WithMe Tutorial For Beginners 2026 ✅ Step By Step

In this WithMe tutorial for beginners, I'm going to show you how to set up everything inside of the WithMe platform. So, if you're someone thinking about getting started, follow this video and you'll be set up in no time. So, I've just created a brand new account inside of WithMe. And what we're going to do is start everything from scratch and set up this entire account. Now, I'll leave some timestamps down in the description if you want to fast forward to certain parts of it. So, those are down there. But, let's get straight into it. Inside

of the first section and home, we can go ahead and do the basics of our site. So, first of all, add your profile image. I'm just going to go ahead and drop in a photo real quick. All right, so there is my image. I'm going to click update profile image, and now that is done. The next step is to go and add our bio. So, I will click add bio. And in just a few seconds, it's going to bring up this little text editor. I'm just going to say, I help people build marketing systems so you can make money 24/7 even while you sleep. Something like that, right? Click on update. And this is [snorts] just going to update. Now, the next step is setting

up your bank so you can start getting paid. So, if I click on setup, it's going to bring me to Stripe, and this is where you can connect your Stripe account. integrate Stripe with WithMe so you can actually start collecting payments online. If you haven't got a Stripe account yet, just follow the prompts inside of it. It's different for each country, so I can't show you how it works, but it's very straightforward. All right, so that has been done. Only took less than a minute to integrate, and now we can go ahead and create our

first product. So, let's click on get started. This is going to take us to our hub, and this is where we can actually create all of our products. Just to speed things up for this part of it, just come down to outside URL. What we're going to do is just leave my new URL there. We're just going to drop in a thumbnail. All right, so for the sake of this video, I'm just going to drop in um this YouTube thumbnail from a different platform, right? You can add the text if you want. So, I'm just going to say get access. And for description, this is a description just to see what it's going to look like. Sorry about the text, but that's fine. It's just going to be a placeholder. Click on next. Okay, we're going to do the same thing inside of In fact, we're not. We're just going to leave it as is. Okay, and we're just going to click on next, and then click create link. And then this is going to be completed. Okay, now that has been added to my hub. And the reason we went ahead and created this random uh whatever it is external link to nowhere is because we need to edit the design of this page, but we need to have something there so we can actually see what we're designing, or else you're just going to be editing a blank page. So, now that we've got our one option

here, let's go to edit design inside of my hub. This is where we can choose the type of layout we want. We can also change the colors and things like that. So, I've already got a circle image here. That's why it's not showing up as the full image. But, as you come through, you can just click on left and right to see the types of layouts. And honestly, just choose one that you like the look of. You can always change everything later in just a few seconds. So, for this example, I'm going to choose So, this one here, personal storefront. This looks good because the reason I'm choosing this is I want my personal info to be small so I can have more eyes actually looking at my offers instead of just losing potential clicks from there. So, once that's done, you can now click on colors. For colors, you can go and choose whatever it is inside of your brand. It's not showing the buttons there. If I was on something like this, you can see the color gets changed over there. So, like if you play around with this, you can see it's changing the button color. Okay. So, I'm going to come back to this one. We've also got the white. This is for your background if you want to change your backgrounds. I'm just going to make it slightly off-white so it pops the button. We've also got primary font here. So, whatever your branding is, you can choose a font for that. So, I've landed on Plus Jakarta Sans. This is one of my favorite fonts. As we come down, we've got some additional settings to fine-tune everything. So, hitting setting, we can choose if we want a portrait or personal. I'm just going to keep it personal. We've also got card style. If you want to have it subtle so the background disappears, or you want to change the color. This is where you can actually choose specifically what you want the text color to be. If you want it to be very dark and stick out really well, like just pure black, and then we can choose pure white. That's probably the best option. You can see how it's extremely vivid. And as we come down, we've also got if we want compact ones, if we want have buttons. It's weird how it's got buttony. And then we've got details. I personally just like um compact. It makes sense to me. And text, we can choose the primary text color. I'm just going to go with black. I'm just going to make everything extremely harsh so we don't miss out on any of it. We can upgrade the size of the font if we want, um or we can lower it. Once again, it all depends on what you want. And secondary font, I'm just going to go straight back to Plus Jakarta Sans. We are done inside of here. So, go ahead, click save changes, and now here is your store, right? So, I can make it a little bit nicer with the profile images and that, but that's good to go. So, now that we've got the style of landing page we like, we can always come back and change this later. Now, let's go to hub and actually start

