Segment 1 (00:00 - 05:00)

Hey everybody, welcome. And first of all, congratulations to those of you who've put any effort here in our 14-day video challenge. And of course, this is short form video. And this is not easy. So, I want to commend you for the work that you've done. If you created even one video in the comment section, if you're here watching this, type I did it because this is a huge thing. And I know it's short form video. I know they're very um you know, easier to create than sort of long form videos, podcasts. I mean, there's a lot of big things we can do, right? But a lot of the big things that we accomplish start with these small things. And many of you have already seen some results. And sometimes those results come in views and subscribers. confidence and excitement. Sometimes those views come in uh productivity and optimization of the work that maybe you were once scared to do. So I want to say thank you and let's shout out some people. We got uh Dr. Laneta. Excited to be here. Awesome. Thank you so much. We got Frugal Family Home said, "I did it. " That is amazing. Daily RIPS, TCG. Excellent. Amazing. Mr. Jesse. Awesome. And I'm excited because today we're going to be talking about some strategies and how short form video fits into a much larger picture. We'll get into that in just a moment. And we also have some fun things to share. And I even have a fun first time ever offer for you more toward the end of this. And I don't want to just surprise you with that, but it's a huge opportunity. I'm so excited because we have a lot of noise and excitement happening inside of our SPI community and there's a lot of people who are curious about what's inside there and something new that we just injected on top of it that hopefully will change a lot of people's trajectories here with what they are doing. So anyway, first of all, I just want to say congratulations once again. You did it. You got out of your own way. And really this was the whole purpose of this 14-day challenge, right? I hope that you continue to push forward and push through. We did a 30 uh day video challenge a couple months ago, and some of you continued on with that and have started to see extreme growth. And I mean, I've even had a few people say this is life-changing for them, which is awesome. Now, everybody's timeline is different. So, it can be difficult to play this game a little bit because we see other people doing well and we go, why not me? And all you need to do is keep going, keep getting out of your own way. And that's the biggest lesson here. And if you could accomplish this, there are so many other things you could accomplish as well on your journey here in the online business space. Of course, online business has changed quite a bit. If you don't know who I am, my name is Pat Flynn. I'm over at SPI. And the way that I started my business was by blogging and keyword research and search engine optimization. And quite honestly, a lot of stuff that was very just like follow the process and uh kind of go by the book and you'll see results. Times have changed of course since then. Let me know in the comments section when you started. What was the year that you kind of started dabbling online and trying to build something? For me, it was 2008. And back then, again, blogging, keyword research, um, metadata on all those things. And some of those things still are relevant, especially if you're building websites and stuff. But really, social media has become the new search engine optimization. And within that, short form video is a great way to get in front of people, to be discovered, to potentially go viral. Any one of your videos could do something amazing, right? So that's really the point of this is to get out of your own way and find some success in one way or another. But let's talk about some of these lessons that many people maybe yourself included. And as I go through these, these are coming actually from many of you. As I go through these, I want you to tell me if you resonate or you found that you learned these lessons as well. Yes, the internet in 2008 was absolutely the wild west for sure. Uh, okay. First lesson, acoustically toned. Congratulations, by the way. Day 14 done. Going to keep this going, which is awesome. Building a system that uh makes it way easier to be consistent. That is my biggest takeaway. Yes. This is the biggest thing that I've learned since creating should I open it or should I keep it sealed? You know the song, right? — Should I open it or should I keep it sealed? — That's the one, right? Um, once I landed on that framework, that structure, it just made creating the videos that much easier. And not only that, on the audience's side, they are able to have an expectation and understanding of what's coming, right? We don't know exactly, for example, what packs I'm opening or what I'm going to get out of those packs, but you have an idea of what the videos are like, and you're looking forward to the next one. And then over time, you have this library that you can pull from. In fact, during the 14-day challenge here, I actually went back into my library and created a compilation video of some of my best hits from the 635 days that I've gone daily with these short form videos. And as you create more, you get more data, you get more assets that you can then create and build compilations out of. It's perfect. So, I'm so glad that you're going daily. In fact, let's take a look at acoustically tones. Um, whoa, was that double me there for a second? That was double me for a second. Anyway, let's look at acoustic acoustically toned. He's got just over 1,000 subscribers, past 1,000 subscribers during this challenge, which is really amazing. Um

Segment 2 (05:00 - 10:00)

