When most people think about core training, they mostly think about their abs, and that trains the front of your core. But an easy win if you want a strong core is to also train your sides and back. Leg raises are a great place to start by training the front. And you can always bend your knees to make the movement easier. You may have to slow down a bit so you're not swinging like I was.
