Calisthenics parks and full weight setups on the beach is the norm in South Beach, Miami. Combine this with an amazing boardwalk, everyone here is in incredible shape. The reason why this community thrives is interesting. Miami has done something different than most of the US. Instead of setting up useless equipment made by people who don't train overly concerned with safety, they've trusted people and given them tools that actually work. As a result, this place is most likely the fittest in America. I'm convinced that humans just need the right environment to thrive. Concrete, computers, and cubicles cause stress. We all can't live next to the beach. But getting outside to exercise builds health and helps us flourish. Would you agree or disagree?
