Well, I think a mobile first uh opportunity has a couple of different flavors I would share with you. One, I think it's um relationship development needs to be a part of that journey because when you think about relationships, that is what really matters in this industry. There's so many options that customers have and I think when we think about the cycle that these organizations are going through having a digital experience is sort of table stakes. It's required. It helps you understand who your contacts are. It helps you do better processing, but nothing prepares you to not be able to have the relationships. And relationships with digital in my opinion, it kills trust. And trust is what breeds loyalty and long-term commitment from customers. So, I think the relationship management piece is important, but it's also the development of making sure that the digital component of those processes are instrumented in how organizations are delivering services and value to their customers.
