Prism VSA technology enables you to generate your own oxygen directly on site. How does it work? The process begins as ambient air is drawn into the system by a blower. This air passes through a filtration unit which removes particullet to ensure only clean air enters the next stage. The filtered air enters two vertical vessels filled with molecular saves. These cives selectively absorb nitrogen molecules allowing oxygen to pass through. The vessels operate in cycles. While one is absorbing, the other is regenerating. The oxygen produced is collected in a buffer tank. This tank maintains a steady and uninterrupted supply of oxygen to your process even during the cycles of the absorber vessels. Waste gases and water vapor are removed by a vacuum blower. The entire system is fully automated and monitored 24/7.
