i'm john stone i'm the ceo of revenue architects we're a company focused entirely on the end-to-end value chain of marketing and sales we were built from the ground up to address a fundamental issue that's taking place today in the marketplace which is the transformation in how buyers buy and ultimately how sellers need to sell traditionally there's been a sales organization and a marketing organization and they really haven't worked together and with revenue architects our focus is on optimizing and enabling that end-to-end process we do that by offering three services one is revenue strategy the second is revenue systems and the third is revenue programs all efforts to pursue any kind of an initiative or engagement really need to begin with some level of strategy that could be a five or ten minute strategic alignment or a multi-month enterprise strategy but it ultimately needs to address who are we serving who's our audience what do they need and how do we deliver against that opportunity and what are the capabilities that we need to put in place to effectively deliver a revenue performance goal that's revenue strategy the second is really around what we call revenue systems and that's the comprehensive revenue engine that a company needs that involves the technology crm or customer relationship management marketing automation we hear a lot about technologies for social media management compliance management campaign or marketing resource management media management there's a whole range of technology and infrastructure that a company needs to manage the revenue engine and in addition to that they need the right skills in terms of people the right organization the right processes so we try to help a business craft that revenue engine put it in place so that they have a machine to execute in the marketplace now once that's in place we can address the third part of our service model which is revenue programs and that's your marketing campaign and your sales programs those are the things that you do day in and day out week to week month to drive demand nurture demand and ultimately deliver sales performance to the bottom line
