Segment 1 (00:00 - 05:00)

If I did gain a little bit, people would make a comment straight away and say like, "Oh, you gained some weight. " — This is exactly what it should be. I'm all for Korea, — Coach Greg. And the country where it's illegal to be fat, well, it certainly isn't here in Miami where you can be whatever the heck you want. In North America, we're actually spoiled. We think that people are against obesity, that people make fun of other people. It's actually minor in comparison to other countries, namely Korea. And so Will Tenny, he went there, discovered he's actually chubby, that he's overweight, that he needed to be prescribed turipotide, a GLP, in order to lose weight by a doctor. And so he didn't actually use it, but he showed exactly how easy it is to get. And so in Korea, don't be poor, don't be ugly, and don't be fat. And so the next time you get upset for somebody telling you the truth. Look, you're fat. Who freaking cares? At least you don't live in Korea. — Okay, so the next one is just chubby. Crazy to think that I'm considered chubby in Korea cuz I like to think that I'm in pretty good shape. — And so clearly it's easy to see the problems with this of having beauty standards based on what you're able to fit through, especially as a child. But is it as bad as we think? Is it really bad to tell people you're chubby, you're fat, you're an alien, hey, you're average, you're skinny. Like, is it really bad for people to actually understand what they are? Now, the only problem I have with this is obviously if you're 5t tall versus 6 feet tall or 7 feet tall, you can't all have the same test. And so the problem is some people who are actually very fit like Will Tennyson is going to be told that he's chubby when he isn't. This is the same as the BMI test. And so what they should be going by is body fat percentage. But we all know the problems with this whether or not you want to believe it. Whatever method you can find. So the MRI, my laser eyes are better. And so what the world should install is Coach Greg's laser eyes. I decide how fit you are. I look at you. I give you a rating, you're not in shape, you're in shape. If you want to do something about it, well, that's great. And if you don't, also great. But at least you know that. To me, there's nothing wrong with telling people information, and they can do what they want with that information. For example, a doctor tells you you're obese. They do the little thing, the height and the weight and the body fat percentage. They do the blood work, and they're like, you're a lazy piece of [ __ ] and you're going to die young. I think that's valuable information and we should continue to do it. People are just too soft in 2026. — Korea has a zerocalorie and zero sugar obsession and because of that there's tons of different spots that cater towards that. So the first spot that we're checking out is the zero store. — I mean we all have zerocalorie obsessions. Like literally I'm drinking a 10 calorie diet Mountain Dew right now. And so if Canada, the United States had some stores where they had the low calorie ice creams, the zerocalorie drinks, cookies, candies, you name it, I'm all for it. I think I'm moving to Korea, guys. This country so far, it's winning me over. Are you with me? — So, I just go to this and if I can't fit through it, I'm going to do whatever it takes to be able to fit through it eventually. So, I think it just causes a lot of issues. — You really think Will lowered his self-esteem because he didn't fit through the average? I'd be thinking, "Yeah, look how jacked my chest is. I can't fit through this. I'm chubby. When you're fat, you know it. Generally speaking, if that you're fat. And when you're fit, fit. And so, somebody telling you the obvious, pointing to you and saying, "You're fat. " You should say, "Yeah, obviously. I see myself in the mirror. I know that I'm fat. — I've never seen a Coke Zero tall boy. " — How has Will boy? Will is a young and innocent man. There was so many different options of zerocalorie, zero sugar snacks to choose from, especially jelly, which is often seen as Korean ompic. — I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if they found my cookbook sold in those stores, Korea, where they want everyone to lose weight. And so, if you're interested in my cookbook, code Greg, 15% off, — sugar-free, low calorie, and gluten-free. How many calories? — Maybe your husband. — Wow. When the lady says maybe as intosentos no ESENO — I DON'T SPEAK SPANISH. — DO ANYONE believe that lady? Oh it's 200 to 250 calories. And so my theory is that they make [ __ ] up. This has no calories. It's ice cream. It's got zero this and zero that. They probably round down. It's probably a serving size of a half a pinch or something. And so just because it says it's got zero calories