let's go down and check out some of these videos. Of course, he's got some Pokémon stuff. I like this one even though it's not a Pokemon per se channel. He's playing guitar. Let's actually listen to some of this a little bit. Nice. So, every day he's coming in here playing guitar. That is awesome. This Pokemon one is cool because he had a special guest as the voice was his wife, which is really awesome. Anyway, we're not going to watch all of these, but that is awesome. And I'm going to take myself off the corner here. Right, I should be off the corner. Okay, there we go. Um, the fact that you're keeping going is amazing. Keep it up. And I love that you can just do what you love. And it looks like you're starting to get some views. You're getting thousands of views per video. And it just takes one. We're going to see an example later of somebody who had been going through a daily challenge and then one of those videos blew up. We're going to look at it and analyze it a little bit, which is awesome. Um, let's keep going. Next lesson learned. Day 14 done. Famous Ashley Grant. Biggest realization is it's not as hard as I thought it would be as long as I go in with a plan and batch all my videos. Batching your videos is a great thing to unlock once you nail that system, right? You get that uh rhythm going every single day. And you can record multiple. Now, this isn't always possible with every single I need to remove this one from there's a little pat in the corner. Um it's not always possible with all channels, right? If you have a news channel, if you have like a sports related channel and you're updating people on the scores and stuff, you can always go daily and batch and get ahead. But for those of you who can, this is a big strategy to keep up with the daily and keep consistent over time because trust me, and I can just speak from experience here, I don't want to create videos every single day. I want to publish videos every day and even schedule them every single day, but I don't want to have to create them every day. Sometimes I'm on travel, sometimes I'm sick, sometimes I'm just not feeling it. So, if you can get ahead on this, maybe when you have a burst of energy or an extra bit of time, you can actually create two, three, maybe even four videos at a time. What's cool about that is you'll actually get ahead even faster because you have that momentum. You're in that flow state. You are in that phase where you're kind of just in the moment doing it and able to crush them a little bit faster than if you were to kind of space them out, right? So, I really love that lesson there and thank you for sharing that. Here is another one from marketing metpit. Yes, everyone. Congrats. So proud of you all. I'm so happy. Thank you Pat Flynn for organizing these challenges. It's not just me. It's the entire team here and the community behind it. And as you can tell, the fact that we're doing all this together, that is such an important part of this and why I think some of you did it when you wouldn't normally. I love challenging myself this way as a marketer. It resulted in a promising concept that is growing and I've gotten a lot of responses and messages in daily life. And that's the cool thing. These short form videos can lead to direct messages and direct connections, right? It's not like every video is going to be seen by everybody, but there's going to be a few videos that really resonate with some people along the way. And that's where you can reach out to those people who left that heartfelt comment and you can interact with them and get to know them a little bit more. That's where you can take people from casual audience to active audience. I'm going to run you through the super fan system in just a moment to show you how this all fits in. But this is such an amazing thing and why the strategy works so well because it gives you almost like I don't know you're casting like a wide net and through that you can find the people who comment who engage who reach out to you who might be warmer in your audience that you can reach out to and serve from there which is really great. uh a brighter future counseling says I batched during the 30 days which helped and although it was aligned with what I do I wasn't grabbing attention this time posted each day and found it to be a bit of a more creative process and I love this thank you for sharing that you know batching is great on one hand because you were able to get ahead but for some people it just might feel a little bit more disconnected to who their audience is and kind of what they're doing so you kind of have to find your own rhythm as you go and this is why again short form video is great because every day is an experiment and you're able to kind of find yourself along the way, which is great. Uh, Dex by Dan says, "I'm quite literally away from getting to 50 finally and can live stream. " That's awesome. Live streaming is going to be Should I share this now? — I'm going to spill the beans. — We'll be doing some live streaming challenges in the near future, too. We love to do these kinds of things, especially in the community where we can support one another and go a little bit deeper and connect and office hours and all that kind of stuff. Um, live streaming will be next because that's been a big part and I think going to be a big part of all of our futures. As AI and as things that are more produced and manufactured and fake and non-human come into play, the live streaming aspect is going to come in. And this is where building your short form video audience can come into play because then those who come live and watch you are much warmer and they're able to interact with you and you're able to bond and build a relationship with them which could lead to more things down the road which is really great. I love this from Buenos Diaz as well. I'm getting faster at editing to help batch content, but it's been so fun. And I hope that you're