creating some real products, or some demo products in this case. And I'm going to show you how to do it really quick. It's a very common sort of process for each one. So, I'll show you a couple, and then you'll get the hang of it really quick. So, click on add product. Here we've got all of the different options that we can use inside of WithMe. So, if you want to create a membership, this is like a recurring subscription get to get access to a particular um type of resource. If you want to create a digital product, if you're selling something like a PDF, if it's a funnel template, you can have the share link on here. We've got courses where you can sell video courses. We've got a community if you want to create an isolated uh platform inside of your WithMe account where people can get access to once they've either got free or paid access. You can have coaching calls if you want to integrate your calendars like Google Calendar so you can sell the uh the call, and then you can integrate to your Google Calendar. We've also got one-on-one coaching, very similar to coaching calls. We can generate leads. You can link to other types of products like ask me anything and uh audits, things like that. We've got the outside URL, which we've already done. Plus, you can also add in your WithMe affiliate link. So, let's start off with something I believe people are probably going to use the most, and that's creating a digital product. So, at the top here, you can see this is what it's going to look like. I'm going to call this the AI cheat sheet just for this example. For a thumbnail, I will just click on this and choose something from my computer. Right, so I'll just use this little thumbnail here. You can change the text on your button, so I can just say um get instant access, right? And it doesn't show on here because I've got the compact version, but if you had a button, that's where it would come. Click on next. It's going to take us to

the checkout. This is what the checkout page is going to look like. So, you can go ahead first of all and add some media to it if you want. So, I'm just going to drop in the same image again. Okay, then I'll come down. You can edit the description here if you want, and this is just using this simple text editor so you can type in some text. You can see it's coming in live. Highly recommend using a tool like ChatGPT or Claude to uh edit this text if you want some compelling sales copy. Down here, we can choose if we want it to be free or paid. So, I'm just going to make this Let's just say uh $17. You can see it automatically updates here as well as here. And as we come down, you can also make it free if you want, but this is where we can upload the actual deliverable, whether it's a video, an image, a PDF, an audio, a text, or this could be access to a live video. So, I'm just going to pause and drop in a PDF. All right, so here is the PDF I dropped. It's actually the results from an entrepreneurial test I did. You can see the thumbnail there. I'm going to click on next, and now we've got a few other options that we can use right now. So, include this content in a course. If you want to add this to a course, this is where you can select the courses. If you want to add it to the community, you can also add it inside of there. If you want to schedule the post come out, you can. If you want to edit the confirmation email, you are going to need to be on the max plan. If you click that button, it's going to give you the options. If you come to the email marketing, once again, you need to upgrade to the advanced plan to be able to do this. Right, we've got the option to make it downloadable. I highly recommend if you are selling a PDF to have the download button there. Plus, we can also make this have an affiliate program attached. So, anyone who purchases from you, they can share it with their friends. You can add in an affiliate commission to that. Let's just say the commission rate is 50%. This means once someone purchases, they can get their affiliate link. If they share it with their neighbor, their neighbor decides to join, they're going to get 50% of the total cost, which is pretty cool. Um so, all the info's down there. But, once it's done, go ahead, click on publish, and in just a few seconds, this is going to be live. Let me show you what it looks like. All right, so that took a little bit longer

than expected, probably about 5 minutes, but now it is live. And here is our digital product on our site or our store. You can see it's here. And you can actually go and visit this live. I'll open it up in a new tab. This is going to show you what it looks like for uh visitors to your website, not if you're actually logged in. Okay, so here's the experience. You can go and click on this button. It's going to take you to a checkout page. Here is the image I've uploaded. If you've got promo codes, if you're adding them, you can put them here. $17. It's premium product. Total due today. Right, put in your email address, a password. Here's the card information. Go ahead and click on buy, and this is going to be your store. And once again, this is a good opportunity to change uh anything you want to do in terms of the layout once you've actually created a product and gone from there. Now, what's really cool is inside of this process, the going through the details, going through the check out, it's the same exact experience for any of the products inside of, uh, WithMe. So, if you were going to create something like a course, it's going to have the same, uh, details and check out experience. So, I'm not going to bother going through that again, but let me show you how to do something like a course because this is

