Segment 1 (00:00 - 05:00)

Thanks to Mini Chat for sponsoring this vlog. What's up, beautiful people? Welcome to a cozy evening slashnight. I do not always get to get the things that I want done during the day. I am a mom. I have lots of well I don't have lots of meetings but a lot of times I do have meetings throughout the day. Things come up unexpectedly and it throws me off from being able to just focus on the stuff that I need to get done. So life doesn't always look like how I want it to during the day which is why I built a version of it at night that I love. So I'm going to bring you along for a nighttime windown work session. So let's get to it. I am logging on to my creator college live workshop which is all about monetization and making money. Hello. Hi, beautiful people. Oh my gosh, I'm so excited for tonight because we are talking all about money, honey. And I know we've spent a lot of time talking about content and how to create and all of the things, but I really want to start folding in a lot more of the business stuff and how to build your brand through the lens of creating an actual legacy business with your brand, which means we've got to talk about the money side of things, which will be relevant for you even if you're a beginner creator because it can help you figure out the exact lens in which you want to create. I just wrapped up my live. It went really well. So hot. Got to get out of this sweater and get into something comfy and cozy. So, let's go do that. Where do we begin? — And just like that, I'm in my jammies. Nice little cozy set from Skiims. And then I got these cow shoes. Oh my god, they're so comfortable. I got them on sale. So, love that for me. All right, I have washed the day off of myself, which I love to do when I'm about to try to like get a nice little power work session in at night. I just like to kind of reset the day, especially when I just got off of that Creator College live where my energy was so high and I just like to take a shower, make a cup of tea, put on some comfy pajamas. So that way when I'm done working, I just can just go upstairs, wrap my head, and wrap my hair and go right to bed. Since Cameron has guests over tonight, this is like the perfect time to just zone in. I am going to work on a couple back-end things that need to get done that just kind of get put off. Like a lot of times my brand partnerships because they have such quick turnarounds and deadlines that takes up a lot of my daytime as well as recording content. So a lot of times like during the day meetings, recording, submitting concepts, all of that. At night is when I really get to dive into the businessy stuff, setting up different automations, tightening up some of my digital products, getting like the creator to CEO page um running. So, we made some templates and now I have to put content in those templates. So, just building out some posts for that and you know, just kind of doing a lot of the businessy type of work. still creative, but like definitely skewing more business. So, I am going to work on a lot of that stuff right now. Now, I'm probably going to do a couple things in my office and then migrate to the couch just because I want to be comfortable. Or should we just migrate to the couch now? My top three for the night. Well, this was day, but I haven't gotten any of my top three done. So, we're going to bump this one to tomorrow and then we're going to work on these two tonight. I'm just going to kind of tidy up a little bit so that my office can be prepped for tomorrow morning and just to kind of reset my space cuz throughout the day it just gets very messy. — This book is so good. Everyone's reading it right now. So good.

Segment 2 (05:00 - 10:00)

