it changed the way I look at everything and change world nothing is about you anymore you're not first my anticipation for coming back to work was just like pure anxiety because I had no idea how I could manage to be the mom that I wanted to be and be the employee that I knew I was before I had a baby I cried the moment I shut the door - the moment I got to my desk I knew that when I had to walk out the door it was going to be one of the hardest things I had ever done it's really hard it's super hard I thought it was hard with one oh my god with two it changes really changes everything

we have an average of 40 moms who return from maternity leave every year to this agency we saw a real opportunity when it came to our mothers rooms they were dark not very welcoming and they lacked plumbing we want moms to bring their whole selves to work and feel comfortable throughout the day and honestly saw an opportunity for a retail design group to build something much better so many companies basically retrofit mothers rooms into their existing environment it's often an afterthought they find a closet or an empty space that they can put a chair and a refrigerator in so this was an opportunity for us to start from scratch there are not a lot of best-in-class mothers rooms out there and we wanted to build one on my first pumping session I came down here and saw this gorgeous space I actually took pictures of it and sent them to my mom there's no wait there's always a room for me to go to it's just designed for working moms it's designed to get things done so you have like a nice desk you have a place to put your pump like everything is thoughtful also I love the sinks that I can clean all my equipment I'm so grateful that we have this ginormous fridge here so I'm not cramming something and someone else is throwing lunch or throwing booze into them into the mini-fridge next to my milk the lockers are great too because then I don't have to carry my bag around with me safe place my mom you know from her generation she's like wow this is incredible how supportive you know Leo Burnett is of your journey it's wonderful to feel

valued we can be here and be present but still fulfill our roles as mom's definitely will encourage me to keep pumping for as long as I can women's bodies are amazing that we can even produce this to keep these little humans alive and it's really special than the fact that this agency has embraced that is really cool