an important feature. I know a lot of people will use it for. So, inside of courses, once again, same check out experience. I'll just fly through this. Same thing, right? You can choose the price points, very straightforward. If we come to next, now this is where you can actually create the course content. So, I'm going to go ahead, add a lesson. It's going to say, "What kind of lesson do you want? Video, image, PDF, audio, text, or live stream? " So, I'm just going to quickly drop in a quick video. All right, so this is actually an outtake into this video I'm shooting right now, but it's a small file, so it's easy to add. You can change the title here, so I'll just say, "Welcome to the course. " Okay, you can also change the description of this particular lesson if you want. You can choose the thumbnail from the video you you've uploaded. So, if I put it, say, here, you can choose that particular frame. If I click on next, now we can add chapters, which is kind of like modules inside of it if you want. You can also schedule the video to go out at a particular time. I'm not sure why you'd do that, but I'm just going to click on post. And now this is what it's going to look like once someone's purchased the particular course or enrolled for free, depending on what you're charging. And you can actually come through and add more lessons, um, and make it look pretty cool. So, that's basically the course functionality. Everything is automated in terms of the payment invoice when they purchase, as well as the confirmation email, logins to the course. So, it's super quick and easy. You can also make your video downloadable if you want. I probably wouldn't recommend doing this. Once again, you can also create your affiliate program with just a few clicks. Let's just say I want to make it 40%. Click publish course. This is going to publish, and then that will then be live on your website as well. So, let me show you what that looks like. Okay, and now our course is active. Same thing again, I'm just going to go and refresh. In fact, I'll come back to this live page, click on reload, and you can see this has been added. And like before, it's automatically added in the info. It's got the screenshot and all the course information. So, if someone goes and purchases that now, they will get instant access, once again. So, honestly, the entire user experience of WithMe is incredibly easy to do. I'll just quickly also show you the community

one. Apart from that, everything is just the same. So, I'll click on community, once again, details, check out. This time the options, uh, once you create your community, I'll just quickly let this load. Oh, there it is. On the left, you can see we now have the community, uh, tab. It's a little sub tab inside of the tab. And this is where we can create the posts for our particular community, right? So, let's just start off with one to get it going. So, um, welcome to the community, right? I'll go ahead, press submit post. And in a few seconds, it's going to show you the community kind of vibe. If you want to add in videos, you can click the image button. It's going to open up your file manager, so you can drop it in there. Same thing for videos, if you want to embed. You can upload audios, you can upload docs, you can add meetings, and also choose and create categories inside of here. So, when someone actually joins the platform, they can go and get access to all of this info. You can also, uh, comment on, um, posts as well. So, this is awesome. Right? They can also drop in images and bits and pieces, too. It's a little bit annoying, this loading phase they have, but regardless, uh, that's what it looks like. So, if you click off, you can see it's got the replies and everything. You can also create the events, and you can copy links to people. So, if I paste this link into a new tab, this is what the invite link looks like, right? It's basically the check out page, just telling you more info about it. You can add in images and bits and pieces, as well. So, once again, all very straightforward. Apart from that, there

isn't too much you really need to know. All of your payouts, once you make sales, will be inside here. Once you start accumulating money, just like in Stan Store, you can see how much money you have, you can cash out, and so forth. You can see all of your statistics, analytics inside of your WithMe brand, right? Monthly income, paid memberships, trials, page views, etc. You can come down and see your customers. It's like a lightweight CRM. You can also filter from your affiliates of your particular programs or products that you have affiliate programs for, which is pretty cool. We've got email marketing, once again. If you want to use email marketing on this platform, you need to be on the highest plan. You can create promo codes. So, if you click on create promo code, let's just say I'm going to call this, um, promo one, right? Discount can be 50%. I'm going to go click create promo code, and in a few seconds, that has now been created. As you can see, tells you how many redemptions it's had. For branding, you need to be on the max plan, once again.

For referrals, this is for referrals into WithMe. Under more, we've also got the, uh, migration. If you want to get access to that, we've also got a custom app if you want the team to build you a custom mobile app. But apart from that, that is the entire WithMe platform. It's extremely easy to use. Literally, within maybe 20 minutes, you can get your store created, you can sell your own digital products, and then it's just all about getting traffic.