You make me feel like — Okay, so I just finished up some of the templates for the creator to CEO page. That is going to be our creator college page. Even though it's called the creator to CEO, that's the page that's going to push people into creator college. So the way it's going to work is we are working on a webinar. I'm calling it a master class or workshop, but it's all about it's going to be all about how to become a multi-inccome stream content creator and basically how to position your brand to have multiple high flowing revenue streams. And we're really excited because this is going to actually create a lot more of a flow for how we acquire new members. Right now, it's kind of just sporadic. Like, I'll post a YouTube video and mention Creator College or I'll post an Instagram reel and have a mini chat automation set up for getting people into Creator College, but now we're actually going to have a real flow built. And this is something we're really just testing out. I don't know how well it's going to work. I'm projecting it'll work really well. And even though this webinar isn't live, I have done multiple live webinars to know what really works because I've had some really successful ones. And I'm just going to bring all the best parts of my live webinar and pop it into a pre-recorded webinar, which is really outside of my comfort zone. I am very much so like a let's be in the chat, let's talk, let's do all the things. But the platform that I am going to be using my webinar for, you guys aren't even going to realize that it's pre-recorded. It's going to be so good and it's going to be packed with so much good information that you're not even going to care. So, um, that is what we're working on. But because of that, part of this big pipeline that we are creating, it's not even big, it's actually going to be very simple. But part of this pipeline that we are creating is going to include minihat automations because we're going to use the mini chat automations to get people from social media to sign up to the webinar. Um, and so we're going to do a lot of it through minihat. We're probably not even going to have I'm sure we'll have a landing page, but I am sure so many people are going to be using like funneling into the webinar from the automations that they won't even ever see the landing page. So, this portion of the video is sponsored by Mini Chat, but y'all know I'm locked in with Mini Chat. I'm going to show you how we're going to set this up. I'm actually first going to set up a welcome automation. So, when people initially join or follow the creator to CEO page on Instagram, they're going to trigger this welcome DM automation, which I'm really excited about because I haven't tried this yet. But I think for something like this, like a business page that I want to have a very personal or personable feel, I am really excited to see how well this welcomed DM funnel works. So, let's build it up. In case you're not familiar, Minihat is an automation platform and it basically helps you automate your social media and this is literally game changer. You're able to really personalize these interactions. So, I know at this point in 2026, you have seen someone on Instagram say, "Comment link and I'll DM you the links. " Nine times out of 10, that automation has been set up through mini chat. So, you're going to get this DM with the link and sometimes the conversation can go on. you can really set these automations up and just run wild with them. That is the most popular automation, but there are so many ways that you can use Mini Chat. And I'm excited to like continue to dive into all of the cool tools and integrations that they have because the goal is to not miss any connections. When you don't take advantage of every single lead, every conversation, you're going to miss something. And in the past, I have missed so many people asking me like, "What camera do you use? What, you know, what am I seeing in this video? Like, can you send me the link to this? " Or, "How can I join creator college? " get a top three notebook? " And with mini chat, it just helps me automate all of these things. and in fact gives me more energy to pour into like conversations and connecting with my community on a deeper level, but still getting them these quick questions answered. Um, so I don't miss these connections or these leads. So, let's set up a little auto welcome sequence, shall we? Okay, so I am inside of Minihat. I'm going to go down to actually to explore all templates which is nice because I think I'm going to try this qualify with a quiz. This would be perfect for kind of like a intro DM when someone first follows the creator college page or the

Segment 3 (10:00 - 15:00)

creator to CEO page and we can kind of gauge where they're at in their content creation journey. So, I'm going to click set up template. And you can see it literally builds it all out. Like all you have to do is go in here and plug in whatever it is that you are going to ask them. And then you can add customize any of that. But you can really see we can even say like user follows change the trigger and then as soon as they follow they'll get prompted with a quiz and we can customize this initial message that says you know welcome thanks so much for coming along. You kind of just go along and fill in everything. They really do the hard work for you which I love. So, I honestly don't even need to like walk through this step by step because it's literally already done. But guys, this is what I mean when I say creating systems. The things that are accessible to these huge brands and these huge companies are accessible to us too as you know soloreneurs or smaller business owners or even medium business owners. Tap into it. It puts us on a very similar playing field and it helps us maintain our connection, our deep connection with our communities. So, I'm really excited to just go ham with this mini chat automation and really just scale out this creator to CEO page. I am so excited. I'm like, I'm working too hard. I need to be offloading these tasks, a lot of these tasks onto my team and also onto automations. And if I am not, then I'm doing the business a disservice. I love also just doing these kind of tasks in the evening because I can really kind of ham out and it's a little bit mindless because it is a template already. So I don't have to think so much about like the setup and the I guess science behind it. It's just already done. So, thank you to Mini Chat for sponsoring this portion of the video. Now, let's move to the couch. Feel like we need to stay making our way through the divine love. The way you moving, you got sting. I want to take you to a hidden place. Oo, so soft. Oo, so smooth. — This is just my favorite. Like, I love a good couch work session when the house is quiet and I can just turn on something mindless and watch it. And I have my tea and I've got my little first child with me. I call Audi my first child and River my first born. And yeah, it's just nice. I have like time to actually focus on the things that I need to get done. And sometimes, you know, you've just got to crank it out. Like I know a lot of people are probably going to comment like, "Aaron, what about work life balance? " And like you need to take some time to just, you know, relax and do something fun and blah blah. grow fun for me is going to be when I'm making a lot of money. Um Oh, girl. And so I am understanding that right now is kind of a season of sacrifice for me and it's just requiring a lot of devotion to pushing our legacy forward. I'm like, if we're gonna grow our family more, um, if we're going to move into a bigger house and, you know, just give more and do more and want more, have bigger impact, there are going to be some sacrifices that we have to make. And I'm okay with that. I am fine, you guys. And I just I understand that hard work is not overrated. And as much as the internet will try to convince us that you don't have to work hard in order to get what you want out of life and build a successful life, that is just a lie. I don't know anyone who has become a multi multi-millionaire or billionaire and it's just like, oh yeah, it was so easy. You know, I do think that making money should be easy. Like I fully believe that money should come to us with ease, but I understand that hard work is necessary in order to get what you want out of life. And so just because it's work doesn't mean it's hard.