Segment 2 (05:00 - 10:00)

or 200 to 250, I'm not actually a believer. — What is the ideal male and female physique? I think for men it's the same anywhere in the world. You got to be tall. — And so it's hopeless for a coach, Greg. I thought at least if I went to Korea or for example, China, they wouldn't care that I'm a 5'6 man, but apparently all throughout the world it's 6 feet or bust. Like it looks smaller, right? And so that's what people mean by having a small face. It has a lot to do with proportions. — Is it any different than any other country? No, it's not. Women's got to be skinny. Men's got to be tall. It's all the same no matter where you go. — If you are, I think over 64 kg, you you're considered like chubby for a — 64 kg. — Yeah. For a Korean woman, regardless of the height. — Well, you are. I mean, I've done videos on this in the past. We have women who say, "Um, this is what 80 kilograms look like. Look how thin I am. You guys all think I'm thin. I should be sponsored by a clothing line. " But I'm not because they're making I'm like, you weigh 175 lbs. It's not small for a woman. Maybe you're not obese. Maybe you're not overly fat, but you're not thin. And who cares? You can do something about it. If you actually want to lose weight, you can go for a bike ride. Like I'm here in Miami. I'm going to get up at 6:00 in the morning, go for a ride, whatever hours. You can go to the gym. You can lift weights. You can not eat less food. You can eat zerocalorie drinks like this instead of high cal. You can do something about your weight. And if you're 150 lbs and you're like, I don't like that people say I'm not thin, then don't like it. You don't care. Like just who cares? But if it's your height, like how do you height, Max? Aside from doing a hundred plus thousand surgery and being in pain for 6 months, you can't just get taller. And so I'm watching videos and guys are saying they're using foot inserts, shoe inserts to be a bit taller. And other people are saying that's gay. like trying to be taller as gay, like just own your height. And it's like, why would you own your height? If you're 5'6 and you want to be 5' 9" and you use shoe inserts and it actually works, how is that bad? They're saying, "Yeah, but when you bring a girl home and you take your shoes off, she's going to see how short you actually are. " Got you, [ __ ] If you've already brought her to your home, you already win. What is she going to do? Leave? Oh my god, you're only 5'6. Who cares? Is it really any different than when you bring 99% of women home, they have makeup and when you wake up, they're not going to have makeup? Men putting in shoe inserts is not worse than women putting on makeup. And so if you're a man and you want a height max and you want to put shoe inserts, why would I care? Women literally have high heels. Now, to put on makeup, maybe that's a bit more gay. It's kind of I'm on the fence of this, but hey, if you want to wear makeup as a man, you can man. If you got a woman and she likes you to wear makeup, well, she's still a woman and so technically you're not gay. Now, it's not for me, but I'm not going to judge other people that wear makeup. If they want the type of girl that wants men with makeup, hey, it's 2026. If girls want men with makeup, then some men can wear makeup and get those girls. It's not the girls that I would want, and so I don't care. One of the most common procedures that women will get is like breast implants, right? That's kind of like I would say the most toxic aspect of the beauty standard that Korea is known for. — And so the most toxic aspect of Korea is that women want to get breast implants. Like really? Like how is that different than any country else in the world? How many girls do you know in Canada, United States, North America, they're getting breast implants? And so my personal opinion is this is not a big deal. Korea, I'm not mind blown like, "OH MY GOD, IT'S SO MUCH WORSE IN this country being fat. It's so bad. " Is it really any different over there? Zero calorie stores on every corner, plastic surgery ads everywhere, and impossible beauty standards at every turn. — These are the kinds of signs that you see in front of every single gym. — I mean, those signs in front of the gyms, is it that much different than of opening up your phone and going on Instagram? Like, yeah, there's a guy with shredded abs at a gym. Like, it's not putting any more pressure on me than opening up my phone and scrolling on Instagram. Just because there's photos of shredded guys at the gyms that you're going to, it's not changing. like when I go into the gym, I'm going to see it. And so, it's not even going to make a dent. — This angle from like here to here, more often than not, you actually need an implant to get that pointy nose because it's very rare to see that like just naturally. — And so, do we really think that women in Canada, the United States are not getting nose jobs, breast implants, hair transplants? The list goes on and on. I mean, do we really think it's any different? Unrealistic beauty standards. I mean, we literally have AI on Instagram taking over. People's physiques, they're not good enough. And so, we have AI making it even better. Not to mention Photoshop, the lighting, the tans, the oil, everything. It's impossible to feel like you're perfect. — So, like, would you say anime has a big impact on the style and how people look? — I think it has a lot more to do with Korea is such a trend-driven country — and so it's so different in Korea. They

