We started upcycling furniture in 2020 — we've now made over $1M flipping entire homes

One of the hardest design challenges I had with this room was the fact that there was so many windows. So, we did a full wall-to-wall custom wavy headboard and did a ton of curtains to kind of distract from the fact that there is a window behind this bed. Our biggest expense to date is on-suite bathroom. Believe it or not, there was nothing here before. It was just kind of a weird add-on to our bedroom. So, we ended up building this entire bathroom from scratch. We were able to fit a beautiful double sink vanity. We spent so long designing this room because I wanted it to feel historic, but also have all of today's modern amenities. Going up to the third level, which is our attic space. We immediately saw the potential on the listing photos. It was not finished at all when we bought it. And we've definitely turned it into a multi-purpose room. — This chimney here was one of our favorite old house surprises. It was covered in plaster. We had no idea what was underneath, but we decided to start chiseling away and we're just obsessed with how beautiful this looks and compliments the wood floors. — We have over half an acre of land, which is a lot to us. We're actually are hoping to one day build our own pickleball court in a portion of this.
