Todd Morgan: Interview with Tut Ani

it's Todd Morgan here and I'm here with tut Anie who's one of the students uh from the real estate wealth Academy and T how you doing fine thank you how good to see you my friend too thank you and uh I think we should tell the people a little bit about how we uh came to know each other I when I first called you I just wanted to make sure that it was legit you got a lot of gurus out here and it's not really legit but then when I hooked up with you I was like yeah this guy seems legit you know and I really wanted to learn so I'm like let me I I'll give it a shot and I didn't have no money but I figured out a way to get the money to join the academy you know you proved me wrong from the minute I saw you the minute I've met you have proved you have proved uh you know that you are a person that is taking action and that's really significant thank you very much I appreciate that if a person is serious about real estate investing for one you need to find a way to get that money obtain that money because if you're serious you will make that money back and a couple of weeks I mean depends on how serious you are you will make that money back and that will motivate you to say well if I can make this money back I could definitely make money in this business so we gave you some very specific instruction right exactly what to look for where to go and I when I said what I said tut look I'm G let you into this program but you follow I want you to follow what we're talking about exactly here and you did and I tell people that look okay you know let's just be honest here you didn't come from a lot of money I did okay how much real estate experience did you have before you came into this I mean before then I would say not a lot because most of my no experience just the education I read a lot of books right but so you but you never really as far as making the actions I really didn't make any actions it was more like I wanted to make the actions but I didn't know what steps I should follow so with the academy and the mentors that you all appointed us I just did what they said do so I remember har Harless was talking about um a lot of times to get your feet wet you should try to burd dog so it's like you build up a network based within the academy you know what I'm saying you have the group calls on the phone every week you have the seminars that you all conduct every week so I mean if a person is serious about this business they could definitely make some money quick how much was how much did you get paid actually I bring the check just for this interview cuz I knew we was having this interview so I went ahead bring the check just to show people that this is serious and you could take any person that comes from whatever type of situation big money no money so this is amazing so you basically got started on this you had no background you had no financing really to speak of uh and you were able within three months right generate a check let's see how much we started the program in like March to April this check is for June of the same year of 07 okay so that's like three months later that's that's for $ 9,953 66 so I tripled the $3,000 this is almost $10,000 check that's amazing that's great I mean I was happy I mean I bought a bottle of champagne too I mean I was happy real happy but I mean it was more fulfilling knowing that I could do this how much time did you spend on this deal you made $10,000 on I would say 8 hours I would say8 hours all together because once I was told what to look for I went to look specifically for that I didn't want to see anything else but what I was instructed to look for so I didn't want to waste my time because I was still working a regular job so I didn't want to be yeah wasting time I was looking for a property that I could make instant cash flow on or at least sell it to an investor and that's what I did Bingo uh so you're telling us is that you made in eight hours you made about 10,000 pretty much which is double uh your monthly income on one deal right and I made my money back from the academy right so the money would you say that the money that you made you invested in the academy was well worth it yeah definitely I'm still stepping things up I'm still learning more and the good thing about the program is once you finish with the program I like how you all have it set up like you can still get on to the office Zilla and ask questions and network with other members so it's like you're still a part of the program right I mean this is really a good program for people to be involved in don't be concerned about how much money you don't have just make sure that you follow the steps that they teach you get you enough money to get into the program whatever you have to do borrow from your sister your cousin get you enough money to get into the program if not you shouldn't join the program but if you're serious about joining the program you'll definitely make the money back if you're serious about it and I'm and that's all I have to say about it wonderful thank you so much for your time buddy
