I was worried that my job will be replaced by AI. And I see an evolution in my role and my skill sets. — For me, the most uncertain part is always the initial steps, figuring out what's the first step. But I choose to stay curious. Learning doesn't just stop here. You have to actually move forward with the right mindset. With every opportunity that is given, I became far more agile and adaptable than I was before. Coming from a non-technical marketing background that would be the most uncertainty that I ever had after going through the journey in DBS here. I've learned that through the support from my leaders, my team and continuous learning, difficult challenges can be solved.
