POV: My Elle Woods moment 💅✨

Get ready with me to speak at Harvard Business School. Yes, I'm getting my Elle Woods moment, so let's get into it. Also, I just have to tell you they sent me this incredible swag box, so I thought I would open it up with you and show you everything they sent me. So, about a month ago, I got an email and it was from the AI department of Harvard Business School. They're called the Digital Data Design Institute at Harvard. And they said, "Hey, would you want to come and talk about AI as it relates to careers and jobs? We're having this conference, it's a virtual conference. It's a day long and it's about agency over anxiety. It's about learning how to take control in the age of AI so that you don't feel this much stress about it. Yes, it's taking over our lives. Everybody is saying that it's like an apocalypse of sorts. But it doesn't have to be that way, right? Knowledge is power. And so, I was so excited and honored, obviously, but excited to be a part of it because I think the more that we understand AI and what it is and what it can and can do and where it's going, the more control we have over the decisions we make. So, how cool is this, right? And so, of course, you know, Harvard Business School, I'm pretty excited about the fact that they chose me for this. I don't know how I got so lucky. Probably LinkedIn, so thank you, LinkedIn. Uh oh my gosh, look at the cute little socks. I'll be wearing these. I'll be wearing these on the golf course. Uh and so, for me it's going to be about helping people understand what's shifting because of course you've heard all these different things around AI and how it's taking millions of jobs, which it is, but also how it's creating a lot of jobs and people aren't talking about that. And how do you go find these jobs tap into it and how do you use AI in order to better equip you in the future? Okay, we'll be hydrating. And so, I'll be doing a lot of discussion around that. They're also going to be doing some cool breakout sessions virtually, which is pretty amazing. And so, again, I just think this is an opportunity, you know, Harvard Business School is always going to try to be on the cutting edge. Some of the other guest speakers like mind-blowing, super cool. And for me, it's a chance for people to just hear and feel better about job searching career. This is so cute. So that, you know, you're you know, you're not scared, I guess, is what I'm saying, you know? And I think about Elle Woods and Legally Blonde and how she just did it, right? Like just do it. And I think a lot of that is sort of the mantra of how you look at your career. Oh my goodness, this backpack is so sweet. How you have to look at your career right now in terms of just lean in and do it. Don't freak out. Don't worry. Like get your knowledge. Get your info. Take action. Do things. It's not rocket science. It's not brain surgery, but you have to lean in and you have to know. So, I hope you come to my session. I hope you decide to sign up.
