In this video, I'm going to show you the new cold email strategy that is completely dominated in 2026. And no, I'm not about to just tell you some theoretical strategy that seems cool, but doesn't work. I've used this exact strategy to consistently hit 5% or higher reply rates across multiple campaigns. Not only that, this strategy has brought us the highest quality of leads and the most revenue. So, by the time you're done watching this, you'll have the complete blueprint to set this up for yourself so you can start getting more positive replies and more meetings and booked today. Okay, so what is this new strategy? What I call it is I call it the boomerang method. And the name actually kind of explains exactly how it works. You throw real value at a prospect, real specific useful value to them, and then it comes back as a positive reply or a book call for you. Here's the problem that I'm seeing right now with how most people are doing cold email. You know, they build this list of 50,000 random contacts, blast them with the same generic pitch, and wonder why literally no one is replying. And when they do get replies, it's usually not interested, remove me, screw off. And we're seeing reply rates drop because the game has changed. Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, they've all rolled out like AI-powered spam filters, and those filters are specifically looking for mass campaign patterns. Low engagement on your campaigns, same messages sent to thousands of people. And if that is your approach, you are going to get filtered into spam, period. So, what actually works now? Well, the boomerang method is essentially three things. One, a hyper-specific list. Two, an email that leads with real ideas for that specific person. And three, a value offer that they have to get on a call to receive that is a no-brainer for them. Let me break these down real quick. First is the list. Instead of casting a super wide net, we want to pick a micro niche. Not like just small businesses in my area, not like anyone who may need marketing help. I'm talking about like dentists or HVAC companies or plumbers in a specific city. Being more particular and more specific with your list so you can be more relevant. Second part is going to be the email itself. Instead of a pitch, you're opening up with three ideas on how they can get the desired outcome that you can help them get to. They're specific ideas tailored to their business, and it's not like generic stuff, okay? It's based off of their actual enriched data from their business using AI, which I'm going to show you guys later on. And when someone reads that email because it's going to actually be valuable for them, they're going to think, "Wow, this person actually knows my business. " And that's going to create trust and be more relevant for that person and increase your likelihood of getting a reply. And the third part is going to be the offer. You're not going to ask for a call up front. You're going to offer to create something valuable for free. This could be like sending some ads to them. This could be creating some ads for cold email sequence if you're doing that. Could be an automation if you're doing AI automation. And then what you need to do is you need to obviously hop on a quick 15-minute call for you to deliver a property. And that call is essentially like your sales call. So, the whole thing looks like this. Ideas land in their inbox. They say yes. You book the call. You show up and deliver the value. You uncover their real problems. And then you close. And why it works is because you're not pitching anything. You're literally consulting and you already got a yes before you ever even needed to pick up the phone. Look, I've seen this pull 10% reply rates and more importantly, a huge percentage of those replies actually convert to booked calls because the person already said yes to something because trust is established and value is there. So, I've shown you the strategy and I'm going to show you step-by-step how you can set this up inside of your business. So, first things first, I'm going to go to instantly. ai. ahead and log in. Then what I'm going to do is I'm going to start building my list. So, in this case, what I'm going to do is I'm going to go to Instantly Supersearch. I'm going to go job titles. I'm just going to do CEO. So, remember guys, I want to pick like a pretty niche-ish list. So, I'm just going to type in like I just want to talk to founders, so I'm going to be a little bit specific with this. Co-founder, why not? And as you can see, this is a database of hundreds of millions of contacts. As you can see through the volume just from this, which is pretty awesome. But I don't obviously want to send to a million contacts with the same message. We want to be specific. So, I'm going to go down to location, and I'm just going to put California. I'm going to go down to industry and keywords. I like to use keywords just because it kind of pulls from the name and stuff, and it's sometimes a little bit more reliable than using like the filter. So, I just like to put like plumbing, HVAC, plumber, heating and air. And this pulled a list of just under 5,000, which is still pretty large, but I'm going to roll with it because it's basically plumbing and HVAC companies in California. I could be a little bit more specific if I needed to, but for this use case, I don't really think I need to. What we have right here is literally a list of all of the potential leads that we could reach out to. So, what I'm going to do now is I'm going to click on find emails, and I'm going to go ahead and click on continue, and I'm going to click on enrich the leads. And for this case, for the sake of the video, I'm just going to enrich 25 of them. But what we're actually doing is we're enriching the leads, meaning that we are verifying the emails. So, last thing I want to do is, you know, pull this awesome list, send a bunch of emails, and then just get a bunch of bounce backs because the company doesn't exist. I don't want that to happen, okay? The enrichment will verify the emails. So, as you can see, they're in the process of being verified right now. And with the full enrichment process, it's also going to pull their LinkedIn, the headline, the contact summary, the job level, the industry, the sub-industry, how many employees they