Segment 3 (10:00 - 15:00)

having fun with this, right? This is the whole point of this is to get out of your own way, but find some fun in the process cuz when you find the fun and you're having fun, it's more fun for your audience to watch. Let's go to a few more lessons here. Solstice bricks reels. We're talking Lego here. Day 14 done. Congrats to all. I think the biggest thing I've learned is to reply to comments at the beginning of the challenge. Uh, in the beginning I would only heart comments, but now I'm replying and it's so good to reply to people who are always commenting on my videos. Love this challenge. Definitely going to put more uh post more. I'm not sure I can post daily, but it was good to get my content that I wanted to post out. Congratulations. That is amazing. And I love that idea of again fostering that community there, bringing people in and actually replying to them, seeing who is showing up every day. I've seen some of you show up every day and that's one of the coolest things. And that's where you start to get a hint of who might be activating in your audience, who could become a part of a community, who could become ultimately a super fan. Let's actually go into Solstice Brick's channel here really quick and check it out. Solstice Bricks Reels, 2,860 followers, almost at 3,000 and you have 60 posts. That's not too many all things considered. So, you're doing really, really great here. And there's a few that I want to point out here. Let's look at this one that actually blew up recently and analyze it a little bit. I need to turn the sound. — Queen B is one of the most chaotic bosses in Terraria. Queen B is a boss found. — Did you see that? The very first frames. Watch this. — Queen B is one of the most chaotic boss. — Very visual. That is a huge part of this. And I think why this one in particular did very well. So this and everybody else should learn from this. Having something moving, something visual. We are visual per uh you know, human beings. Have something visual. This is where even if you're talking in the car, I've seen a lot of you doing the talking in the car thing cuz it's easy. You're in the car, you're on your lunch break. whatever it might be. Add something moving in the beginning. And all you have to do that is move your camera like this and go like that. That's that. We know this works because Jefferson Fischer, one of the more prominent uh creators, he's a lawyer, but he talks about communication and his hooks are really good. But he starts like at the roof of his car and he looks at his face. It's not fancy. It's not the best lighting. He's in his car and he says, "Here's what to say when somebody's being mean to you. " One second, you're in. You got some visual. It stops you in your place. I really love that here in this particular channel. Let's watch it one more time. — Queen Bee is one of the most chaotic bosses in Terraria. Queen Bee is a boss found deep in the jungle biome. That drops you. — I love that. And Terraria is a pretty awesome game, by the way. Let's check out this one. — Skeleton's been skipping arm day, so I need to make his arms a lot bigger. — Pretty funny, too. Uh let's look at Batman. Here are a few of my coolest custom Lego Batman minifigures. This is my pirate back — visual. I love the blue background. I don't know how you got that, but that is really cool. That is really, really cool. I love that. Congratulations. And I love that lesson as well. Let's keep going with a few more. Um, I learned it doesn't have to be perfect. This is huge. Who here while doing this challenge realized that it doesn't have to be perfect? You finally have to just like send it, right? I learned it doesn't have to be perfect and keep trying new things. You keep getting better each day. booked and magical. Yes, absolutely. This is a absolute huge lesson and I want to point out on your channel as well. So, you do Disney stuff, Disney travel agent, right? So, you just need a few people to come and make connections with to book uh travel through you. So, no, you don't need millions of subscribers or millions of followers. You just need the right clients, right? So, let's go in here. You're showing a lot of visuals. You're talking to camera. You're showing some stuff. Scrolling down. All of a sudden, boom, 27,500 views on this one, while all the other ones get just a few hundred. Now, let's look at this one and see if we can analyze it a little bit. First of all, I'm already my interest has already peaked and Instagram users messaging me. Um, let's look at this visual right there, right? Just a short video. But let me make this. The text in the beginning is everything here in this particular situation. Here's what worked, right? Peak spring crowds still on Tron 30 minutes. Here's what worked. And that is awesome, right? And you have some information here. This is super helpful. This tells me if I'm like curious about maybe booking my uh Disney vacation. Of course, I want it to be the best. That's what's important to me. I want it I don't want to wait in lines, right? Think of all the objections that your target audience has. And in this case, it's like I don't want large crowds. I want to get onto the rides early. I want information that maybe I didn't know, insider information, those kinds of things. So, positioning it like this, something visual on a new ride and then saying, "Here's how to uh avoid the lines or how to get it, you know, within 30 minutes or whatever it might be. " So

Segment 4 (15:00 - 20:00)

