Stop. Before you buy another license for Purview or Fabric, you need to hear this. Fabric and Purview are not licensed in the same way. Not even close. Fabric is about two things. You have the users and the compute. You need a PowerBI Pro or premium per user license to build and share. And you need a fabric capacity to run any serious fabric workloads. Perview is completely different. Perview data governance is charged per governed assets per day while compliance is licensed per user either through E3 or an E5 license. Now here's the twist.
