a fun background once you're happy with the vibe then