great job. That's why that one blew up. Try more things like that. This is another lesson that as you go, you'll be able to find that some things work, some things don't. A lot of you even sharing that um you know, hey, my views are all over the place, and they usually will be, right? I love this one, too. Never thought I could go this long. The undiscovered voice. Well, congratulations. This is so cool. I just love seeing the small wins and some big ones here, too. Instagram loves roller coaster cont. This is true, David. This is true. More roller coaster content. Which leads me to my point here, right? Which is like when you find something that works, if you're noticing that Instagram is liking the roller coaster content, what should you do? Post more of it, right? Post another version of that. Go deeper with the ones that worked and try something around that same ballpark, right? I love this from Navy uh Navy Cop as well. Uh, it was a nightmare to push record on this first video. Second was easier, but fighting my need for things to be better right away. Slowly but surely figuring it out. You will get it. Focuses on veterans. I love that. And thank you for your service, Navy Cop, by the way. And to anybody here who's um related to or friends with or in the military, thank you for your service and what you do. Seriously. Uh, a couple more lessons here. This is so fun. I love this. I learned that I don't have to boil the ocean in one video. Just answer one question and show. Don't tell. Cool exercise. Great job, everyone. Bet Vargas, this is one of the biggest things we could take away from this is that take it one small little crumb at a time. One question. Answer that. The next video can be the next question. You don't need to boil the ocean all in one video. Let me get an amen in the chat if you really resonate with this one because I think a lot of us try to do and fit it all in. We find this to be an issue with people on long form video with thumbnails, right? And even intros. It's like you're you're doing too much. You're putting the whole story in the thumbnail. just intrigue me a little bit. Put a little bit in there, right? Hooks, of course, are very important here, too. But I think this is really important. You can just narrow it down. It could just be about one thing and you can make the next video about the next thing and thing. If you have a multi-step process, cool. Take people through a series. Hey, for the next entire week, I'm going to give you my sevenstep process. Today we're talking about this letter that fits into this sevenletter word and subscribe because tomorrow we're going to talk about the next one. And that is a great thing, right? Putting a miniseries, I didn't have anybody talk about this yet, but we're still early on, but I'm going to share from my own experience here. Putting a miniseries inside of your uh daily videos is great. A lot of you might know that I have a daily pack opening video for Pokemon, but every Sunday I open a particular pack from a particular set trying to find one card. And I'm on pack, I don't know, 406 now at that at this point. Um, but it's been great because people know every Sunday this one pack that is kind of familiar and there's like a larger goal. There's a kind of mini arc happening within the arc of all the videos and that is really cool. So, you can bounce around, you can experiment, you can play. This is different than long form video where you don't really have Yes, you have room to play but not quite as m as much. Um, you could try something. You can experiment. We didn't even talk about trial reels and things like that yet because again, we want to narrow it down. This is why we shared Instagram and YouTube to start. And for those of you who are coming in the SPI community, maybe you'll join the super fan system today. We'll see. Again, I have an offer for you at the end of this. Um, we want to take those next steps with you where you're now publishing on Facebook, publishing on Tik Tok, and um, you know, bringing people into your email list, all these kinds of things. Let's keep going here. I learned that good enough is better than perfect. Yes, another very similar one because we all know that perfect never happens. Thank you again for that reminder. doubly reminder. And then uh Melanie Diane says, "Loved this push. It's exactly what I needed. I went for variety instead of a series in this challenge because I wanted to experiment. " And that's exactly what you should be doing if you're not exactly sure what your structure is yet. Biggest takeaway. This isn't as hard as I thought it would be. Ready for what's next? I love it. And I'm ready for what's next, too. And hopefully you're ready for what's next because what's next is we're going to talk about this book right here, Super Fans. I wrote I published this in 2019 and this was ahead of its time because community wasn't as important back then. Um, and I wrote it knowing that the people part of all this is going to be the most important thing. Even as digital content creators, getting your community, finding ways to understand how to create super fans, who your super fans are is going to be really key. So, if you don't mind, I'm going to walk you through the super fans process and share with you some of the things that you can look forward to and how short form video, what you're doing here, sort of fits into this entire process. So, let's talk about it. This is the super fan system, right? After you build a foundation of who it is that you're serving, the kind of person that you want to invite into your ecosystem, you build your casual audience, right? These are the people who just find you for the first time. They don't even really know who you are. They've stumbled across your videos. They found you on a random, you know, link that somebody else posted. They just happen to stumble upon your stuff. And this is where most of our audience lies. But it's our goal to then put them into an active audience. These are followers, subscribers, people who will now listen

