Why Raspberry Pi is a great fit for Ableton Move

There were a lot of things about Raspberry Pi that made it a great fit for our needs for move. It was really easy to get started with prototyping with the consumer Raspberry Pi while having a path to production with the compute module. At the start of the project, the team was able to quickly make developer hardware using the consumer Raspberry Pi that could be used for performance testing and benchmarking. And that was very useful because we could use that to validate the approach and also guide the software design decisions we needed to make at the time.