have, how many connections that person has, etc., etc. So, from a list perspective, this is a really solid list for me because I was able to use the supersearch to dwindle it down to who I wanted to reach out to and get a really solid pool of people that I can begin emailing. Now, what we need to do is we need to figure out the email itself. How we're going to come up with a bunch of ideas for all of these different companies? That's going to take us forever. I'm going to be sitting here and I need to make it feel personal, one-to-one. Well, we can do that with AI now. What we can do now is we can click on add a column, or use AI. And what we'll be able to do with this column is use this column in our reach outs, in our email campaigns, which I'm going to show you later on. So, all we need to do is paste a prompt here that will look at their website, look at the company description, and write three ideas based off of that. For the sake of time, I have already written this. I'm going to go ahead and copy this. You guys can take a screenshot of this, but let me explain how this works. Okay, I'm just going to put my offer, "New leads using Facebook ads and social media marketing. " So, this is just me explaining what I do. Now, I'm going to prompt it. "Create three concise and short marketing ideas for business growth, 20 words max total, but tailored to the provided company website. Provided company, use direct simple seventh-grade language, do not use any location mentioned in input, identify key roles or customer segments to target, highlight unique benefits, and craft actionable strategies that do not get into specific, ensure the tone is professional, conversationally aligned, and aligned with the company's mission and offerings. Do not use any bolded letters. " So, here's an example. "We work with target audience and had a few ideas on how you could start to outcome associated with financial gain. " So, we're basically saying, "Get more leads and keep your pipeline full. " Whatever. "Step that adds value and speaks language of my customer so you can pull out the desired outcome. " "End with if you are trying any of these or thinking about trying any of them, we created a unique mechanism that helps target customer achieve financially desired outcome. " Which is going to be the plumbers. Cuz again, I'm saying I'm a plumber, I work with plumbers. "Provide actionable insights or suggestions related to the recipient's challenge or goals. " This format positions the sender as a helpful authority while giving the recipient immediate value, creating curiosity and desire for more details. Use words like the offer, offering, highlighting, showcasing, suggest problem, proposing right ideas where we can say that we can offer the ideal target audience. Write each idea 100. Okay, perfect. Variables to scan, company description, company website. Perfect. Prompt is written. We want a new output column. I'm going to use Anthropic here, and I'm going to generate a test output. Let's just see what comes up. "We work with homeowners and had a few leads ideas on how you could attract more qualified leads and boost your revenue. Offer virtual home assessments through Facebook ads so you can reach people needing immediate plumbing help. Showcase before and after remodeling photos on social media so you can stand out from competing contractors. Highlight your military background and ethics in targeted ads so you can connect with value-based customers. So, now what you can do is you can like click through a lot of these depending on the size of your list. Just make sure that they're legit. Let me just rename this to three ideas. Now, all we're missing is the offer. So, what I'm going to now do is I'm going to go ahead and go to campaigns. I'm going to create a new campaign that's going to be plumbing three ideas California. I'm going to go back to my lead list. I'm going to pull these here. I'm going to do actions. I'm going to move to my campaign of plumbing three ideas California. And cool, three ideas are [snorts] there. I'm going to go back to my campaigns, plumbing three ideas. We can see that the leads are added. Okay, we can also see that three ideas are in there as well. So, now if I go to sequences, I can find the variables, and I can find three ideas. Ba da boom. And if I click on preview, look at that. And I can test it for multiple different leads. I can verify. Looks legit. So, now all I need to do is just write the subject line here and then write an opener. "Because we work with plumbing and beautiful. " So, now what are we missing? Well, the offer. "So, I've created over 500 plus ads and generated more than $10 million for companies like yours, and we'd love to create three specific ones for your business at no charge. " It's an okay offer. So, basically on the offer, what we want to do is you want to make it stupid for them to not say yes. How do we yes? Well, usually it's like think of what you do for customers and then think of a piece of it and then offer that for value. So, like in this case, if I'm doing lead gen, and basically I could offer them to create three ads for their business. That could be relevant. If I'm doing SEO, maybe I could optimize their Google My Business profile for free. If I'm doing AI automation, maybe I could automate the sales something inside of their business completely for free. So, we want to like look at our business as like a pie, and what is a piece of the pie that you could do for free that, if you do, it's high impact, but also kind of reveals, "Okay, this is just a piece of the puzzle. We actually need the whole pie in order for this to actually work in for you to get results. " Let's go ahead and preview this. I think the things that you could also test as you're playing with this is like, remove this, and then just have that, and then also testing out the offer. Like, those are the variables that I would test, but for the most part, that's the strategy.