Segment 5 (20:00 - 25:00)

or or who are expecting our next videos, right? They're not quite fans or even customers or super fans yet, but they're in our ecosystem now. And that's really important. This is where they feel a connection to you a little bit. They're starting to get to know you. And this is where a lot of people stop when it comes to building brands and creating uh a personal brand online. But it's actually where things begin because from here we can bring them up into our connected community. And this is where people start to feel a connection to the brand. They um start to expect it in their daily life in a way. They talk about it with other people unprompted. Um if you are late on a video, they're going to wonder what happened, right? And they're going to find each other too. I know a lot of people who have found each other because they are fans of should I open it or should I keep it sealed? Things like that, right? And then of course from here some people grow up into the super fans arena. And the super fans thing is really cool because although it's the smallest part of this pyramid, it is the most powerful because your super fans are going to be the ones if you sell stuff for example, they're going to buy the thing as soon as it comes out. They're not even going to read the sales page or care what it's about. Uh if you have trolls in your audience, people who talk smack, right? They're going to show up and defend you before you even know those things exist. They become a shield for you. They become your marketing team. They become people who will also, and this is a big one, they're going to be brutally honest with you. They're going to tell you what's up. They're also going to guide you on where you should go next because you are creating for them. But here's the most powerful thing. A lot of you might recognize what this is, but more in an upside down fashion, right? This is traffic. Some of that traffic turns into subscribers. Some of those subscribers turn into people who visit a sales page. And some of those people become customers. Right? What is this? Anybody know what this is? You pour in from the top, stuff comes out the bottom. This is a funnel of course but the problem with building a funnel I think funnels are important they're great you can automate them especially in sales and marketing but it removes the experience the human experience the touch points that make things special especially today in this AI really driven world it is those personalized moments it is those experiences that help people become super fans this is not going to help a person become super fans it might help them become a customer which is great right a lot of people here know exactly what we're talking Oh, salesunnel. Absolutely. Exactly. Card goblin. Perfect. You all know this. But we what we want to do here is we want to go back to this and we want people to climb. And this is going against gravity, right? So, we have to help a little bit. We have to work to do this. But the beauty of this is when you get these super fans, even if it's a small group of people, boom, they are going to recommend your brand for you. and they're going to recommend people who are going to come in already active because that recommendation is coming from a friend, right? That's it. This is the power of it. And super fans, they're not created the moment people see you for the first time, which again, shorts, people finding you for the first time. Great. Super fans are created by the moments you create for them over time. So, let's dive into this. Let's talk about what happens at each of these levels really quick. This is again where you're at. Short form videos, social media, this is the primary platform in this stage, right? People finding you and we need to activate them. But what's really cool is each of these levels have monetization opportunities that are available to you right now, right? On platform ad revenue, ad revenue with YouTube and Tik Tok and Instagram reels, affiliate marketing, recommending other people's products and earning a little bit of a commission because you're recommending something, because you're reviewing something. These things are really important. Brand deals and sponsorships. This is actually a new course that we're working on for the SPI community that's going to be inserted very soon. So, look out for that soon. But these are monetization opportunities that are already here. Yes, chat will be on replay for sure. Um, but that's not again where it ends. This is where it starts as we move people up this pyramid from active audience. remember their subscribers, followers, and now we want them to feel like they belong, like they are connected. This is where you can utilize these platforms. Email marketing, probably the biggest opportunity for most of you who've already started to build even a small following. A 100 people on an email list is one of the most powerful things you could start within your brand. Podcasting to go deeper into those relationships. Long form video to go deeper and uh you know utilize that algorithm on YouTube, right? These are the primary platforms that come at this level. But there are monetization strategies at this level as well, right? There's online courses, services, and consulting. There's software. A lot of people in MySpace have moved over to software and built software, which is cool. Merchandise, right? People who don't know you don't care about your t-shirt because they don't care about the brand, but at this point, they do. This is where you could sell t-shirts, hats, mugs, your own special journal, whatever it might be that's branded to