Segment 3 (10:00 - 15:00)

follow trends, you know, they see somebody on Instagram do something and they want to also do that thing. That doesn't happen in Canada. I'm kidding, guys. It happens everywhere. You don't think that people are influenced by their favorite influencer? What do you think the word influencer comes from? It influences other people to want to do the same thing. And so, obviously, this is common in every country. — On this tag over here, it says F, which stands for free. So, I kind of want Will to try this one because it says here O of F, which stands for overfit. I mean, the the words that they use in Korea, F for free, and OF stands for something else. It doesn't stand for only fans. Yeah, they make clothing to fit most people. And if you don't fit that clothing, you have to shop in a different store. How is that different in Canada? Like, if I'm 400 lb and I go shopping in a store in Canada, nothing is going to fit. That is no different. the average person in that country is tiny. And so if you come in from another country and you're over six feet tall, 200 pounds, then you in comparison to the average person in that country are actually big and so the clothes are not going to fit. It's no different in Canada. — You guys want to see lear the amples, right? This is the cle injection. One of the most famous fat melting injection in the world. It actually kills the fat tissue. — I mean, somebody should have told Mr. Mike about this place in Korea so that he wouldn't have to get it all sucked out, the skin ripped off from that permabul he did in his 20s. — If I did gain a little bit, people would make a comment straight away and say like, "Oh, you gained some weight. " And the whole reason to make that comment is like, "I noticed you or like I care about you. " — And so in Korea, if somebody gains some fat, they're up 20 lbs. You're allowed to say, "You know what? I notice you've put on some weight. Have you stopped exercising? Are you stressed out? Are you eating too much? Is there something you can do to lose back that weight? Because, you know, gaining all that fat, it isn't good. You're allowed to say that and somehow that is bad. In Canada, United States, you can't comment on someone's appearance. You know, just let them get fat and die, you know, on their own. Let them do their own thing. How is this different than, for example, if they're addicted to said substance, you know, they're sniffing creatine, adding too often. Essentially, they're a clvicular and you see this happening. Perhaps they OD on something and you have a talk with them. you know, I noticed that you're doing a lot of bad things on stream. I want to get you some help. How is that different than going up to someone saying, "I noticed you've put on 20 or 30 lbs. I want to help you to lose the weight. " Oh, I can't believe this person commented to me. They said that I was gaining fat. How dare they? Well, imagine that it was about you being addicted to that substance. Is it not good to help other people by pointing out the problems that they're having? Even like when I meet up with my friends and I haven't seen them in a while, if like my skin is looking worse, they'll be like, "Oh, yeah, you just got some looks like you got some trouble on your face. " — Why don't we just speak about the things that we're thinking? Because we've been brainwashed since we were little kids that we shouldn't say things that we're thinking, that we should just pretend to be what we think others want us to be. And so instead of just being like a coach, Greg, and saying what you think and being judged for it, you're told, "No, don't be a coach, Greg. Don't say that. Don't do this. Don't do that. " Because other people, they won't like it. they won't like you. And so be the person that you think they will want to talk to. You know, pretend you're somebody different than yourself. Give up all your morals, values, and so on so that you can be like everyone else. I'm all for Korea. It's a linen. — Is it really that hard? If it's easy to do the thing that you need to do to be a man, to be attractive, you need to be 6 feet tall, at least 180 cm. And so that's very hard to do. To be attractive as a female, you just got to be thin. You have every opportunity to be thin. Being fat is a choice. And so if you choose to be fat and choose to be unattractive, well, you chose that. Now, some people have worse genetics. It makes them hungrier. And so it's harder to lose weight. But they literally have GLPs to help you with that. And so if you really want to be attractive and you're not and you're feeling like pressure from society is forcing you, you just do the thing that they want. If everyone wanted you to have blonde hair, you could dye your hair blonde. If everyone wanted you to wear red shirts, red shirts were attractive. You could just put on a red shirt. If everyone wants you to be thin to be attractive, you be thin. It doesn't seem complicated. You're allowed to do cardio. You can get my cookbook. You can buy my SEA bars. You can buy GLP Max. You can get Go Turk. You can get all the supplements you can do to cardio. You can lift the weights. You can figure out how to do it on your own. There's nothing wrong with that. You got your choice. There's choices that you can make. And so, you're not being forced. No one's twisting your arm saying you have to lose this weight, but you're certainly going to be judged if you do not. We all know this. We recognize this. And so if you want to do

