Hello, I'm the franchise king, Joel Labava. If you're getting to that point where you're getting pretty serious about a specific franchise opportunity, I have something for you that's going to help you a lot. I'm offering now personal franchise opportunity evaluations. Now, you need to know that I am not a franchise broker, a franchise consultant, or a franchise coach. That means I'm not getting a franchise brokerage commission from any of the franchise opportunities that you want me to evaluate. This is clean. This is my personal valuation based on almost 25 years of being in franchising. I'm the author of a couple books on franchising. You should know who the franchise king is. Just do a Google search the franchise king or Joel Labava. There's plenty of information out there about all the articles I've written over the years, all the people I've helped, etc. Anyway, what does your personal evaluation include? First of all, it includes a written breakdown of the franchise opportunity, including an analysis of the FDD, including bullet points on the FDD that you need to talk to your franchise attorney about before you sign anything. Also, red flags. What are the red flags, if any, about the franchise you're thinking of investing a couple hundred,000 or more in? I point them out to you so you can again discuss this with the franchise attorney. Uh, my success probability assessment after we talk on the phone. Oh, did I mention? Yeah, you get a half hour with me personally to go over everything that I provided in writing, the entire evaluation and analysis. Plus, if there's time, you can ask me about how to do the research, if you're doing the research the right way, how to find a franchise attorney, franchise loan questions, whatever you have, whatever we can squeeze in that half hour. I am yours. Anyway, after our talk, I will give you my assessment of how I think you would do as a franchisee based on everything that I gave you in writing and getting to know you a little bit. It's your kind of your probability. Now, it's an opinion, of course. There is no guarantee that you will be successful with any franchise you buy.