Segment 6 (25:00 - 30:00)

you and what it is that those goals are that you are helping people accomplish. Now, we're not done yet because we want people in the connected community to become super fans. And here are some great ways to do that. Because at this point, the primary platforms are, yes, community platforms. There is like Circle, which is where we host SPI. There is Facebook. There's LinkedIn. There's all kinds of places to build communities, right? Discord, but live events and live streaming. Amazing. Virtual events and webinars. This is where you now have what's the big common factor here. Just like what we're doing right now, we are connecting live. Just ask Pam. I'm able to ask uh and answer your questions right in real time. Um the funnel is about putting everyone in hoping they stick around. The building the is building relationships. The other one. Yes. Email. Let's go. Liz is here. Our new community director. Liz is awesome. By the way, shout out to Liz. Uh already since Liz has come into the SBI community, there's been a lot more activity and a lot more impact than we've had before. So great. Uh, and yes, Mindy here, who is our amazing tech person on our team. Did you catch that? We have a brand new brand deals and sponsorships of course coming into the SPI community very soon. April Roa here says, "I find so much benefit from DMing someone with a personal video when they comment on my videos. " Yes, this is the cool thing about Instagram. You can actually reply to somebody with a video or audio. I love doing audio because I can do that like while I'm, you know, doing other things and I don't have to worry about what I look like or anything like that. But let's go because let's talk about the monetization opportunities here. We have the ability to get memberships, right? Recurring revenue from memberships, people paying quarterly, monthly, annually, whatever it might be. Ticket sales for events both virtual and in person. A lot of people do summits and sell tickets to that. Super chats and Patreon. Patreon is a platform that allows people to almost kind of like if you know like the PBS model, it's like, hey, paid for by viewers like you. It's just fans who want to support, right? That doesn't happen at the beginner level or at the audience casual audience level. That happens when people feel connection to the brand because they want to support the brand. They want to see it succeed. They want to give more resources to get back more as the brand continues to grow. Right? So I absolutely love that. And the cool thing is that again when you build those super fans, they'll bring in people who are already a part of the community, who are already active. So this is what it means to go through the super fan system and this is what we teach now. In fact, we've had the SPI community for now four or five years, six years I think now. And we've just recently done something amazing. We've done something uh that we've never done before. We've now overlaid the super fan system into the SPI community. Whereas before it was like, yes, community is great and here's a library. Go find the places that you want to go and find the things that you need. We now have this system. We now have a pathway and we place you on that pathway to help you discover where you should go, what courses make sense for you, right? You don't have to pay extra for the courses. They're all baked in, plus the workshops and the office hours and access to each other. So, I'm going to show you this right now because this is huge news. This is the first time that this has ever happened. And this just launched internally for our community recently. And so, I want to show you what this now looks like. It's super cool when we come in here, right? This is the SPI community but with the superfan system overlaid on top of it. I give you an overview. We kind of go through the same things I just shared with you. It's based on this book of course, bestselling book. And then you take your quiz. If you haven't done this yet and you're a part of the SBI community, you're behind. Take the quiz cuz we will place you onto the right level. Now, it doesn't mean that you're on that level forever. It just means that's kind of how far you've gotten so far. But think about it. A lot of people who are building super fans and they already have a community, they still want to grow their brand. So they still need some level one stuff, but we just want to see and have you placed where you belong so that you understand how far you've gotten. But all the stuff that is before, all those monetization opportunities, all those courses for level one, level two are still there for you, right? You might want to go back to the short form formula or finish that if you started with us in this challenge, right? And then move on to the email course, for example, and go from there. But this is really cool because it finally we finally have an opportunity to kind of guide you here in a way that uh the super uh super fan system has allowed which is really cool right so you take this it's takes a couple minutes David great job on this and also shout out to David by the way we love David who uh designed this and made it really awesome but of course we have the conversation area where you can go and see everybody else who's chatting here all in one spot which is great there's conversations happening every single day a lot of people sharing who they are and what they're working on asking questions This is what is the differentiator between what used to work which is just courses and information. You go take it on your own because you can't get that information anywhere else. Here technically you could probably find out how to do all the things we teach in here. But guess what? You've always had that opportunity but you haven't had it put into a system with other people taking that system with you and the accountability that comes with it in the group. Right? This is community powered courses and this is