Segment 4 (15:00 - 20:00)

the things to make yourself more attractive, so for example, men, women don't like you to smell like [ __ ] And so showering is good, grooming is good, perhaps shaving, wearing nice clothes, nice shoes, having a nice car, a house, a job, and you know, women like these things. If you don't want those things, then don't do it and find somebody that doesn't care. But if you do care about being seen as attractive, do the things that are going to help you out. — Like places like this in North America, like don't show up. M — and I feel like that's because there's like they don't think there'd be enough traction. — And so what happens is people make businesses that they know will make money. And so in North America, if you have a store called the diet store, it's not going to make as much money as if it's called McDonald's or a fast food or whatever. And so if they thought that they would make more money for having diet foods as a fast food place, they would do it. They would build it and they would come. But because we know that they won't make as much money, that these restaurants go out of business if they only prepare healthy foods, they don't use it. They don't build it. And so the problem isn't that we don't have the stores. The problem is that the people wouldn't go to them if they were actually built. — Every single building is a pharmacy just selling fat loss drugs. It's actually pretty insane. So there's a pharmacy right here and then here. And so it's no different than for example when you go to downtown and there's a bunch of fat food restaurants and you're thinking why is there so much fast food restaurants? There's a pizza shop here, another one there and another one there because that's what the people want. There's so much need for it and they all go in the same location and so you have one-stop shopping and frankly I love it. You can shop around. You can go into one pharmacy the next find out where's the best deal. Where can I get my GLP? And so if you want to get GLP from a compounding pharmacy, one that you can trust, not a sketchy research chemical site, of course you've been to Alorex where doctors will literally prescribe it. Code Greg for 10% off. — So we are going to see how easy it is to get a prescription and get some Moi. I just walked in, said my name, gave my ID, and it's good. — And so Will is shocked by this. Shocked that you can get it so easily. This is exactly what it should be. You have a quick consult with a doctor and they prescribe what you need. Now, how does that seem different than where it is in other countries? For example, United States. Do you know how people get it? ww enter whatever address, whatever peptide scam research chemical site and you hope you're getting what you want. At least this is prescribed by a doctor compounding pharmacy. You get exactly what it's supposed to be. Not some scammy research chemical site. That's normally where you're getting it from. Most, as in 90 plus% are scammy research chemical sites. You're thinking, "Oh, Coach Greg, you have a scammy research chemical. " No, it's completely different. For example, if they sell Reta, you all know what that is. Rea, if they sell it, it's not approved for humans consumption. And so, if they're selling it, it's a scammy research chemical site. Are you actually getting rea? Maybe. I don't know. But it's not yet approved for human consumption. And so, notice there's no rea here. They're selling trespipotide or ozic. They're having a consult. Will, although he doesn't have a high body fat, technically on paper, he's overweight. He isn't actually overweight. But how do we know that Will hasn't been suffering for decades? Always starving, has had enough. He was overweight as a teenager. Perhaps he's been eating from Coach Greg or perhaps his own cookbook for the last 5 years straight. We don't know what he's been up. he has to do. And so just because somebody is lean, just because somebody appears to be healthy doesn't mean they can't benefit from a GLP1. And so I personally think that just because you're not morbidly obese doesn't mean that you don't deserve to be prescribed a GLP. We don't know the suffering that people are doing. Imagine this. Somebody was 300 lb and they've now lost the weight. They've lost 100 lb. What you don't know is they do 5 hours of cardio day. 5 hours. It's the only way that they're not hungry. That's the only way they can keep the weight off. Every single day they're binging. They're starving themselves. They cannot control the hunger, the cravings. They then go to the doctor and the doctor says, "You can't get a GLP because you're not obese. " And they're thinking, "Yeah, but I would be obese if I wasn't doing 5 hours of cardio a day. " Should they then have to stop doing cardio and get fat just to get that prescription? How is this any different than being prescribed testosterone? You're 45 years of age. Your testosterone, it's at 250. the doctor says, "Hey, that's normal. It's in the normal reference rates. This is what would happen in Canada. You can't get HRT. " Do you then have to tank your testosterone levels on purpose or does it make more sense to be able to go to a doctor and get a prescription? And so, although we think that this is bad, oh my goodness, they prescribed them to zip. I am here for it and I don't care if you disagree. — If you have the some weight loss about 15 kilogram, you will entrance to the normal body weight and I'll be healthier. — Okay. Perfect. Now, obviously, he doesn't have to lose 15 kilograms in order to be healthy, but he does need to

