It's probably normal that this feels a little awkward right now, right? I hope you guys remember my name, Marcel from One Dapper Street. What's up? Thank you for uh tuning into this video. I know it's been a minute. I'll put all of the we'll chat a little bit at the end of the video. I'll tell you where I'm at with all things. But for today, I wanted to come back, start 2026 off strong with a video for you guys because even though fashion is less of a focus on my life, on my life in my life now, um, there's still so many dope pieces that I recently stumbled across and I wanted to take a few of them, style them into looks for you guys, you get some inspiration. So, I hope that you mess with that. Links will be down below for you guys to shop. Let's get right to it. This is outfit number one. And in my 13 years of doing this, I don't know that any one piece has ever gotten more hype, more compliments than this jacket. This is a Target jacket, fleece jacket um in collab with Woolrich. Uh and I absolutely love this thing. Obviously, you probably need something warmer up top uh just to make that outside ready. But this is a nice chill indoor look that we're starting out with underneath. Um this is now my favorite white t-shirt. That's why I wanted to include this Masimo Duchi Nachi. It's like I think 40 bucks or 50 bucks for a t-shirt, which is kind of wild, but it's insane. I have like five of them now. I first bought one just to see if it actually holds up. It's amazing. Now I bought more and it hurt a little, but it's good. The caros I also love. They're not like the upper half is what's incredibly special to me here. Um the cargos are really sick, too. And the fun thing is this jacket is still available in a size medium even though it's a collap collection on clearance. car was on clearance and I'm still wearing my dirty ass Todd Snider sneakers because I like them this way and that's fine. But there'll be a video in a couple of weeks with some new sneakers that are clean. So, if this really bugs you, you just wait. Next up, and here's three pieces that I really love. I want to start with what you might not expect, and that's actually the white le chinos from Uniqlo. I have these in green right here. And I bought these maybe a year, maybe even two years ago. And they served me so well that when I was back in Germany, I actually decided to get them in black, too. That's them. You'll see them three times today. That's how much I like wearing them. Up top, we've got from um ASOS. A really nice Bordeaux loose fitting um polo that I think is really cool. I guess the least special in those pieces. And then up top uh this gorgeous piece from Macage. This is a reversible coat, so you can also wear the outside in uh inside out. I haven't done it. Um I like it a lot like this. Then we got a little bit of that white accent in the t-shirt underneath and also in the socks. And we've got this brimless cap. Now, as always, this serves as inspiration. If you don't like the white accents, to keep it cleaner, you go for black socks. You go for maybe a black tank top underneath or something in that direction. If you don't like this cap, go for a beanie. The combination here of that really dark color and then that pattern on top I really like. And uh also a great example of that high low mix. This coat is quite pricey. It's also really high quality and one of those pieces that you'll have your whole life. But pair that with an ASOS polo uniqlo chinos. You at least create a little bit of a balance here. Look number three is all about the upper. have I uh bought same time I bought those black uniqlo white leg chinos this nice um leg colored puffer jacket without a hood see over there is the one with a hood needed to get this um it was on sale during Black Friday and underneath I have on from October a beautiful like I want to call it salmon but it's not it's a pink zip-up sweater um I got Samo and Samo jeans nope these are H&M jeans H&M widelegg jeans and my Converse 70s plus on the lower half. Uh, a little beanie from October as well. And I just like the light color combo. Why not be a little bit of bright and different? Um, out in the dark and dreary world, especially on a day like today. The sun is shining through here a little bit. Lighting might be a little bit crazy today. Probably wondering why I haven't talked about the blue tape on my window yet. And frankly, it's probably cuz I'm just trying to repress it and forget that it's there. But I'm also really hoping that it's just not too distracting. And maybe I'll have found a way in editing to take the blue out and you might not even know what I'm talking about, but you will see the scaffolding. I digress. Another three favorites in this look. I told you that I found a lot of pieces that I really, really love. Um, I think I want to first talk about this K sweater. Uh, K is a brand that's new to me. Really nice though. I like this lighter blue color. Also like the fit and the fabric. On top of that, we have this crazy large coat that I got on sale. I think I paid like 70 bucks for it, which is kind of crazy to me. It's Zara. And on my lower half, we've got from Masimo Duchi, a pair of dark brown pants. I don't know. I really like it. Straight fit, pretty cool. On my feet, the Todd Sniders this time in the brown combo. And another brimless cap. Same thing. You don't like it, go for a beanie or ditch the cap. But I like the combination for the look. of the blue against like otherwise earth colored outfit or