what we have here and we are so excited. A lot of you, I mean, many members of the SPI community are here and can vouch for what we've done here. It's the first time this has ever happened. This is awesome. We have Kit here who is an animator and a horror nerd who just came in a few hours ago to introduce herself, which is awesome. Um, May Yank who introduced himself. Look, 11 comments already from that podcast guest resources. Paula asking for a little bit of help and there's stuff happening all the time. Uh, let me go in here and show you the different levels though because this is where things really happen. Depending on the level you're at, we'll teach you a little bit about these levels and give you a resource that relates to it, right? Instead of giving you the entire library, we just kind of show you Smart from Scratch. This was a course that we gave away during COVID because we wanted to help out. 39,000 people have taken it to help them discover who is it that they're serving and how are they going to show up and best serve them? What's unique about themselves to show up and give and serve to the to this audience, right? Building any business that works online is about understanding who it is that you're serving and how you can best help them, right? So, start from scratch. go and take that if you don't know or have any idea who it is you're serving, how you're serving them, what your special superpowers are, Smart From Scratch is the course to take at the level zero foundational level, right? Because you need in order to build a uh the pyramid of fandom, you need a foundation to build it on. And then it's the casual level, right? Remember we mentioned things like affiliate marketing and short form video and we have our sponsorships and brand deals course coming soon. Well, these courses and resources are here. In fact, let's go to the short form formula. This is the effective way to join and all the courses are available up here on the top as well. Let's go to the courses. This is the entire library by the way. And I mean these courses were once sold individually for hundreds of dollars by the way. And they're all in here now which is kind of cool. Let's go back. Let's go to super fans level two active. This is where we have a lot of resources for sure. Strengthening relationships. How? By email marketing. by creating online courses, by learning how to start a podcast. You don't do all of these at the same time, by the way. You kind of, it is a choose your own adventure, but with a little bit of guidance, right? YouTube from scratch. Thousands of people have taken that to build their YouTube channels. Level three, this is where a lot of you are at who have already started businesses. It's time to start building your community, right? So, let how do we run webinars similar to what I'm doing right now. How do you build a community? We also have virtual in-person events and things like that coming soon to help you as well. So, a lot of things here. And of course, super fans is where we want to go. And we're going to have some resources to help you build those super fans and facilitate interactions with them because building super fans is not about you talking to them and them talking to you. It's them finding each other and your brand getting exposure through the experiences that you create for others. And not only was this the first time we've ever put the super fan system inside of the SPI community and it looks and it feels great, we've gotten a lot of feedback from people. We're always improving it even over time and we're going to add more resources in there. And what's be what's beautiful about this is as we add more resources, it's not going to overwhelm you because be like, okay, everybody do this next thing now. It's here's another resource for you when you are at this stage. And if you're at this stage, great, take it. If not, don't even worry about it. But it's there when you need it. And that's what we're trying to do here at SPI. We're trying to lead the forefront of entrepreneurial education and not just overwhelm you. We want to guide you, right? And the cool thing is I'm about to guide you into something we've never done before, which is a special offer that is only available through this Thursday because for the first time ever, you can get into the SPI community and get the superfan system for 50% off just until this Thursday. So if you go to smartpassiveincome. com/supfans2026, the team will pop it into the chat as well. smartpassiveincome. com/superfans2026. You'll be able to get in at 50% off for the lifetime of your membership. That is huge. That is a big opportunity. We've never done this before, but this is sort of our big announcement. It's our first time running this. It is going to be a small window of time to get in, but we hope that you can understand that what you're doing here with short form video is just a small part of a larger hole. We want you to build your mini niche empire, right? Not a huge empire. We're not asking you to become the next Mr. Beast or anything like that. No. And who wants that? I wouldn't want to I wouldn't want that. I actually don't want that myself. I want stability. I want something fun. I want access to help and resources when I need it in a system that knows where it's going. And this is again the big difference between what we once had and what we now have for you today. So get in if you can. Thank you so much. This is the big announcement. This is the first time Liz here, the team, Sandy, David. I mean this is huge. This is big news for us and you know we understand that this might not be um right for everybody at this time and that's okay. Uh but this is definitely for those of you who are like okay I I'm seeing something here. I'm seeing where this is going. Uh excited to offer this to you again at a price that we had never uh offered it to you before. And again if this is not for you that's okay. I still want you to succeed. I'd recommend doing all of the following things whether you take advantage of this or not. Again, if you