Segment 5 (20:00 - 23:00)

lose 15 kg in order to be considered normal. Now, Will, he clearly has more muscle than a normal person, and so the BMI scale is clearly going to be off. But if his goal is to get shredded, hey, does every bodybuilder not need to get shredded? Then, is there something actually wrong with using something to help out? I don't think that there is. And just like that, within a matter of minutes, I got a prescription, adding to Korea's major drug misuse problem. — Oh, she's asking if you want to get the injection here right now. — No, I'll do it later. — Yeah. — Does anyone think that Korea has a bigger drug misuse problem than Canada, the United States? Do you know how many people purchase performance-enhancing drugs, namely steroids, SARMMS, peptides from non-legitimate sites or from bro from Bangladesh, China or wherever it may be. People in every country are purchasing illegal items. And we're just talking about steroids. What about recreational substances? Do you know how many people are abusing, for example, sniffing creatine in the United States? Do you not think that the abuse of recreational substances is worse than people who want to be thin? Heavens forbid, somebody wants to be in shape. Someone wants to stop being fat. Is it really that serious? And so, should we be really putting all these laws preventing people from getting a GLP, from losing weight, from having their hunger in check, from no longer experiencing all of that food noise? Is that really all that bad? Should we not be more concerned from people sniffing keratene, doing arties, doing math? — I don't think he even asked you any questions about your overall health. — Yeah. There was like no diagnosis. He was just like, "Oh, you want the drug? Like, okay, here's how to use it. You know, here are some side effects to expect. " — Sounds great. They even offer to do the first injection to show you how to do it properly so you don't have any harm. They instruct you how to do it. It was only 150 USD. That seems like a steal of a deal. And so I'm all here for it. I think that Korea is doing a lot of things right. Aside from saying that he's overweight. They could have at least said, "Hey, let's test your body fat percentage. Let's phone. Let's have a call to Coach Greg and use his laser eyes. " They could at least add that. But aside from that, I think Korea is on to something. — It's clear Korea is facing a serious issue that can't be ignored. The relentless pressure to look a certain way, combined with a deeply ingrained culture of body shaming, is quietly taking a toll on people's lives. And so, obviously, you can go check out Will's entire video about 30 minutes long, already over 5 million views in 3 days. If you're interested in Will's cookbook or my cookbook, click the link in description or go to Will's Instagram, give him a follow. Let me know in the comment section. Am I actually making sense? Should people have the right to choose how they want to lose weight? Should we stop people from buying these medications or is it really not that big a deal? Like, is it really in the grand scheme of things? If is using a GLP all that bad. And before you go, of course, you can get HDLT supplements to help with your weight loss journey or building muscle and so on. Code Greg for 15% off. Or go to Al Gorex, also code Greg.
