Google Forms - Sharing and Adding to Google Classroom

hi Jamie Keat here at teachers Tech today I want to take a quick look at how to share your forms uh and More in particular how to share it inside Google Classroom uh so let's get started here so I already have a form created this is just one with a bunch of dummy text on it there's uh two multiple choice and a short answer question here so the first thing I'm going to do is just go over to my responses and I'm going to create a

uh spreadsheet for this so I'm just going to hit that and I'm going to create a brand new one here and hit create and you'll see a Google sheet opens up and I see my first question my second question and my third question there so I'm just going to go back uh over to here now and what I'm going to do uh is send my uh send it out here so you can see the first there's a check boox here if you want to collect the usernames within the uh the domain here uh but with the email so if I'm going to email it out to people I all I have to do is send click in here put my email in here I have a previous video where talk about creating groups in your Gmail so if you have a class and you've created a group all you'd have to do is start typing in uh the group name so you can see I have some example where I would have some groups and I have all the uh kids uh in those groups and that way uh you wouldn't have to send it to everyone so you could just put your subject sorry everybody at once uh would be in that one grouping uh so the you have your subject and your message and or you can include it in the email uh

this one over here is embedding it onto a web page you get your iframe and the size what you wanted to embed to that uh this is the link that I wanted to show how to embed it inside your Google doc so uh what I also like is that I can shorten this up without taking this um whole uh URL here so I'm just going to go to the shorten URL and I'm just going to copy this and I have a Google uh just a test uh classroom set up here and I'm

just going to create a uh new assignment or you could do question on here but I'll just put uh I'll put assignment here right now so when you link you just

give it a title I'll just put example and uh what I'm going to do is uh go to my Google Drive here and you can see it's right inside here so I just attach this Google form here and I'm going to hit assign and you can see it comes up uh right here uh so when the students get it they'll click on it uh it will uh they'll be able to enter in here and I'm just going to write a couple few things in here and submit it and what you'll see inside your Google forms so I click on view responses you'll see the first set of