Segment 2 (05:00 - 10:00)

more than earth color just like brown outfit. But I'm loving the textures um of the pieces, but also together the sweater feels amazing, looks amazing, and then you have even more texture on the jacket. Another piece that I've gotten a lot of comments on. I think some of them are like heartfelt, like, "Oh my god, cool coat. " And some of them are like, "Oh my god, that's it's a even though it's brown and like not that crazy, to some people it's so crazy that they feel like they have to make a comment. " Like, you know, you see someone with like a super bright pink sweater, you're like, "Oh my god, cool, but pink sweater. " Cuz they catch you looking at them or something like that. Feel like this is what's happening with this a little bit, but I like the look a lot. And this is also the aesthetic where I feel the most comfortable. You know, a little bit relaxed, a little bit slouchy, still put together. It looks nice. I think this Snider put it shearling jacket. Otherwise, a simple look. Same jeans, H&M cakes, t-shirt from Abberroi, but this beanie from October. But this size large, not super affordable. I think I'm going to leave it at that. But I do have something extra to show you. Obviously, this is a little cold and you probably need like a thicker jacket, something underneath proper. But instead of a scarf, you can just grab out of your pocket this little thing. And I know it's not the coolest looking thing, but it keeps you so warm. And you always zip the jacket up. You got your little scarf thingy. $15, I think. Two pack in black and in tan off of Amazon. And these are the only scarves, like the main scarves I've been wearing. Maybe it's cuz of my longass giraffe neck. I don't know that it's extra cool for me. But I, as much as I like the bulky textured scarves, I love that this is just something that can keep me warm. And then when I get to the place that I want to get to, I don't have to worry about where I'm putting my scarf. I take this, I fold it up, it goes in the pocket, and I'm good. So, I might be late to the party again. Like, I only ever use these for like snowboarding. So, now I'm using them in everyday life, and it's really cool. Moving on. Okay, this fit is primarily about the shoes. It's new for me. They're um like harder for me to style as well, I think. Um but up top, let's start here really quick from Uniqlo. that hooded puffer jacket that I told you about. This thing keeps you so warm. It's very reasonably priced and like it looks solid. It's basic but solid underneath from October V-neck. Also pretty basic. Same Masimoto t-shirt cuz I told you it slots. Um same unique little chinos. We're going to see those twice. And then we've got from Flower Mountain these dope like hiking inspired. Like I'm trying to get go hiking Mount Fiji. Like Japanese hiking outdoor is where I'm trying to go with this. We got a simple black beanie. But yeah, I really love the shoes and they inspire the rest of this fit. The wider chinos, the green in terms of the color and then just a simple knit um to complete that look. But we got one more. Let's move on to that one. But let me know if you like not whether you like the fact that I'm experimenting. I Whether you like what I'm experimenting, I'd like to know if this is a vibe for you. And last but never least, easy quicker change because I didn't have to swap out the pants. Any clinos with the Todd Snider sneakers up top, two pieces from Zara. I don't shop Zara actively anymore. I really don't. But when I do, I look for things that I know are going to serve me for a long time. Um, I bought this last year. gotten plenty of wear out of it. It's a collab with Nanushka. Um, no longer available, but an inspiration here maybe to like integrate some color into your winter wardrobe. Um, same coat already got plenty of wear out of this one. And then we've got a little primary color combo here. Um, this is again from October, this time in blue. And I think the blue and the yellow are really fun. Otherwise, we're keeping it simpler. Lighter brown, medium brown, black, and white. Yeah, this look to me is a Paris now because I took a photo next to the Eiffel Tower with this outfit. Um, so you know that I'm actually talking about fits that I really wore. Now, [sighs] let's wrap up here. Like I said, uh, anything that I could find, links will be down below for you guys to shop. And now, let me talk briefly about me and this channel. Look, I got into fashion because I wanted to help myself and then eventually help others dress better so they could feel better. I think over the decade plus that I've been doing this I got lost a little bit in the superficiality of fashion and just that when really what always drove me like I was passionate about fashion but what drove me was trying to help people feel better and I lost that. So I had to take a step away and you've seen it and I think I've tried to come back maybe too soon. Now I'm in a place where I'm like I did for 6 months a life coach mindset coach um certification. I just did a little therapy seminar for myself. Um, and that's the direction I want to go. Now, two things happened. One, um, the content is going to go more in that direction. Not on this channel. That's going to live somewhere else on another

Segment 3 (10:00 - 11:00)

YouTube channel, on Instagram. I'll figure that out throughout 26. But it's also allowed me to fall back in love with fashion a little bit. And I hope you got to feel that a little bit today. So, yeah, cuz there's less of a pressure, less of a compulsion to have to do it. So, I hope you enjoyed today's video. Next week there's going to be a fun little um project that I'm shooting with Todds. Uh so a little bit of a cinematic thing focusing on a sneaker and I want to try and do this as often as I can. I can't make you any promises. I've done that in the past and I couldn't hold them. It's also a lot harder. I don't have a full-time editor anymore. I It's a financial decision I had to make about 2 years ago. And YouTube shooting and editing and planning all this is a lot more work than a photo or even a real is. So — um I want to try and do this as often as I can. But I uh wanted to just be transparent and honest with you. I want to thank all of you who kind of brought me back here to YouTube, like that are asking where the videos have been. You are a reason that I'm back here today. Uh and yeah, I'm thankful for all of you that are watching right here right now after all these years and after all these months of quiet and more peace. To still have you here is amazing. So, thank you for watching and I'll see you guys soon. Until then, as always, stay dapper. Bye.
