and officer 358. — Hey guys, um we got a pass a family back here telling us that uh one of their son I guess did not get on the uh flight. He's uh minor, but uh I don't know if maybe he was off doing something else, but uh he's still up there. So, uh we got the gate closed. We uh thought we had a close out here and uh they just they need to get their boy back. — And uh 3558, I'm on the phone with the gate agent and she's explaining to me what's going on. So, we before we put that Jeb, give me one second, please. All right. So, I have the gate agent on the phone. She's telling me it was a party of eight and some of the family members went another route. Is this the family inside the aircraft telling you the kid was left behind? — Affirmative. This is uh the family on board saying that uh their son's still up there. I don't know if they didn't stick with him or what, but uh that's just the story that I have so far. I I've seen a pastor come back looking at our airplane. So I is he there with the gate agent? — There's nobody at the podium with the gate agent. There's a Okay, now there is. — Yeah, I saw him. I I've seen, you know, he keeps coming over here to the window looking at the airplane. So, uh, he he's a teenage boy and, uh, I don't know what we have to do about that, but, um, the family, I guess, wants him here. So, um, I don't know if the plane is full yet. You guys haven't closed it out, I don't believe. But, uh, yeah. All right. 3558. One passenger showed up to the podium. Let me see what's going on. It looks like a young boy, probably 14, 15, maybe. They'll be right there. — And uh 3558 uh she's working um with those passengers right now and trying to get them on. Apparently there's another kid as well. — Oh jeez. Okay. Um yeah, with that for 358, do they mind bringing the jet bridge back? Uh we haven't blocked out yet, so uh that way we can at least get that sorted through. Yeah, she's working the paperwork part. Uh, she'll be right there. — All right. So, now the kid walk away looking for another kid that is in the party. So, I just told the gaty she's going down to put the jet bridge on so we could get these uh kids on the plane. Not sure if it's one or two, but I got additional support on the way. — 3558. We're going to see if we can get the parent up here, too. That way they can go and get that taken care of. We got to have at least one of them up there going looking for them. — I exactly I don't know uh how they uh got separated. — You know, for 12 years being here, this is a first for me, too.
