Sora 2 updates with Character Consistency!

In this video, we're going to learn how to take this character from this video and then use it in any AI generated video as a reference using Sora 2's new character creation. This we're going to use file as a platform where you can create the character and also you can make AI generated videos using Sora 2. So first of all I would like to show you the input video which is what we are using as reference and then I'm going to show you what we have created then go through the entire process so you understand how to create the character and also how to make the video finally. So this is the input video. So this you can see that it is a 4 secondond clip and there is this puppy. Now that you saw the input video, let's see how the final video would look like if we were to use the same puppy as a character reference. So this is one sample output where we have used the same puppy from the input video as a character reference. So this video uses the same puppy from that video as a character reference and this video was created using Sorat 2. So how did we arrive at this particular place? The first step is you have to go to this endpoint to create a character which I link it in the description. So you can just play with that directly. Go to this character creation here. So inside 2 you have got all these things. Go to character creation. Upload the video that we have got. After you upload the video you can give the character a name and after you do that click run and then your character will be created. You can click JSON here to see the character the ID name and also the name of the character that you created with this character ID. Now, anytime you create using Sora 2, you can use this as a reference and then create using the same character. This is extremely helpful if you're trying to create a long form content or even for short form content to keep the character consistency. So, this ideally works very well with non-human non-IP characters. Use something like this that you have created using a nano banana or V3 anything even using Sora 2 and then you can refer the same thing again and again in your video script. Now that we have created a character, I would love to show you how the same prompt would look without the character reference and with the character reference. So this is the prompt. We have got a cute 4se secondond looping cartoon animation of Pinky at a birthday party in a colorful middle. As you know, we have created the character named Pinky. Here you can see here it's a long prompt. Basically, you're trying to create a 4-se secondond video. This is without any character reference. And when we created this video using Sora 2, this is a text two video endpoint from Sora 2. This is how the final video look like. So you can see there is no reference for the pinky the character that we created. So it gives any character that fits in the character description. When we use the character reference that we have created in this case you just go down and additional settings. So go to this endpoint sor text to video go down click additional settings and you can see here add item. So here you can add character or characters. You can have multiple characters also. In this case, we are literally pasting the same character ID that we created here. And after you do that, we have the same character ID. And after you do that, for the same prompt, no change in the prompt, this is what we have got. So you can see instead of some random fluffy toy there, we have got the pinky actually what we created here. And this is the final output. I'm going to show you one more demo of how to do the same thing here. So I've got a long prompt here. a bright, playful cartoon animation featuring Pinky as the main character. The scene takes place in a colorful sunny meadow. So, you've got this long prompt. You're describing what Pinky is doing. And then you're going here, like I said, go to additional settings, add the character ID, add a new item, and you can refer Pinky as Pinky here or you can use the character ID. It doesn't matter a lot. When you run this, after a couple of seconds, you have the final video here. — I love this meadow. And you can see it managed to capture Pinky as much as it can or Pinky the character that we created as much as it can. And then you can storyboard an entire scene around this character and then use the character again and again without losing the essence of the character like in a traditional animation setup for AI generated videos.