Segment 4 (15:00 - 19:00)

I love what I do and I feel very honored and privileged and just blessed that this is my job. And I don't take that lightly. And because lightly, sometimes it means that I'm working late into the night. And because I have a child that I also love giving my attention to when she's home, like I don't want to just be working while she's here. I want to have quality time with her. So that means that she gets to bed at 7:30 on the dot and at 7:30 I have a little time to unwind and me and camera hang out and then sometimes, you know, we spend another 2 or 3 hours working in the evening and that's just the way that it works for us. So yeah, that's a little bit of what's going on. I also um love doing my top three at night. So I'm going to write my top three for tomorrow. And sometimes I don't get everything done on my top three. Like today I didn't finish everything. So I'm just going to carry over a couple things to tomorrow. Like I need to do photos of our limited edition top three notebook tomorrow cuz those are going to be releasing this week. And then um I'm probably not going to finish the webinar outline, but I should be able to get a good chunk of it done. So I'm going to work on that tonight. That's what I'm going to do tonight. and then I've got to do a couple little quick ticks and then I'll be done. So, I say all this to say, don't feel like, oh my gosh, from like 9 to 6 I'm so busy or like I have a corporate job or I have like you're making all of these excuses. And I'm not saying that you're not busy or you're not tired afterward and you have all of these things pulling you in different directions, but so does everyone else. And once I started realizing that, like, okay, but if I really want this, I just got to do it. There's just no excuse. Once I started realizing that I'm not the only busy one. one with a whole bunch of stuff going on. I'm not the only mom who also has a business, family, who also has a husband, who also I'm not the only one. And even though everyone's circumstance is different, like I'm sure my life is only going to get busier. And so if I can even make working in the evenings just more enjoyable, like more relaxing, more calm, I'm gonna do that. And you'd be surprised at how much shifting the environment and just changing the vibe and the mood makes such a big difference in your desire to actually get things done. So yeah, I've kind of just accepted the fact that I need to work in the evenings in order to be able to accomplish a good day's worth of work and sometimes I'm too tired and I'm like, "Girl, I'm not doing that. " But most of the time I'm like, "Yeah, this is just the season that I'm in right now. " So if you are also in this season of just sacrifice, whether that's sacrificing your time, sacrificing more money, sacrificing some relationships, or just sacrificing fun in the way that you know it, or sacrificing travel or different experiences because you are doubling down on what you feel is the long-term vision for your life. know that it is not in vain and that it will pay off and it will pay in dividends. And I think about when I was in my 20s and I moved back home and I just felt like everyone else's world was moving so fast and they were doing so good and I was just comparing myself and just feeling lesser than to some extent. But once I realize what I'm doing is building something that has legacy and that ultimately gives me the freedom that I'm hoping and wanting for. It put everything into perspective and now I look back on my 20s and I'm so thankful for the sacrifices I made during that time. Do not think it's too late. in vain because these seasons help build us into who we need to be in order to have the things that we need and want to have. So, um, make sure you check out Mini Chat. I will leave all the information in the description box below. You can get a free 30-day trial called Aaron on Demand. Just test out some different automations. See how you like it. I'm sure you will be locked in just like me. I love you guys and I will see you guys on the next one. Bye for now.
