And that's why as well I recommend one of the things you really need to do is get yourself a coach. If you're going to be a professional farmer, get a coach. Just like professional athletes, professional musicians, get a coach. Now, it doesn't matter if that coach is a product dealer. Somebody's going to sell products. You sell products. It's important that you get a coach to help you through the process. process and they've got a little more experience than you do, maybe not a lot more, maybe a lot more. But you need a coach to help you through that process as far as okay, where do we start? what works in our area as far as execution, as far as product quantities, product qualities, those kind of things. How are we going to get it applied with the kind of gear that we have on our farm versus over here, a different farm, a little different gear. How are we going to get it applied? So, you find a coach because they've already been through a lot of that school of hard knocks. It's important to find those people and that's how you're going to move along with that as well. Talk to other farmers who have been doing it for a while. Go visit their farm. See what's happening. There are no magic bullets. We're not saying that this is an easy program. anything is automatic. But if you stick to a plan, a program, there are not no magic bullets. So, we've really pretty well gotten not only confident, but pretty cavalier about that is that don't waste our time looking for magic bullets. You want magic bullets, you need to go somewhere else. The bottom line is that we put together a plan and a complete program because it takes a complete program to get replicated predictable results. Magic bullets come and go. ah you might get a result might not get a result but if you stick to a program three to five years you will have results whether you're in a drought or flood well I can't say that if you're in a flood it's under a meter of water for uh 3 years you're probably not going to get too much results unless you're growing rice but the reality about it is that we have farmers in the middle of a drought still getting economic returnable crops when everybody literally everybody else in the area is getting nothing. Are they getting bumper crops? No. But they are getting economic return. So they would pay their bills or pay towards their bills. So we've got to get a coach. And that coach can be independent consultant. They can be a product person. Doesn't matter. Somebody's got to sell product. Cassen.