go to smartpassiveincome. com/supfans2026. So, here's what you need to do. Stay consistent, right? Consistency is really, really key. And in the beginning stages here, in the first couple weeks of your challenge, great. It's going to be a little easier. We found in the 30-day challenge that around day 21 to 25, we started to see a lot of people who were staying consistent starting to fall off, starting to find excuses. And you know what helped them stay on track? All of us sticking with it. and people seeing each other succeed and lifting each other up when we need help. I mean, that's really the biggest thing here because entrepreneurship and doing this kind of thing feels very lonely. It feels very vulnerable, especially when you share it with people who don't understand, right? They're like, "Why are you what are you doing? Like, go get a real job. Oh my gosh, I cannot tell you how many times I've heard that from people when I first started out who didn't I mean, they're not in my position. They weren't in my shoes. They didn't understand what I was going through and how I was feeling yet. They just saw I just got laid off and tried to do something online, trying to make it online and they were like just get a real job. It's more secure. Honestly, I got laid off for my secure job. This has become the most secure thing because it's secure in that I can choose where I want to go. And if I can go along with people who are helpful, who provide a space to be vulnerable, to learn from, um then it's just a matter of time, right? So, first of all, I just want to thank you all for participating in this challenge. This is huge. You've got gotten out of your own way and the SPI community will always be there, but this deal is going away on Thursday. com/supfans 2026, uh very proud of you all. And I think no matter what, just think back to those 14 days ago and how you started, how you felt, how nervous that feeling was, but then seeing everybody else getting nervous, too. Um hitting publish together and some of the wins that you've had, big and small. And if you finished, that is probably the biggest win. But you're not done yet. Like a commencement, like graduation coming up for some of your kids these days. This is just the beginning. So, thank you so much. Looking forward to seeing where you go from here. And I look forward to uh you know, having my team and I help you along the way. Smartpassiveincome. com/supfans 2026. Um, correct. Yes, the price is locked in so long as you continue your membership. Yes, for sure. So, this is definitely a great deal. Um, amazing. Cody, it's not a question about passive income, but I wanted to thank you for making content that my four-year-old son and I can enjoy together. We have my daughter coming in September. Any tips, Cody. Congratulations, and thank you for those kind words, and I'm happy to create family-friendly content. It was a hole that I saw was missing in the space, and I was happy to fill in that hole, which we talk about that in Smart From Scratch, how to determine what exists there and where you could kind of fit in and how you might serve an audience. I literally went through the same process. And that's what's cool about the deep pocket monster short pocket monster case study. It is a real case study of the things that I've taught here. And part of the reason and motivation for doing it was to show you that this stuff still works. Um but yeah, a new daughter. First of all, congratulations. Um my daughter is completely different than my son. The stuff that worked with my son didn't work with my daughter. Some stuff was easier. Some stuff was harder. But here's the biggest thing I can offer you is just enjoy every moment because oh my gosh it goes by so fast. So fast. Roy here. Thank you Patent team. You're welcome. Enjoy the moment lifestyle team SPI. I am in. That is amazing. You're the man Pat. Thank you for all you do for the community and entrepreneurs at large. Thank you so much. anime lover 1998. You're welcome. Thanks. This has been a lot of fun. This is a great one to end on. Gustos goo I'm saying that right. Gustotois, thanks. It's been a lot of fun. I appreciate the challenge and I appreciate you for participating in. Look out for new challenges coming your way. We'll of course talk about them and help people inside of the SPA community a little bit more. We do a little bit more handholding in there which is a part of the benefit. But um all of you look forward to the next challenges cuz we're going to do more of them. This has been the best way that we can see that we've been able to activate people and actually get results which is really important to us, right? No longer are we or should anybody just be in the space of giving information and hoping for the best. It's about implementation, right? And that's what we offer here. So congratulations to everybody who participated. Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing you in the next one. And of course inside of the SPI community, smartpassiveincome. com/supfans 2026. Peace out everybody. Wonderful job. And to David's point, once you're all in the community, say hello and David will be your appointment there to help you find your way if you get lost. We're here. We're here for you. Peace out, everybody. Thanks.
